PROPOSAL (DOWNTOWN MANAGEMENT DISTRICT) March 12, 2013 Thanks for giving us the opportunity to bid on the development of the overall creative and mini-marketing campaign for “It’s Happening!”. EME Design Studio is pleased to submit the attached proposal. We look forward to answering any questions you may have and to being an integral part of creating a successful brand for “It’s Happening!”. Sincerely, Joel Martinez Creative 1 www.hechoporeme.com | [email protected] 518 W. San Antonio, Suite A, El Paso TX 79901 (ABOUT EME) EXECUTIVE SUMMARY EME Design Studio is a small group of talented and experienced creative professionals. We are a full-service, boutique design studio specializing in remarkably unique solutions for most any medium, specializing in but not limited to branding. MISSION The mission of EME Design Studio is to provide honest, creative and responsible solutions to our clients. We believe that creating good work can make the world a better place. Our goal is not only to make our client's businesses successful, but also to provide our community with a visual culture that is an essential part for its growth. Since we are very passionate about our work and love to design, we believe that as designers we have a responsibility to contribute to our community by providing them with top quality and respectful work. SERVICES At EME Design Studio we offer creative solutions. We work on a range of projects including art direction, design, illustration and custom typography. CURRENT CLIENTS Crave Kitchen and Bar, The Garden, Montecillo, The Mix at Union Plaza, Cabo Joe's, Dillard's Cielo Vista, US-Mexico Border Health Commission, Foodville Food Truck Park, Bernardi Caffe, Amor por Juárez, Ave. Magazine, The Station Office Lofts, among others. 2 (THE PROCESS) We know by experience that one of the most important things when starting a project is to work hand by hand with the client, listen to their concerns and suggestions to find the best possible solution to their needs. We included a list of the steps that will help us accomplish our goals. 1. Meeting. In this step we will meet and talk about the scoop of the project, ideas, and expectations. The goal is to determine your specific needs and explore your market position and how to best exploit it. Our initial meetings also involve identifying constraints, any important or critical deadlines, and potential risks facing our joint team. 2. Gathering of materials. It is important that the client provides us with all material such as: information, logos, photography, etc. We will collect all the material needed, analyze it, and work on the design platform and estimate delivery dates. 3. Development of preliminary designs. We will explore alternatives that respond to the needs of each project. Based on these alternatives we will present two design proposals that will contain an explanation of the concept behind each idea. 4. Optimization of selected proposal. After one of the options has been approved, we will focus on the selected option and work on adjustments if necessary. At this point we will work with photographers if needed. 5. Design approval. We will present revised design proposals for final approval. 6. Adjustments for different media. We will adjust the artwork to the required media. 7. Printing and production. Once everything is ready to be printed or launched, we would supervise the process to make sure the quality of the final product is the same that we wanted from the beginning. During the process, we would be available for any questions or concerns you may have. 3 (THE TEAM) JOEL MARTINEZ Creative, Designer EDUCATION = 1998 Cathedral High School High School Diploma = 2004 University of Texas at El Paso B.F.A. The day is represented by a line, and dots which represent the spots that they can visit. This person can travel from spot to spot using public transportation, biking or walking.
