Para obtener el punto de eficiencia optimo del sistema, debemos tener en cuenta
otros fenómenos:

Corrientes de Fugas “Shunt Currents”.
Difusión de iones de vanadio a través de la membrana.
Sobre potencial locales debido a mal distribución/renovación electrolito cercano al
electrodo de grafito.
Dependiendo de los servicios a lo que se aplica la batería, se debe elegir la mejor
configuración de bombeo, para maximizar el rendimiento en la aplicación en
particular.
