Silentia, the hinge with soft closing action, is technically revolutionary and aesthetically leading-edge.
The decelerating system is hidden from view and combined with the hinge components; it does not alter the cabinet design and it confers high

Silentia hinges retain the same features as other Salice hinges without the soft close.
They are compatible with all traditional series 200 mounting plates and with all Domi snap-on mounting plates and have the same adjustment
features and functional applications.

The number of hinges required depends on the size, weight and quality
of the door. The distance between the top and bottom must be greater
than the width of the door. Additional hinges should be added if doors
are near the border line of size or weight chart. Use the diagram below
to determine number of hinges needed.

SMOVE, the new soft closing for S series hinges Excentra and Excenthree.
The S series hinge line includes overlays from 1˝ to 1 - 7/16˝. For best performance, select the position and fix the SMOVE on the hinge side
in relation to the Overlay of the door. Adjust the CAM on the adapter (positive or negative adjustment) to fine tune the closing speed.

mount the SMOVE vertically on the side of the stile when the overlay is 1˝ or greater through

necessary to use two SMOVES, one to be inserted into the upper part and the second into the lower part of the cabinet side opposite the hinges.

The D007 SMOVE can be used with ALL FACE FRAME (“S” Series) and FRAMELESS HINGES (100, 200, B and F Series).
Insert or adapt SMOVE into the top or the bottom panel of the cabinet on the hinged side at an approximate distance from the panel or frame
of 1˝ to 1 - 1/4˝ to the center of the SMOVE. When using the plastic D066 frame adapter, use the wing of the adapter as a reference and add up
to 6 mm (1/4˝) spacing if needed. When using the metal adapter D077, fix the adapter using a 3/4˝ to 1˝ thick spacer as a reference.
For doors over 63˝ height, it may be necessary to use two SMOVE, one to be inserted into the top and the second into the base panel of the

Installation of SMOVE with adapter to be fixed with a double sided adhesive system
For a correct application and to insure optimal performance, we suggest these guidelines be followed:
1) clean and de-grease the cabinet surface where the adapter is to be installed using acetone based cleaner;
2) remove the protective strip from the adhesive;
3) place the adapter in position and apply firm pressure for about one minute;
4) allow a period of 12 hours to elapse before subjecting the product to continuous usage;
5) insert SMOVE frontally into the adapter.
Secure the adapter with the included wood screw.
