especializada en el diseño y fabricación de Sistemas de Lubrificación
( para grasa y aceite ), básicamente para la industria pesada y semi
pesada.
Nortek está en continuo crecimiento y actualmente con más de 30
años de experiencia, la compañía ha consolidado su posición como
líder mundial en la lubrificación en las siguientes industrias :

Plantas petroquímicas.
Plantas nucleares.

Para la fabricación de sus productos, de acuerdo a las normas

de 500 referencias.

está especializado en la lubrificación de Cojinetes
cinemáticos, Trenes de laminar, sistemas Morgoil, sistemas RSM,
sistemas de engranajes, etc.
Nortek is specialised in cinematic bearings lubrication, Wire
Rod Blocks, Morgoil bearings, RSM systems, gears systems,
etc.
Nuestra Oficina Técnica puede diseñar cualquier tipo de sistema de
lubrificación con caudales de entre 1 y 6000 litros por minuto con
depósitos de hasta 75 M3, tanto en acero al carbono como en acero
inoxidable.
Our technical Office can design any type of Lubrication
System with flows from 1 to 6.000 Lts./Min. and tanks till 75
M3, both in Carbon steel or Stainless Steel.
Podemos fabricar de acuerdo con la norma API 614, para
aplicaciones petroquímicas.
Todos los motores y elementos eléctricos utilizados cumplen la
normativa IEC o NEMA.
Desde el año 1984, Nortek tiene la homologación oficial como
fabricante de depósitos a presión. Nuestros ingenieros diseñan
proyectos de acuerdo con las normas ASME o AD-Merblatt
dependiendo de los requerimientos de nuestros clientes.
Disponemos de procedimientos de soldadura y de soldadores
homologados para cualquier tipo de materiales ( acero al carbono,
acero inoxidable ) y procedimientos ( electrodos, TIG, etc.).
We also manufacture in accordance with API 614 Standard,
for petrochemical applications.
Motors and electric devices are according IEC or NEMA
standard.
Since 1984 year, Nortek has Official Approval to manufacture
Pressure Vessels. Our engineers make projects in accordance
with ASME or AD-Merblatt Codes depending client
requirements.
Welding procedures and qualified – approved welders for any
type of materials (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel) and
procedures (Electrode, TIG, etc.).

Nortek diseña y fabrica sus propios sistemas para la eliminación
del agua, ya sea libre o emulsionada, y filtración de aceites de
lubricación.
Nortek designs and manufactures its own systems to remove free
and emulsified water at the same time as filtering the lubrication
oils.
Estos equipos también se pueden utilizar para el calentamiento
del aceite, evitando la instalación de resistencias en el tanque de
lubricación.
Units are also used as heating system and can eliminate need for
lubrication tank heaters.
Ambos sistemas (centrifugadoras y sistemas de vacío) se
suministran como equipos independientes e incluyen su propio
panel de control.
Los caudales estandar disponibles son de 40-60 l.p.m. y 100
l.p.m, siendo posible la fabricación de estos equipos con otros
caudales si así se solicita.
Both systems (centrifuge separators and vacuum dehydrators) are
supplied as a complete package including electrical control
panel.
Standard available flows: 40 – 60 and 100 LPM of lubrication
oil.
Possibility of other flows if required.
