ute: to geenerate eco
onomic value, to reach the compettitiveness and to mitigaate the en
nvironmenttal impact. In
n this researrch: i) it is sttudied a higgh‐roasting industry of f coffee duee to the ecconomic an
nd social weelfare impacct of this kin
nd of industtry in our national co
ontext. Furtthermore, tthis researcch analyzed
