Fur einen einwandfreien A u s b a u des Autoradios sind die nicht u m z u b i e g e n d e n Befestigungslaschen der Halterung d u r c h mehrmaliges H i n - und
Herbiegen h e r a u s z u b r e c h e n . Halterung in d e n Ausschnitt einsetzen und
entsprechend die Befestigungslaschen mit einem S c h r a u b e n d r e h e r
umbiegen. siehe Fig. 1,10.

Note:
By m e a n s of the support delivered with the c a r radio y o u c a n mount the
unit in cars with DIN cut-out of 182 x 53 mm, an installation depth of 175
mm and a t h i c k n e s s of the instrument panel of 5.2 - 6.3 mm in the a r e a of
the fixing strips, see fig. 1.
For cars with other cut-out d i m e n s i o n s Blaupunkt delivers c a r - s p e c i f i c
installation kits for c o m m o n c a r types.

CAR RADIO INSTALLATION
Note:
During installation a n d c o n n e c t i o n , p l e a s e d i s c o n n e c t the g r o u n d e d battery terminal.
Mount the c a r radio into the c a r radio cut-out provided by the car m a n u f a c turer.
O p e n the c a r radio cut-out (unlock the glove box or the dummy cover) or
enlarge the c a r radio cut-out to 182 x 53 mm.
B e n d the perforated strip for the rear support of the c a r radio a s required.

Plus cable connection
In some c a r s the plus c a b l e is routed ex factory.
In order to route a plus c a b l e in c a r s without plus c a b l e , or to c h a n g e the
plus c a b l e installed ex factory, a flat plug c o n n e c t o r a n d a flat plug
connector with distributor are delivered with the c a r radio.
Cut the c o m m e r c i a l pjus c a b l e to the appropriate length a n d c o n n e c t flat
plug c o n n e c t o r s , if n e c e s s a r y solder them. Insulate the flat plug c o n n e c tors with insulating tape.
C o n n e c t the plus c a b l e with the distributor to the fuse holder, terminal 30
(permanent plus), or terminal 15 (plus via ignition lock) behind the fuse.
Wichtige Hinweise
Bei Nichtbeachten dieser Hinweise besteht Zerstorungsgefahr der
Endstufen!

Permanent plus connection
In order to e n s u r e perfect operation of the set, the permanent plus c o n n e c tion " B " at the set must permanently be supplied with plus .
C o n n e c t the permanent plus c o n n e c t i o n " B " with the c a b l e a n d the c a b l e
c l a m p to a protected permanent plus c a b l e (for example, clock, warning
flasher switch), see fig. 2.

Ground connection
In some cars, a ground cable is routed ex factory.
To change the provided ground cable or for routing a plus cable in case of
cars without ground cable provided ex factory, a flat plug connector and a
cable lug are delivered with the car radio.
Cut the commercial ground cable (2,5 mm ) to appropriate length and
connect the flat plug connector and the cable lug, if necessary solder
them.
Screw on the ground cable with a provided screw to an appropriate
ground connection point (good ground contact is of great importance, if
necessary scratch off the coating around the ground connection and
apply some graphite grease).
Grasp behind the car radio cut-out and check which of the fixing strips in
the holder may be bent.
Note:
Try to bend as many fixing strips as possible.
For an easy removal of the car radio the fixing strips in the holder which
cannot be bent must be forced out by repeatedly bending them back and
forth. Insert the holder in the cut-outand bend the fixing strips accordingly
with a screwdriver, see fig. 1,10.
Connect the plus and permanent plus cable to the set, see fig. 2.
Connect the ground and antenna cable to the set.
Important Notice
If the following precautions are disregarded, the output stages may be
damaged!
Do not connect the speaker outputs to ground!
In case that equalizer/amplifier or other components are connected to
speaker outputs RR and LF of the car radio, the fader of the radio is out of
service.
The following types of connection of this car radio are possible:

Insert the car radio from the front into the cut-out and push it in until the
lock springs on the sides engage right and left (distinct click to be heard).
REMOVAL OF CAR RADIO
Insert the brackets right and left into the provided holes in thetrimplateand
push them in until a distinct click is audible (side springs are unlocked).
Pull out the set by means of the two brackets, see fig. 11.
Note:
Locked brackets can only be removed after taking out the car radio.

