RETREAT FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN: On
Saturday, April 20th Movimiento Matrimonio Catolico
and Saint Cecilia will host a retreat for parents and
their children at Our Lady Queen of Angels from
9:00am to 5:00pm. The donation for the retreat is ten
dollars ($10.00) for adults and five dollars ($5.00) for
children. The presenters are: Father Silvio, Father
Joseph Espallat. There will be food for everyone.
PALM SUNDAY OFFERING: We thank all our
parishioners and all those who joined Saint Cecilia
for the celebration of Palm Sunday. Our offertory
for that Sunday was four thousand eight hundred
ninety one and thirty cents ($4,891.30). Thank you
for your generosity in maintaining our parish.

The cost for a space is $25 for register parishioners and

S PECIAL MASS: Saint Cecilia
Evangelization Team will host a
special mass on Sunday, April 14th
from 3:00pm. Father Alberto
Espinal will be the main celebrant
and the music will be provided by Fredy Espinal. The
mass is open to all those who want to worship and
praise the Lord in and with their lives for the many gifts
that God has given each one. We always invite all
people who need a healing in their lives. Come and
experience the healing power of God.
GOSPEL BRUNCH CRUISE: St. Martin de Porres
Society of Saint Cecilia’s Church invites you to a
Gospel Brunch Cruise. The cruise is seventy five
dollars ($75.00) and includes, luncheon Buffet,
Harbor Cruise and Gospel Choir Performance.
The cruise will sail from Chelsea Piers, 23rd Street
and 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10011 on
Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 11:00am.
CELEBRITY AUSTRALIA CRUISE: Although
fundraiser trips are important to the "Raising The
Roof" project, this trip is a little extra special.
Celebrity Cruise will be able to remit $2,000 $3,000 for every sixteen (16) paying guests.
Currently we have 10 guests who are cruising
with us; we need six (6) more guests. We
understand that not everyone is willing or able to
participate, however, what we ask is to promote
the cruise to everyone you know. If anyone is
interested please have them call Maria Nieves

call the rectory.

Choir of New York, is inviting you to an Easter
concert, “Hosanna To The King” on Sunday, April 14th
at 4:00pm. The concert will be at St. Lucy’s Catholic
Church on 344 East 104 Street, New York, NY and the
suggested donation is $10.00 only.
THANK YOU: We want to thank the Filipino
Community who has given us a donation of one
thousand seven hundred and twenty five dollars
after their dinner dance. May the Lord bless each
and every one of them in their contribution to our
roof project.
