Mercy every Wednesday in the Cry Room.
ROSARY
Rosary prayed every Monday through Friday before the
8:00 AM Mass. All are invited.
Welcome the Visiting Madonna
While we are encouraged to embrace Jesus’
cross, perhaps the next best thing we can do as
the faithful is to turn to the Blessed Mother for
guidance…”Blessed Mother, please help me.” As
human beings, we can’t do everything. But the
Blessed Mother can go to her Son Jesus and do wonders.
The Knights of Columbus are offering intimate
prayer devotions in your own homes to all parishioners so that
every family may experience visitation for one week from our
Visiting Madonna. Families will begin to experience a sense of
peace, quiet and reflection while saying the Rosary as a family
with Our Lady. The family that prays together stays together.
If you are interested in participating in welcoming the Visiting
Madonna, please call Sam Konrad at (843) 399-7003 or email
him at [email protected].
This week, The Visiting Madonna will be presented to
Jean Cartwright at the 5:00 PM Mass.

to better understand Catholic teaching on moral issues? Do
you want to get more involved in service to families? Or
maybe you are a ministry leader who needs continuing

family? One of the best things you can do for yourself is to
sign up for Family Honor’s online course, The Truth and
Meaning of Sexuality, Love and Family. This online course
provides useful information on topics relating to chastity
education, child development, the family, theology of the
body and current moral issues. Plus, the flexible online format
works with your busy schedule. Go to:

marched last year (some rode in golf carts) and it was a
wonderful experience.
Also, we invite everyone to attend our 10th monthly
“PATRIOTIC ROSARY at the BEACH” scheduled for
Saturday, May 14th (after the 4:30pm Mass). We will meet at
6pm on the boardwalk to the ocean at 37th Avenue North and

will PRAY for our country, our elected and appointed officials,
the Supreme Court Justices as they deliberate on the Little
Sisters of the Poor religious liberty case and for each and every
state in our nation. Please bring a chair or blanket. We will

and growth, over time, in one’s relationship with God and the
Church.
It is a faith journey where adults are fully welcomed into the
Catholic Church. If you’re interested in exploring a relationship
with Jesus Christ; inquiring about the Catholic Church;
becoming Catholic; and being fully initiated into the Catholic
Church through the celebration of the Sacraments of Baptism,
Confirmation & Eucharist,
WE WELCOME YOU!
For more information about the R.C.I.A. process, please

Seventh Sunday of Easter
COMMUNITY BUILDING
M OTHERHOOD
Mothers are a gift from God. God knew
what He was doing when He created
women with the ability to nurture life.
Mother's Day honors all our mothers and
their enormous sacrifices. Mother's Day
encompasses more than just the honoring
of those who have borne children. It is
the celebration of motherhood---the
divine nature of women. May we all feel
a deeper appreciation for the great
blessing of motherhood, not just when we
celebrate Mother's Day, but everyday!
Our culture of death undermines both
motherhood and the God-given gift and
blessing of children. May we also help
the next generation reclaim and respect
this incredible gift of MOTHERHOOD!

SEPTIMO DOMINGO DE PASCUA
LA ASCENSION DEL SEÑOR
(Evangelio de San Lucas 24, 46-53).
Queridos Hermanos:
construyendo el Reino de Dios aquí en la tierra, anunciando a Jesucristo por todos los rincones del mundo. Por lo tanto;
desde aquí en la tierra. Por eso; cada vez que hacemos el bien, cada vez que somos promotores de paz, felicidad y amor;
Cordialmente;
Padre Orlando.