avec decoupes differentes.
Veuillez done verifier les mesures de la decoupe dans votre voiture et,.si
necessaire, commander un jeu de montage special.
MONTAGE DE L'AUTORADIO
Nota:
Pendant le montage du poste et le raccordement, debrancher la masse de
la batterie.
Monter I'autoradio dans la decoupe autoradio prevue par I'usine.
Ouvrir la decoupe autoradio (degager le compartiment ou le cache factice) ou elargir la decoupe a 182 x 53 mm.
Courber la bande perforee pour le support arriere du poste selon la forme
de la decoupe, coller une bande en feutre et la visser a un endroitapproprie, voir fig. 1.
Raccordement du cable positif
Dans quelques voitures le cable positif est installe depart usine.
Afin d'amener un cable de masse dans les voitures sans cable de masse
installe depart usine, ou pour changer un cable de masse deja installe, un
connecteur plat et un connecteur plat avec diviseur a fiche sont livres avec
I'autoradio.
Couper le cable de masse commercial (2,5 mm ) a la longueur correspondante et fixer les connecteurs plats, si necessaire souder. isoler les connecteurs plats par du ruban isolant.
Raccorder le cable positif avec le distributeur a fiche au porte-fusible,
borne 30 (plus permanent) ou borne 15 (plus raccorde via I'interrupteur
d'allumage a cle) derriere le fusible.

Raccordement au plus permanent
Pour assurer une operation parfaite du poste, le raccordement du plus
permanent "B" du poste doit toujours rester sous alimentation positive.
Raccorder le plus permanent "B" avec le cable et le serre-cable a un cable
de plus permanent protege (p.ex. montre, interrupteur du clignotant
d'avertissement), voir fig. 2.
Raccordement du cable de masse
Dans quelques voitures, le cable de masse a deja ete installe depart usine.
Afin de pouvoir amener un cable de masse dans les voitures sans cable de
masse installe depart usine, ou pour changer un cable de masse deja
installe vous trouverez un connecteur plat et une cosse de cables dans le
carton de I'autoradio.
Couper le cable de masse (2,5 mm ) a la longueur appropriee et raccorder
le connecteur plat et la cosse de cables, si necessaire souder.
A I'aide de la vis existante, visser le cable de masse a un point de masse
(une bonne connexion a la masse est tres important*, si necessaire gratter
le vernis et graisser I'endroit avec de la graisse au graphite).
Saisir derriere la decoupe autoradio et verifier quelles eclisses de montage peuvent etre courbees dans le support.
Nota: Courber toutes les eclisses de montage, si possible.
Afin de permettre un demontage facile de I'autoradio, rompre les eclisses
de montage qui ne peuvent pas etre courbees en les courbant plusieurs
fois. Inserer le support dans la decoupe et cintrer les eclisses de montage
correspondantes par un tourne-vis, voir fig. 1,10.
Raccorder le cable positif et le cable du plus permanent au poste, voir fig. 2.
Raccorder le cable de masse et d'antenne au poste.
Information importante

Observer les precautions suivantes pour eviter que les etages de sortie
soient endommages!
Ne pas raccorder les sorties H-P a masse!
En case de connexion d'un egaliseur/amplificateur ou d'autres composants aux sorties haut-parleur RR et LF de I'autoradio, le melangeur de
I'autoradio est hors service.
On peut raccorder a cet autoradio les composants suivants:

Inserer I'autoradio par devant dans le support et pousser jusqu'a ce que
les ressorts d'arret lateraux enclenchent a droite et a gauche (distinct d i e
audible).
DEMONTAGE DE L'AUTORADIO
Inserer les etriers a droite et a gauche dans les trous perces dans le cache
et pousser jusqu'a ce que vous entendiez un toe distinct (les ressorts
lateraux sont deverrouilles).
Enlever I'autoradio a I'aide des deux etriers, voir fig. 11.
Nota:
Des etriers verrouilles ne peuvent etre enleves qu'apres avoir retire le
poste.

