Dear Parents,
Our Christmas Show is quickly approaching. Our middle school students have been working hard on
writing the script and preparing the music. This year, we will be focusing on our many Christmas memories.
We are excited to host another exciting show this year!
I wanted to share a few reminders so that everyone is prepared for an excellent evening.
Before the Show…

Students should arrive at school by 5pm.
Students should be dressed in their outfit for the show by 5pm.
HSA will provide pizza for the students before the show (Suggested $3 donation per child).
Pizza will be sold to parents before the show (food sales ending at 5:45).
School Store will be open before the show – perfect for Christmas gifts! (sales ending at 5:45)
Parking spots in the SHS lot will be sold for $15 each (price includes a SHS Car Magnet). Parking passes
should be purchased before the night of the show. Gates will be closed at 6pm.
Additional parking is available on the street or at the DC-USA Shopping Center. Please arrive early to ensure
you are on time for the show!
There will be no entrance fee
During the show…

All students will be in the opening song and the closing song.
Students should stay with their teacher throughout the show. Students should not be picked up until the
show is over.
The show will last about an hour, beginning right at 6pm.
Parents should remind their family and friends of proper audience behavior, including being attentive and
quiet. If a child is crying, we ask that you take them out of the theater.
Clothing –
PK3, PK4, – Animal Costumes for Nativity Scene
K, 1st , 2nd, 7th, and 8th Grade – Black bottoms, Red tops
3rd and 6th Grade – Black bottoms, White tops
4th and 5th Grade – Black Bottoms, Green tops

Queridos padres,
Nuestro Espectáculo de Navidad se aproxima. Nuestros estudiantes de secundaria han estado trabajando duro
en la escritura del guión y la preparación de la música. Este año, el espectáculo de navidad se centrará en
nuestros recuerdos de Navidad. Estamos muy contentos de tener otro espectáculo emocionante este año!
También quiero compartir algunos recordatorios para que todos estén preparados para una noche
espectacular.
Antes del espectáculo...
- Los estudiantes deben llegar a la escuela a las 5:00pm.
- Los estudiantes deben estar vestidos en su traje para el espectáculo a las 5pm.
- HSA proporcionará pizza para los estudiantes antes del espectáculo (donación sugerida, $3 por niño).
- Antes del espectáculo se les venderá pizza a los padres (la venta de comida termina a las 5:45pm).
- La tienda de la Escuela estará abierta antes del espectáculo - perfecto para comprar regalos de Navidad!
(ventas terminan a las 5:45)
- Plazas de parqueo en el estacionamiento de SHS se venderán por $15 (el precio incluye un imán de SHS para
un caro). Pases de parqueo se deben de comprar antes que comience el espectáculo. Las puertas se cerrarán a
las 6 pm.
- Estacionamiento adicional está disponible en la calle o en el centro comercial de Columbia Heights. Por favor
de llegar temprano para asegurarse que están a tiempo para el espectáculo!
- No habrá tarifa de entrada
Durante el espectáculo...
- Todos los estudiantes cantaran la canción de la entrada y la canción de despedida.
- Los estudiantes deben permanecer con su maestro durante todo el espectáculo. Los estudiantes no deben
ser recogidos hasta que el espectáculo ha terminado.
- El espectáculo durará cerca de una hora, comenzando a las 6:00pm empunto.
- Los padres deben recordar a sus familiares y amigos de la conducta apropiada, incluyendo el estar atento y
tranquilo. Si un niño está llorando, le pedimos que por favor salgan del teatro.
Trajes:
PK3, PK4, - Disfraces de animales para la escena de la natividad
K, primero, segundo, 7mo y 8vo grado – pantalones/falda negros, camisa/blusa roja
Tercero y sexto grado – pantalones/falda negros, camisa/blusa blancas
Cuarto y quinto grado – pantalones/falda negros, camisa/blusa verde
