We will reopen July 27. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Church of St. Mary Magdelene in Petite Rivier, Gaibo, Haiti is near completion. Fr. Succès’ mother’s last wish is actually coming true. The church is up, the roof is on, the altar is built, a good loud bell has been purchased for the tower. There are still several interior projects that need to be completed. The bathroom and sacristy need to be completed, benches need to be purchased and installed. If anyone would like to make a contribution to this most worthwhile project please see Fr. Succès. Anyone who wants to donate something to be sold at the yard sale can bring it on the morning of July 30. Festivities will be outside in the back, weather-permitting. The priests will provide the grilled fare. Please bring your favorite side dish, drink or dessert to share. Mike works in the biotech field for a local company specializing in oncology, and volunteers around the world. Because of his love of travel, people, photography, languages, and the service he has offered to people in poor communities, Mike will offer us a different perspective on the beauty in our world. The evening is designed to bring joy, hope, and peace to those who are affected by illness, including family and friends. Viaje a Washington DC. Sept. 2 costo $120.00 y $5.00 de propina para el chofer del Bus, Saldriamos el Viernes 2 de Sept. a las 9:00 pm para estar en Washington a las 6:00 AM. Y salir de Washington a las 6:00 pm. Llegando a Brighton como a las 2:00 am del Domingo interesados hablar con Edio Galvez despues de la misa esta actividad es para ayudar al padre Success para terminar la Iglesia en Haiti pero sino tenemos mas de 40 personas no podriamos hacer el viaje tenemos este Domingo y el otro para saber y reservar el bus tambien necesitaremos el dinero a mas tardar para el Domingo 31 de Julio. El 30 de Julio se estara hacienda un yarsale en el parqueo de la iglesia desde las 8:00 am las poersonas que quieran traer algo para ser donado y vendido en el yarsale es bienvenido la midatad de lo recaudado sera poara ayudar al padre en la conruccion de la iglesia en Haiti y lo de mas papra el grupo por favor hablar con Edvin Juarez.