El soporte suministrado con este autorradio posibilita el montaje en vehlculos con recortes de autorradio DIN de 182 x 53 mm, un espacio de
montaje de 175 mm y un grosor del tablero de instrumentos de 5,2 - 6,3 mm
en la zona de las eclisas de fijacion, vease fig. 1.
Para vehlculos con situaci6n de montaje diferente entrega Blaupunkt
juegos de montaje especlficos al vehlculo para los vehlculos corrientes.
Controle Vd. por lo tanto si la situacion de montaje esta en el vehlculo y
emplee Vd. en caso dado un juego de montaje especlfico al vehlculo para
el montaje.
MONTAJE DEL AUTORRADIO
Nota:
Desembornar el polo de masa de la baterla para la duracion de montaje y
conexion.
Montar el autorradio en el recorte del autorradio previsto por el fabricante
del vehlculo.
Librar el recorte del autorradio (soltar la bandeja o el frontis ciego)o
elaborar un recorte de 182 x 53 mm para el autorradio.
Desenrollar las cintas perforadas para la colocacion trasera del autorradio segun la situacion de montaje, pegar el fieltro y atornillarlo en lugar
apropiado, vease fig. 1.

Conexion positiva
Collegamento del cavo positivo
E n a l g u n o s v e h l c u l o s esta c o l o c a d o un c a b l e positivo en serie.
In a l c u n e vetture il c a v o positivo e g i a posato; per vetture s p r o w i s t e v i e n e
fornita u n a s p i n a e p r e s a piatta per r e a l i z z a r e o modificare queilo e s i stente.
P a r a v e h l c u l o s sin c a b l e positivo en serie se suministran c o n e c t o r e s
pianos y c o n e c t o r e s pianos c o n distribuidor de enchufe para instalar un
c a b l e positivo o para modificar el c a b l e positivo de serie. Cortar el c a b l e
positivo de u s o c o m e r a la longitud c o r r e s p o n d i e n t e y fijar los c o n e c t o r e s
pianos, en c a s o d a d o soldarlos. A i s l a r los c o n e c t o r e s pianos c o n cinta
aislante.
Meter el c a b l e positivo c o n el distribuidor de e n c h u f e en el portafusibles
borne 30 (positivo permanente) o borne 15 (tension positiva c o n e c t a d a por
la Have d e encendido) detras del fusible.
Conexion del positivo permanente
P a r a u n a funcion c o r r e c t a del aparato tiene que alimentarse c o n t i n u a mente la c o n e x i d n del positivo permanente " B " c o n tension.
C o n e c t a r la c o n e x i d n del positivo permanente " B " c o n c a b l e y borne de
c a b l e a un c a b l e de positivo permanente asegurado (p. ej., reloj, c o n m u t a dor de luz intermitente), v e a s e fig. 2.
En a l g u n o s v e h l c u l o s esta c o n e c t a d o un c a b l e de m a s a en serie.
P a r a v e h l c u l o s sin c a b l e d e m a s a d e serie s e suministran c o n e c t o r e s
pianos y terminales para fabricar un c a b l e d e m a s a o modificar el c a b l e de
m a s a de serie.
Cortar el c a b l e de m a s a (2,5 m m | a la longitud c o r r e s p o n d i e n t e y fijar el
c o n e c t o r piano y el terminal, en c a s o d a d o soldar.

Atornillar el c a b l e de m a s a c o n un tornillo existente a un punto de m a s a
apropiado (observar un buen contacto de masa, en c a s o d a d o r a s c a r la
l a c a de la superficie de contacto y engrasarla c o n g r a s a de grafito).
A s i r detras del recorte del autorradio y controlar c u a l e s d e las e c l i s a s d e
fijacion p u e d e n ser d o b l a d a s .
Nota: A ser posible doblar todas las e c l i s a s de fijacion.
P a r a un desmontaje perfecto del autorradio hay q u e romper las e c l i s a s de
fijacion no d o o l a b l e s del soporte t o r c i e n d o l a s varias v e c e s de un lado al
otro. P o n e r el soporte en el recorte y doblar las e c l i s a s d e b i d a m e n t e c o n
un destornillador, v e a s e fig. 1,10.
C o n e c t a r los c a b l e s positivo y de positivo permanente al aparato, v e a s e

Collegamento positivo permanente
Nel c a s o in cui I'alimentazione v e n g a commutata mediante la chiave di
a c c e n s i o n e , per un b u o n funzionamento d e l l ' a p p a r e c c h i o , il c o l l e g a mento del positivo permanente " B " d e v e e s s e r e costantemente a l i m e n tato.
C o l l e g a r e il contatto positivo permanente " B " , tramite un morsetto, ad
un'alimentazione permanente, p.s. orologio, lampeggiatore d ' e m e r g e n z a ,
vedi fig. 2.
Collegamento della massa
In a l c u n e vetture il c a v o della m a s s a e gia posato; per vetture s p r o w i s t e
viene fornita u n a s p i n a e p r e s a piatta per realizzare o modificare quello
esistente.

