The Thursday afternoon class offered from 2pm-4pm is now being held in the CONREP room on the side of the VCBH Ventura Clinic facing the church. Enter the building on the Baylor Street side of the building. Coming Out of the Fog is being offered. Creating Healthy Habits is being offered in the afternoon. Maybe it includes a medication regimen, receiving peer support, or talking with a therapist. Taking the time to understand yourself and learn what you need to succeed, takes self-reflection and insight.
