About the Estate Access:
4 Day Access to Estate or Wednesday - Sunday OR Thursday – Monday (if available) for those staying on site
Luxury accommodations for up to 12 guests (extra charges per person apply for 13+ residents up to 20)
Choice of settings within the estate for ceremony and reception on a single day for up to 50 guests (additional
price per person charges apply for 51+ not to exceed 250 guests)

About the Reception:
Tables:
Round or long tables for guest seating; long polished wood farm tables available for an extra charge.
Sweetheart or traditional long head table
Sign-in table, Gift table, Buffet/station tables, Place card table
ALL covered and decorated with floor length linens with wedding color accents and our tabletop decorations.
Guest Table Linens: - Standard floor length black or white linens with napkins in ANY color. Overlays and textured
fabrics available for an extra charge.
*Chairs: – Basic folding chairs with neutral covers and sashes utilized first for ceremony, and then transferred to
reception area. Substitute white wood/resin folding chairs for $1.75 each. Chiavari chairs in your choice of mahogany,
gold, silver or white for $3.75 each.
Table Décor - Choice of up to 16 guest table centerpieces ranging from four different sizes of clear glass cylinders to lanterns and
specialty bowls/candle holders; square or round mirrors; votive candle holders
Upgraded fine china; Water goblets and stemmed champagne glasses

Professional Servers; Banquet Captain (one server per two to three tables depending on service style)

About the Cocktail Hour:
Separate social area during bridal party picture-taking with open bar service (you furnish the alcohol).
Depending on initial location, bar may remain in same area or be moved to a site closer to main reception.

About the Main Reception:
Freshly prepared cuisine of in a choice of serving styles: Buffet, Station, Family, Sit Down, Cocktail
Depending on the number of guests you expect, we will provide a standard menu with salad(s), side dishes, and at
least three entrees. You will have a choice of items to select from; custom menus can be developed.
Professional service staff with a ratio of one per 20 -30 guests depending on serving style
Iced Water and Iced Tea served to guests at their tables
Chilled champagne Toast with glass stemware and champagne/sparkling white juice you provide
Cake (you provide or secure for an extra charge) with coffee station after dinner; No charge for cake cutting fee

Four Day Wedding Weekend without Hospitality Services
(no food, bar service, tables, chairs, linens, service personnel, coordinating, etc.)
$12,500 plus 12% sales tax on first 5,200 and 7% sales tax on remainder
Each guest over 50 will be charged $40 per person plus 7% sales tax
Single Day Event at Villa Adriana with Hospitality Services
12,000 plus 7% sales tax
Each guest over 50 is $79.95 each plus 7% sales tax*
* Guest counts of 75 or more require the rental of a portable restroom unit(s) and valet/shuttle service
This Single Day Event provides for 8 hours of access time from set up through breakdown (two hours
of set up, and five hours of ceremony and reception, and one hour of breakdown).
No access to interior of the house except for restroom for events of 75 or fewer
Everything included in Romantic Four Day Weekend Package, except: no overnight stay, no
unlimited estate access to the inside of Villa Adriana, no access for bridal party to the interior of
the house. However, one hour access will be allowed after the ceremony to take formal photos of
the wedding party.
Additional Charges:
Rehearsal: $250 for up to two hours (dependent on
availability) Additional set up hours: $50 each
Additional event hours over 8: $500 per hour
Access to bridal suite on main floor for getting ready for bridal party: $500 (2.5 hours prior
to event) Other complete services available at special pricing.
Single Day Event without Hospitality Services

$8,000 plus 7% sales tax
Each guest over 50 will be charged $50 per person plus 7% sales tax
This Single Day Event provides for 8 hours of access time from set up through