Quindi tagliare in misura un c a v o appropriato reperibile in c o m m e r c i o ,
saldare eventualmente la s p i n a e isolare c o n nastro la stessa. C o l l e g a r e il
cavo positivo, dopo il fusibile, al morsetto 30 (positivo permanente) oppure
al morsetto 15 (positivo interruttore d'accensione).
II c a v o per la p o s a della m a s s a (2,5 mm ) e reperibile in c o m m e r c i o ;
tagliare nella misura n e c e s s a r i a e fissare la s p i n a e presa, eventualmente
saldare.

Fissare c o n u n a vite esistente il c a v o di m a s s a (fare attenzione a d un buon
contatto; eventualmente pulire la superficie di a p p o g g i o e mettere g r a s s o
grafitato).

Verificare quali linguette di b l o c c a g g i o sul supporto p o s s o n o e s s e r e
ripiegate.
Avvertenza: possibilmente ripiegare turtle le linguette di b l o c c a g g i o .
Per garantire un perfetto smontaggio dell'autoradio tutte le linguette c h e
non p o s s o n o e s s e r e utilizzate d e v o n o e s s e r e spezzate, piegandole ripetutamente.
Inserire il supporto nell'apertura e ripiegare le rispettive linguette c o n un
cacciavite, vedi fig. 1,10.
Collegare il positivo e positivo permanente a l l ' a p p a r e c c h i o , vedi fig. 2.
Collegare il c a v o di m a s s a e antenna a l l ' a p p a r e c c h i o .

all'uscita degli altoparlanti RR e L F dell'autoradio, viene e s c l u s o il
funzionamento del regolatore Fader sull'apparechio.

Bilstereon monteras framifran i det av fabriken gjorda uttaget.
Frilagg uttaget (demontera t a c k l u c k a eller fack) eller arbeta ut ett uttag pa
53 x 182 mm.

Plusanslutning
Vlakstekerhulzen daarna met isolatieband isoleren.
Pa en del fordon ar en plusledning framdragen till radiouttaget.
Pluskabel met verdeelsteker aan de zekeringhouder, klem 30 (constante
plus), of klem 15 (plus via contactslot van de auto geschakeld) na de
zekering vastmaken.
For fordon utan framdragen plusledning anvands de medlevererade flatstiftskontakterna for tillverkning av plusledning eller for andring av den
fabriksmonterade. Klipp till en ledning i lamplig langd och montera pa
kontakterna med rullpressningstang eller Ibd. Isolera kontakterna med
isoleringsband.
Anslut pluskabeln till Kl. 30 (direktplus) eller till Kl. 15 (plus over tandningslas) efter sakringen.
Oirektplusanslutning
For en korrekt funktion maste kontakten " B " pa apparaten anslutas till
standig plus.
For en oklanderlig funktion maste bilstereoapparater med elektroniskt
minne anslutas till direktplus med hjalp av ledningen och klamman (medlevereras bilstereon).
Aansluiten van constante plus
Voor een correct functioneren van het toestel moet de aansluiting van de
constante plus " B " aan het toestel onafgebroken van plus w o r d e n voorzien.
Constante plusaansluiting " B " met kabel en kabelklem aan een gezekerde
constante pluskabel (bijv. tijdklokje, knipperlichtschakelaar) aansluiten
(zie fig. 2).
Aansluiten van massakabel
Bij enige automobieltypen is door de fabriek een massakabel aangebracht.
For ovriga fordon tillverkas en godsforbindningsledning eller befintlig
andras med hjalp av medlevererade kontakter.
Voor auto's zonder deze massakabel w o r d e n voor het maken van een
massakabel of het wijzigen van de door de fabriek aangebrachte massakabel een vlakstekerhuls en een aftak-kabelklem medegeleverd. In de
handel verkrijgbare massakabels (2,5 m m ) tot d e vereiste lengte a f k n i p pen en vlakstekerhuls alsmede aftak-kabelklem aanknijpen of eventueel
vastsolderen.
Anvand 2,5 m m ledning. Skruva fast ledningen med befintlig skruv till
lamplig g o d s p u n k t (se till att g o d kontakt erhalles, gor - om sa behovs kontaktytan metallblank och smbrj in med grafitfett).
Massakabel met een aanwezige schroef o p een daarvoor geschikt massapunt vastschroeven (let daarbij o p een g o e d massacontact; contactvlakken eventueel blank maken en met grafietvet invetten).
Kann efter pa insidan av radiouttaget vilka fasttungor pa monteringsramen

