On October 1, 2016, in conjunction with the Massachusetts & Northern New England Laborers’
District Council Rally, the Massachusetts Laborers’ Benefit Funds office will be providing a
booth to answer any and all of your benefit questions. Fund office staff will be on hand from all
departments to answer any questions:
 Pension Question;
 Health and Welfare Questions;
 Annuity Questions; and
 Delinquency Questions.

All of our providers will also be available to answer your questions. Participating vendors
include:





Delta Dental;
Davis Vision;
Express Scripts;
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts; and
E4 Health, your MAP provider.
We will have Spanish translators available for our Spanish speaking members. Also, all of our
medical providers will have booths and giveaways for participants.
Sign up at www.laborers2016.org and when you pre-register, we will print updated Pension and
Annuity statements for you and have them at the event for you to pick up at the Massachusetts
Laborers’ Benefit Funds booth.
There will be drawings for prizes at the providers’ booths as well as free food and beverages
hosted by the Massachusetts and Northern New England Laborers’ District Council.
Join us at the rally and learn about your benefits from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. prior to the Rally!
