CURADO:
• En condiciones calientes o ventosas mantener el mortero/estuco
húmedo para promover el curado adecuado. Colocar plástico sobre el
muro para ayudar a retener la humedad.
• Evitar que se congele durante por lo menos 24 horas.
ACABADO:
• Permitir que el mortero se fragüe hasta que no se oprima con el dedo
antes de alizar la junta con una herramienta para juntas.
• Termina el estuco al acabado deseado.
COLOCACION:
• (Fig. 3) Cuando se colocan ladrillos o bloques cubrir la orilla con
mortero antes de colocarlo en un lecho completo de mortero
• (Fig. 4) Golpear en su lugar mientras se nivela.
• (Fig. 5) Cuando se re-puntea, colocar mortero en la junta con una
llana para repuntar y compactar.
• Cuando se usa en una aplicación de estuco, aplicar usando una llana
y una manella de mampostería usando suficiente presión para
compactar el material.
MEZCLADO:
• (Fig. 1) Vaciar el contenido en una caretilla o charola para mortero
formando un cráter en el centro para agregar el agua. Trabajos que
requieran de múltiples bolsas se pueden mezclar mas fácilmente
usando una mezcladora mecánica.
• (Fig. 2) Agregar aproximadamente 4.3 L: (4.5 cuartos de galón) de
agua limpia o suficiente para lograr una mezcla manejable. Agrega
masagua conforme sea necesario pero EVITAR UNA MEZCLA
AGUADA.
• Exceso de agua reduce la fuerza y durabilidad.
Construcción Nueva: Cuando se coloca ladrillo o bloques construir
una firme cimentación por debajo de la línea de escarcha. Consultar

PREPARACION:
Preparación apropiada es necesaria para un proyecto exitoso. Las

con concreto, mortero cemento o mezclas de cemento mojadas y que no hayan endurecido pueden causar irritación de la piel,
quemaduras severas de sustancia química o daños graves a los ojos. Use guantes impermeables, una camisa completamente
abotonada de mangas largas, pantalones largos y gafas de seguridad hechas a medida. Si tiene que parrarse en el producto

Una mezcla de arena y cemento de mampostería pre-mezclado o arena, cal y
cemento portland pre-mezclado. Para colocar ladrillo, bloque y piedra en
muros de carga y aplicaciones debajo de grado. Construir muros, macetas y
chimeneas. Para re-puntear o reparar juntas de mortero existentes. También
se puede usar para capa base, capa segunda y acabado de muros. Cumple
con los requerimientos de propiedad de ASTM C 270 y C 1714.

This product contains portland cement and silica sand. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not take internally.
Crystalline silica sand may cause serious lung problems. Avoid breathing dust and wear a respirator in dusty areas.
Contact with wet unhardened concrete, mortar, cement or cement mixtures can cause skin irritation, severe chemical
burns or serious eye damage. Wear waterproof gloves, a fully buttoned long-sleeved shirt, full-length trousers and tight
fitting safety goggles. If you have to stand in wet product, wear waterproof boots high enough to keep product from
getting inside. If working on hands and knees, wear kneepads. Indirect contact through clothing can be as serious as
direct contact. Promptly rinse out wet product from clothing.
How Much Do
You Need?
CURING:
• In hot or windy conditions keep the mortar/stucco damp to promote
adequate curing. Drape plastic over wall to help retain moisture.
• Keep from freezing for at least 24 hours.
FINISHING:
• Allow the mortar to set until thumb print hard before smoothing the
joint with a jointing tool.
• Finish stucco to desired texture.
PLACEMENT:
• (Fig. 3) When laying brick or block, butter the end with mortar
before placing into a full bed of mortar.
• (Fig. 4) Tap into place while leveling.
• (Fig. 5) When tuck pointing, place mortar into the joint with a tuck
pointing trowel and compact.
• When using in a stucco application, apply using a trowel and
masonry hawk using enough pressure to compact the material.
MIXING:
• (Fig. 1) Empty contents into a wheelbarrow or mortar pan forming a
crater in the center for the addition of water. Jobs requiring
multiple bags can more easily be mixed using a mechanical mixer.
• (Fig. 2) Add approximately 4.5 quarts of clean water or enough to
achieve a workable mix. Add additional water as needed but AVOID
A SOUPY MIX.
• Excess water reduces strength and durability.
