Abstracts
Requirements for sending Abstracts: The abstracts should be sent as an attachment to:
e-mail ([email protected]) and ([email protected]) with
Subject Line: SUMMARY FOR EVENT OF STEM CELLS.
• The deadline for submission date will be May 31, 2016.
• They should be developed in Word format, Arial 12, symmetrical margins 2.5 cm.
• The header will have the following items:
• Title in boldface.
• Authors in a separate paragraph (first and second name, joined by a hyphen, and then initials / name (s),
• underline the author who will present the work.
• Institution or organization: official name of the organization of each of the authors, marking a digit to the
appropriate each, and the city and country where it is located; electronic mailbox author presents the work.
• The body of the abstract, in one paragraph, then be drawn up and should include a brief introduction,
methods, main results and most relevant conclusions, not exceeding 250 words of text.
• They must be submitted in English and Spanish.
• Abstracts that do not meet the established requirements will not be accepted.

General Rules of Exhibition
1) Authorities: The Organizing Committee and the Professional Organizer of the Conference are the authorities. The authorities may, when they feel it is
appropriate for the improvement of the organization of the conference may deviate from the rules laid down in these Regulations, and it’s final decision
is binding for all participants. The organizer of the conference is the coordinator and is responsible for its implementation.
2) Conditions: Participation will be confirmed by filling out the application. Exhibitors must complete all information requested in the form and attach
the map or design stand, otherwise the C.O. shall not be responsible for failure to provide exhibitor requirements that are not indicated.
3) Confirmation of space and location: The reservation area will be confirmed only when you have completed all your information with the Registration
Form. Once these requirements are met, the Organizing Committee will designate the location. With exception, the Organizing Committee, when deemed
appropriate will allow you to change the location of the stand and inform the exhibitor with the proposed new location.
4) Payment: Fill out payment form and make a payment of 50% of the total value, and 50% before July 1, 2016.
5) Cancellation: After the second payment of 50% is made on July 1, 2016, the money is not refunded in any case.
6) Setting up of stand: The assembly of modular stands will be done by the Palace of Conventions in accordance with the arrangements delivered by
exhibitors with precise indications of internal divisions, doors, electrical systems, etc .. In the event that the exhibitor fails to provide the booth design,
the Organizing Committee will assemble the stand to the basic standards provided. Any change in the stand assembly will be charged additionally. The
Palacio system uses aluminum frames with white melamine panels 94.8 cm x 2.42.
Panels and / or aluminum profiles can not be painted, screwed, or pierce. These structures can support up to 5 kg weight. In the decoration of the stands
you can not use glue or adhesive materials affecting the surface of the panels. The floor cannot be painted, drilled, broken or deteriorated in any way.
The damage of any of these items involved will be charged at fair market value determined by the authorities.
The collection of garbage removed during assembly and disassembly of the stands, plastic bags will be provided.
Electrical installations will be performed by the technical staff of the Palace. You may not connect higher than the established wattage.
If the design work is special and will be mounted with the resources exhibitor, it is necessary to note that for sawing wood, aluminum or other elements
you must coordinate with the organizer of the conference to establish the place where the work can be done and how to protect the work.
7) Application and furniture care: The request for furniture and services for the stand will be in the Participation Application model when the exhibition
area reserves. If you have additional needs, the exhibitor will coordinate with the Organizer to hire the correct persons. If exhibitors want to use special
furniture, you must have the prior approval of Organizer. In any case you cannot use unauthorized furniture that is not provide by the Conference Rented
furniture or media may not be scratch, cut, or use adhesives. Any damage to the furniture will be paid for by exhibitor at fair market value.
8) Credentials: The credentials are personal and not transferable. Misuse of them empowers the Organizers of the conference to remove and prohibit
the entry of the persons involved. The loss of the badge must be reported to the relevant authorities. It is considered by the organizers charging or not
the new credential. The credential will be delivered according to the m2 of rented space
The credentials and documentation of the Conference or Exhibition will be delivered only after the payment of your stand is made.
9) Safety and security: Exhibitors must enter 30 minutes before the start of the conference and exit 30 minutes after closing. The exhibitor shall be
solely responsible for any damage caused to their property by theft, accident or other causes during the hours of the conference. (It includes 30 minutes.
Before and 30 mins. After).
It is the exhibitor’s responsible during assembly and disassembly of their goods, as well as during the Conference. Our Security will only be responsible
for the custody of the stands and exhibited goods after closing.
Claims made to Organizer for theft, breakage or other damage to the exposed samples should be made in writing within two hours after the detection of
the event, otherwise the Organizer will not assume any responsibility.
When entering convention hall to assemble and / or decorating your stand, exhibitors must submit the document “Declaration of Entry and Exit of Goods”.
It must list all materials, furniture and equipment owned that will be in the booth during the Conference to facilitate removal at the end of conference.
The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage caused to materials, furniture and / or equipment that were not declared at the
entrance.
Cabinets and display cases will be supplied with their corresponding keys so that those small items that can be easily stolen are kept to ensure their
safety. For the duration of the Conference goods and / or equipment in the booth should be reviewed by security so that it is accounted as reported
merchandise.
When the exhibitor leaves at the closing of the fair you may not return to your area except with a representative of Palacios.
Conference officials are not responsible for any damage that may cause by deficiencies in light or electricity. The exhibitor is required to place the proper
electrical transformers in place.
After the Conference, exhibitors must take their goods on the same day, only in extreme cases may goods be left for the day after, but always in
coordination with the organizers.
The Organizer is exempt from any liability for any object or decorative material that was not picked up by the exhibitor during the stated days for
disassembly.
10) Prohibited: Spaces outside the contracted area or any publicity out of it is not permitted except contracted with official bodies authorized by
the Organizer. The exhibitors are prohibited from using equipment causing discomfort to other exhibitors, performances by musical groups, noisy
demonstrations or propaganda loudspeakers to attract the public.
Vehicle access to the interior areas of the Palace except service and expressly authorized by the authorities of the Palace is not permitted.
The removal of samples or stands before the conclusion of the Conference without authorization from the organizer will not be allowed.
