en marcha, operación, mantenimiento y reparación de los actuadores, lean
atentamente el manual de instrucciones detalladas y en particular el capítulo
“Seguridad”.
Please ensure that the detailed Operating Instructions and the chapter on "Safety"
in particular have been read and understood by all personnel involved in the
installation, start-up, operation, maintenance and repair of the actuators.

respetando las normas de seguridad vigentes.
Caution! Dangerous electrical voltage can be present! Avoid personal or
material damages by observing applicable regulations and safety standards!

3. Montaje sobre la válvula / Mounting onto the Valve
El casquillo (2) lleva una indicación de montaje (3), la
cual indica su montaje en el actuador. Bajo pedido se
puede retirar dicha indicación.
There is one indicator tooth (3) at the drive bush (2), to
define its zero position. This tooth may be filed off, if
appropriate.

5. Ajuste de los topes mecánicos
Adjusting the Mechanical Stops
1 = Tornillo de ajuste CERRAR / Adjusting screw CLOSE
2 = Tornillo de ajuste ABRIR / Adjusting screw OPEN
3 = Protección / Protecting caps
El indicador mecánico de posición se
puede ajustar a mano al terminar el
ajuste de los finales de carrera.
The position indicator ball is easily
adjustable to the required orientation by
hand.
6. Ajuste de los finales de carrera / Adjustment of the Position Switches
ATENCIÓN: Los finales de carrera se
deben ajustar con el actuador montado
sobre la válvula.
CAUTION: The position switches have to
be adjusted to the valve mandatorily!
1 = Finales de carrera / Position switch
2 = Leva / Switching cam
1 = Leva para dirección CERRAR
Switching cam CLOSE direction
2 = Leva para dirección ABRIR
Switching cam OPEN direction
3 = Apoyo para el destornillador

7. Ajuste de los limitadores de par / Adjustment of Torque Switches
El ajuste o re-ajuste de los limitadores de par no es necesario. Sin embargo es posible reducir
el par máximo de salida (véase manual de instrucciones detalladas PSQ).
Setting or re-adjusting of the torque adjustment is not necessary. But it is possible to reduce
the maximum actuator output torque (see the detailed Operating Instructions PSQ).
8. Puesta en marcha / Commissioning
• Posicionar el actuador en una posición intermedia con el volante.
• Comprobar dirección de giro (derecha para cerrar e izquierda para abrir), sino corresponde,
cambiar las conexiones correspondientes.
• Comprobar la desconexión por finales de carrera en ambas direcciones. En caso necesario
re-ajustar los finales de carrera.
• Using the handwheel, drive the actuator to a middle position.
• Switch the setting signal briefly between OPEN and CLOSE and check that the actuator
operates in the correct direction. If necessary, reverse the setting signal for OPEN /
CLOSE.
• Drive the actuator in both directions, using the setting signal until the limit switch cuts-off.
Check that the limit switch position is correct. If necessary re-adjust the limit switches.
