Altar Servers Meeting: The altar servers and parents
will have a meeting on Sunday, September 15 at 1:00
pm in the church. The new adult team will be
introduced at the meeting and everyone should be
present to meet them. We will also discuss the October
28 Six Flag Great Adventure trip.
Food Sale: There will be a Food Sale after every mass
on Sunday, September 8. We are asking parishioners
to patronize this food sale that will benefit the Altar
Servers activities as a thank you for the ministry they
serve in here in the parish. Thank you for your
cooperation.
Our Lady of Cisne: The devotees to Our Lady of
Cisne from our parish and the pilgrims from other parts
of the Archdiocese will join together to celebrate the
mass in her honor on Friday, September 27th in the
evening at 7:30pm here at Saint Cecilia Parish.
CAPITAL CAMPAIGN: Know that we have a capital
campaign at the back of the church for you to see the grand
total of the money needed, which is one million five
hundred thousand ($1,500,000.00). The grant money totals
two hundred and fifty thousand ($250,000.00). The pledges
from the parishioners total three hundred fifty eight
thousand ($358,000.00). Today we have received thirty five
percent of the pledges ($127,001). We thank you for your
generosity and we know that together we will raise the roof
at Saint Cecilia. Please visit the thermometers at the back
of the church.
CATECHISTS ORIENTATION: Saturday, September
7th, 2013 we will have an orientation meeting in the rectory
at 10:00am. All Catechists and assistant catechists must
attend.
YOUTH GROUP: Our parish youth group will resume their
regular Friday meetings on Friday, September 13th at
6:30pm in the Parish Hall. We invite all the parish youth
come together and plan for the coming year.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM (REP): Registration
is going on Tuesdays – Fridays from 10 – 5:00pm and Sundays
after 9:45am Mass and 11:30am Mass. Returning students must reregister. Registration fee $45.00, $75.00 for two siblings and
$100.00 am in the Parish Hall. One of the parents must be
present on the first of the class for orientation.

PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL: will have a meeting on
Saturday, September 14th at 10:00am in the rectory. All
the representatives from the different groups ought to be
present with their assistants. Please make it a priority to set
aside this day and time to be present. It is an important
meeting for the good of the parish.
PERSONAL EXAMINATION: As we prepare to elect a
new executive parish pastoral council let each parishioner
and all the leaders in our parish make a personal examination
of conscience. Ask yourself – do I really need Saint Cecilia
Parish in my life? Does parish community life really matter
to me? Are my spiritual needs been met at Saint Cecilia?
How can I work in solidarity with my parish community? Do
I share my faith with others outside the walls of the church?

EVANGELIZATION CONCERT:
Geraldo Anderson from
the Dominican Republic will perform and preach at our
concert on Sunday, September 1st, 2013 from 2:00pm
to 6:00pm. The concert will be held in the church and
your donation of five dollars ($5:00) per person is very
much appreciated. All proceeds will go towards the
roof project.

GRUPO JUVENIL: Nuestro grupo juvenil de la
parroquia reanudará sus reuniones regulares El
viernes 13 de septiembre a las 6:30 pm en el
Salón Parroquial. Invitamos a todos los jóvenes
de la parroquia a la reunión y planificar para el
próximo año.
La Feria “Big E” En el Estado de Springfield,
Massachusetts: Los Cursillistas Les invitan a
unirse a ellos en el viaje a la Feria Big E el sábado,
28 de septiembre, el precio del boleto es de $ 70.00.

Reunión Servidores del Altar: Los monaguillos y los
padres tendrán una reunión el domingo 15 de
septiembre a las 1:00pm en la iglesia. El nuevo
equipo de adultos será presentado en la reunión y
todo el mundo debe estar presente para
encontrarse con ellos. También vamos a discutir el
28 de octubre Six Flag Great Adventure
PROGRAMA DE EDUCACIÓN RELIGIOSA (REP): La
Inscripción será de martes a viernes de 10am 5:00pm y los domingos después de la Misas de
9:45 am y 11:30 am en el Salón Parroquial los
estudiantes que regresan a las clases deben volver a
registrarse. La Cuota de inscripción es de $45.00,
$75.00 para dos hermanos y $100.00 para tres
Uno de los padres debe estar presente en la primera de
la clase de orientación.
Venta de comida: Habrá venta de comida después de
todas las misas del domingo, 8 de septiembre.
Estamos pidiendo a los feligreses a patrocinar esta
venta de alimentos que beneficiará a las actividades de
los monaguillos como agradecimiento por el ministerio
que sirven aquí en la parroquia. Gracias por tu

CONCIERTO y EVANGELIZACION: Geraldo
Anderson de la República Dominicana predicara en el
concierto el Domingo, 01 de septiembre 2013 14:0018:00. El concierto se llevará a cabo en la iglesia la
donación es de cinco dólares ($ 5:00) por persona se
agradece su participación. Todos los ingresos irán hacia
el proyecto del techo.
Nuestra Señora del Cisne: Los devotos a la
Virgen del Cisne de nuestra parroquia y los
peregrinos de otras partes de la Arquidiócesis se
unen para celebrar la misa en su honor el Viernes
27 de septiembre en la noche a las 7:30 pm aquí
en la de Parroquia Santa Cecilia.
CONSEJO PASTORAL PARROQUIAL: tendrá una reunión el sábado 14 de septiembre a las 10:00 am en la casa parroquial. Todos los representantes de los diferentes grupos deben estar presentes con sus asistentes. Por favor, que sea una prioridad apartar este día y la hora para estar presente. Es una reunión importante para el bien de la parroquia.

campaña de capital en la parte de atrás de la iglesia les
pedimos que vean el total del dinero que se necesita,
que es de un millón quinientos mil ($ 1, 500,000.00).
El dinero de la subvención asciende a doscientos
cincuenta mil ($ 250,000.00). Las promesas de los
feligreses suman trescientos cincuenta y ocho mil ($
358,000.00). Hoy hemos recibido treinta y cinco por
ciento de las promesas ($ 127.001). Le damos las
gracias por su generosidad y sabemos que juntos vamos
a elevar el techo en Santa Cecilia. Por favor visite los
termómetros en la parte posterior de la iglesia.
CAMPAÑA DE CAPITAL:
EXAMEN PERSONAL: Mientras nos preparamos para elegir
a un nuevo comité ejecutivo del consejo pastoral parroquial
pedimos que cada feligrés y todos los líderes de la parroquia
hagan un examen de conciencia personal. Pregúntese - si
realmente necesito la Parroquia Santa Cecilia en mi vida.
¿La vida de la comunidad parroquial me importa? ¿Se han
satisfecho mis necesidades espirituales en Santa Cecilia?
¿Cómo puedo trabajar en solidaridad con mi comunidad
