● Récord De Vacunación, Fίsico Y Dental, Del Niño (a) (Que Esté Al Día)
● Prueba De Domicilio (Documentos Requeridos) Por favor recuerde que el
padre o guardián que firme o llene la forma de matrícula será el que tenga que
proporcionar prueba de vivienda. A las escuelas se les exige fotocopiar la prueba
de domicilio.
● Reporte De Calificaciones (Solo Si El Estudiante Viene De Otra Escuela)
