DECLARACIÓN DE ASUNCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
El abajo firmante, como armador o representante del mismo, del yate _____________________ declaro
lo siguiente:
▪ Que el barco tiene todo lo requerido a bordo.
▪ Que acepta toda la responsabilidad del armador indicada en las Instrucciones de Regata y que está de
acuerdo en que las entidades organizadoras están exentas de toda responsabilidad por accidentes
acaecidos a personas o cosas, daños o cualquier cosa que pueda ocurrir en el mar o en tierra a
consecuencia de su participación en la Regata.
▪ Que tiene un seguro adecuado para la tripulación y barco.
▪ Que ha informado a la tripulación de la presente asunción de responsabilidad.
DECLARATION OF ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSABILITY
The undersigned, as owner or owner’s representative, of the yacht _______________________ declares
as follows:
▪ That the vessel has all the required equipment on board.
▪ That he accepts the owner’s responsibilities as indicated in the Regatta Instructions and that he agrees
that the regatta organization is exempt for any and all responsibility for accidents to persons or things,
damage, loss or whatever else may occur on land or at sea as a consequence of his participation in the
regatta.
▪ To have arranged adequate insurance for the vessel and crew.
▪ To have informed his crew of this assumption of responsibility according to the present declaration.
