ACES (Accelerated Charter Elementary School)
Stakeholder Complaint Process
ACES acknowledges and encourages feedback from all Stakeholders to
shape and influence the services and supports provided as part of our
quality assurance process. We invite input from all stakeholders
including: Students, family members and community members about the
organization, operations, employees or service quality. We operate under
the principles of openness and accessibility, allowing flexible options for
pursuing a complaint and effective support for those wishing to do so
including individuals that require the policy explained to them in a
language or manner that is appropriate to the capacity of the individual
or with any person acting on their behalf, will receive that support. In
order to provide transparency, which is clear process to acknowledge
complaints and inform about the steps, information is available on our
website and provided to parents.
ACES employees will act in a manner that is professional, respectful and
in keeping with the values of the organization. Individuals who provide
feedback or submit a complaint will continue to receive quality service.
Service will never be negatively impacted or withdrawn as a
consequence of a complaint.
ACES has provided an order of contact for stakeholders concerns. Please
make every effort to contact the primary person in charge as it pertains
to your concern.
