angela Galvis schnuerle, llm
Partner • Attorney at Law
Angela Galvis Schnuerle was born
in Colombia, South America, and
attended the University of Houston
where she graduated Magna Cum
Laude. Ms. Schnuerle has extensive
experience in management and
administration of complex contracts
for the Federal Government as well
as national and international contracts for private sectors.
She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen
School of Law, and her Masters in Law from the Agricultural
Law Center in Fayetteville. Ms. Schnuerle worked as Special
Assistant for Hispanic Affairs for U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln,
where she advised, and implemented immigrant legislative
platform, immigration policy and outreach programs. Ms.
Schnuerle is a Consulting Attorney for the Mexican Consulate
in Arkansas and the legal counsel for several non-profit
associations.
Milton A. DeJesus
Partner • Attorney at Law
Milton A. DeJesus is a graduate of
Macalester College, St. Paul and the
University of Minnesota Law School earning
the inaugural Tom C. Clark Memorial
Scholarship to the Hastings College of
the Law Trial Advocacy program in San
Francisco, California. He has practiced
immigration law and immigration advocacy for 37 years and
has extensive litigation experience in the United States Federal
Courts, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in the 6th and 8th
Circuits and a number of immigration courts throughout the
U.S. He is admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Federal
Circuit and the Court of International Trade in Washington
D.C. and enjoys an international client portfolio including the
UAE, South America and India. He was selected as an ILEX
delegate to India by the ABA International Law Section in 2009,
visiting Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi with his esteemed
international colleagues. He is a current member of the ABA
International Law Section, India sub-committee.

Amanda Legate
Vice President
for Global Engagement
Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, Amanda
studied Business and Spanish at the
University of Central Arkansas and
participated in graduate studies in Mexico while
earning an International MBA. Pursuing her career
in International Higher Education, Amanda is widely
traveled, particularly to China and other Asian
countries and has developed programs worldwide
to enhance exchange and experiential learning.
She has worked at a leading research institution
and has specialized experience in international
collaborative projects. Amanda’s focus in the firm
includes J-1 exchange programs, healthcare visas
and employment related immigration.
vianca cruz
Senior Case Manager
Vianca earned her degrees in
Spanish and International Business
at the University of Arkansas
at Little Rock, completing her
international studies at the Universidad Francisco
de Vitoria in Spain, after which she traveled
throughout Europe to conduct independent
economic and historical research and enhance
her cultural literacy. Her initial employment in fiscal
management and HR in the healthcare industry
support the firm’s concentration on employment
related healthcare visas, serving as the Senior
Case Manager.
