OPENING RECEPTION – RECEPCIÓN DE APERTURA
A reception for all attendees will be offered at the opening of the meeting in the official
venue. The sponsorship includes 4 standing banners, the company logo on the invitation
cards, and a special recognition in the program of the meeting.
Al inicio del simposio se ofrecerá una recepción para todos los asistentes en la sede del
encuentro. El patrocinio incluye 4 estandartes autoportantes en el salón de la recepción, el
logotipo de la empresa en las invitaciones y un reconocimiento especial en el programa
del encuentro.

LUNCHEONS WITH KEYNOTE SPEAKERS – ALMUERZOS CON DISERTANTES
Three luncheons with keynote speakers will be offered for 300 attendees at the
symposium. The sponsorship includes 2 standing banners in the dining room, free
invitations for the speaker and two additional persons at the main table, the company logo
on the invitation cards, and a special recognition in the program of the meeting.
Durante el simposio se ofrecerán 3 almuerzos con disertantes para 300 asistentes. El
patrocinio incluye 2 estandartes autoportantes en el salón comedor, invitaciones de
cortesía para el disertante y dos acompañantes en la mesa principal, el logotipo de la
empresa en las invitaciones y un reconocimiento especial en el programa del encuentro.

COFFEE BREAKS – RECESOS PARA CAFÉ
Coffee and accompaniments will be served twice a day in the exhibition area. The
sponsorship includes 4 standing banners, and a special recognition in the program of the
meeting.
Se servirá café y acompañamientos dos veces al día en el área de la exposición. El
patrocinio incluye 4 estandartes autoportantes y un reconocimiento especial en el
programa del encuentro.

BADGES FOR PARTICIPANTS – CREDENCIALES PARA LOS PARTICIPANTES
All participants in the meeting, including exhibitors and guests, will receive badges with the
sponsor’s logo printed in color and a collar ribbon to hang the badge with the names of the
symposium and the sponsor.
Todos los participantes del encuentro, incluyendo expositores e invitados, recibirán una
credencial impresa en colores con el nombre del patrocinador y una cinta impresa para
colgar la credencial con los nombres del simposio y del patrocinador.

Eco-bags for the symposium material will be delivered to all attendees of the technical
sessions. The sponsor’s logo and the name of the symposium will be printed on both sides
of the bag.
Se entregarán bolsas ecológicas para el material del simposio a todos los asistentes a las
sesiones técnicas. El logo del patrocinador y el nombre del simposio serán impresos a
ambos lados de la bolsa.

A retractable or twist-action propel/repel ballpoint pen and a size A4, 50 page notepad will
be delivered to all attendees of the technical sessions. The sponsor’s logo and the name
of the symposium will be printed on both items.
Se entregarán un bolígrafo retráctil o de avance y retroceso mediante giro y un anotador
tamaño A4 de 50 hojas a todos los asistentes a las sesiones técnicas. El logo del
patrocinador y el nombre del simposio serán impresos en ambos artículos.

GENERAL SIGNS – CARTELERÍA GENERAL
A. Several indicating signs will be displayed at the symposium venue. These signs will
have the logo of the sponsoring entity giving them relevant visibility.
B. Banners of the sponsoring entity will be placed in both rooms where the technical
sessions will be held, on either side of the head table.
A. Se dispondrán varios carteles indicadores en la sede del simposio. Estos mostrarán el
logo de la entidad patrocinadora, dándole importante visibilidad.

CD with symposium proceedings – Disco compacto con trabajos técnicos
The papers presented at the symposium released for publication will be gathered together
with the audio of the presentation and uploaded onto a compact disc that will be delivered
to all participants in the technical sessions. The CD will have the sponsoring entity’s logo
on the cover.
Los trabajos presentados en el simposio cuya difusión haya sido autorizada serán
recopilados y grabados, audio inclusive, en un disco compacto que se entregará a todos
los asistentes a las sesiones técnicas. La carátula del disco llevará el logo de la entidad
patrocinadora.

Advertising in the program of the symposium – Publicidad en el programa del
simposio
The program of the symposium will have full color advertising limited to the back cover, the
inside of both covers and one inside page (either side).
El programa del simposio tendrá anuncios publicitarios en color en la cubierta trasera, en
la parte interna de ambas cubiertas y en una página interior (una sola cara de la hoja).

General sponsorships – Adhesiones
General sponsorships apply to nonspecific support of the symposium. This sponsorship
entails a special recognition in the program of the meeting and a number of free
registrations for the sponsor’s representatives or guests.
Las adhesiones implican apoyo no específico al simposio. Este patrocinio incluye un
reconocimiento especial en el programa del encuentro y una cantidad de inscripciones sin
costo para representantes o invitados del patrocinador.
