Círculo de Oro soluble es un café Arábica 100% Colombia de tueste natural, LIOFILIZADO mediante el método
freeze-dried. Este método a diferencia del spray-dried
utilizado en los cafés solubles tradicionales, conserva
mejor el aroma del café al no someterlo a altas temperaturas.
Al ser un producto altamente higroscópico, una vez
abierta la bolsa se recomienda conservarla en lugar fresco y seco.
En el caso de la descafeinización, ésta se realiza antes
de tostar la semilla mediante métodos naturales y extrae
la práctica totalidad de la cafeína.
100 % Colombia freeze-dried instant coffees
“Círculo de Oro” soluble is an Arabica coffee made from
100 % Colombian. It is a premium instant, freeze-dried
coffee roasted naturally. We use this method, rather than
the traditional spray-dry method, since spray drying uses
a higher temperature more destructive of aroma than
freeze drying.
It is available in both regular and decaffeinated. SUPRACAFÉ naturally decaffeinates coffee beans, preserving
the rich flavor. Our process begins before roasting, and
extracts almost all the caffeine.