Achter de a u t o r a d i o - i n b o u w o p e n i n g aanbrengen en nagaan, welke
bevestigingsstrips van de houder o m g e b o g e n kunnen worden.
Anmarkning: Anvand sa manga fasttungor som mojligt.
Opmerking: zo mogelijk alle bevestigingsstrips ombuigen.

kan anvandas, bojas fram o c h tillbaka upprepade ganger s5 att d e gar av.
Satt in monteringsramen i uttaget och boj om fasttungorna med en skruvmejsel, se fig. 1,10.
O m d e autoradio correct te kunnen demonteren dienen die bevestigingsstrips van d e houder die niet o m g e b o g e n k u n n e n w o r d e n , door een
meerdere malen heen en w e e r b u i g e n te w o r d e n v e r w i j d e r d . Houder in de
opening plaatsen en daarna de bevestigingsstrips met een schroevedraaier ombuigen (zie fig. 1,10).

W o r d e n Equalizer/Amplifier of andere componenten aan de luidsprekeruitgangen RR en LF van de autoradio aangesloten, dan is de functie van
de luidsprekerregelaar aan de autoradio uitgeschakelt.
Aan de autoradio kunnen worden aangesloten:

Autoradio van voren in d e houder plaatsen en inschuiven, tot d e zich aan
de zijkanten bevindende vergrendelingsveren rechts en links vastklemmen (duidelijk hoorbaar).
Intryckta byglar kan endast tas bort efter det att apparaten dragits ut.
UITBOUWEN VAN DE AUTORADIO

Beugels links en rechts in de gaten van het paneel schuiven en zover naar
binnen d r u k k e n , totdat een duidelijk geklik hoorbaar is (de veren an de
zijkant zijn nu ontgrendeld).

De bij deze autoradio medegeleverde houder maakt inbouw mogelijk in
automobieltypen met een a u t o r a d i o - i n b o u w o p e n i n g van 182 x 53 mm,
een inbouwdiepte van 175 mm en een d a s h b o a r d - w a n d d i k t e bij de bevestigingsstrips van 5,2 tot 6,3 mm (zie fig. 1).
Voor auto's met een afwijkende inbouwsituatie levert Blaupunkt voor de
meest gangbare typen speciale inbouwpakketten.
Let er derhalve op, hoe de inbouwsituatie in de desbetreffende auto is en
gebruik voor het i n b o u w e n eventueel een aan de auto aangepast i n b o u w pakket.
INBOUWEN VAN OE AUTORADIO
Opmerking:
Tijdens het i n b o u w e n van het toestel en het aansluiten de massapool van
d e a c c u afklemmen.
De autoradio w o r d t in de d o o r d e fabriek aangebrachte i n b o u w o p e n i n g
gemonteerd.
A u t o r a d i o - i n b o u w o p e n i n g vrijmaken (opbergvakje of blindplaat uitnemen) of deze tot 182 x 53 mm bijwerken.
Gatenstrip voor het ondersteunen van de autoradio aan de achterzijde, al
naar de inbouwsituatie, ombuigen. Vilt vastplakken en op de daarvoor
bestemde plaats vastschroeven, zie fig. 1.
Aansluiten van d e pluskabel
Bij enige automobieltypen is d o o r de fabriek een pluskabel aangebracht.
Voor auto's zonder deze pluskabel w o r d e n voor het maken van een
pluskabel of het wijzigen van de door de fabriek aangebrachte pluskabel
een vlakstekerhuls en een verdeelvlakstekerhuls medegeleverd. In de
handel verkrijgbare pluskabels tot de vereiste lengte afknippen en vlakstekerhulzen aanknijpen of eventueel vastsolderen.
