RESIDETIAL SUBLEASE AGREEMET
This sublease agreement, entered into this _____ [día] day of ___________ [mes],
______ [año] is made between _______________ [nombre del arrendatario original] (the
“Sublessor”), ____________ [nombre del subarrendatario] (the “Sublessee”) and
____________ [nombre del arrendador] (the “Landlord”) for the period beginning on

WHEREAS, Sublessor and Landlord are party to that lease agreement by and between

WHEREAS, Sublessee desires to rent the Premises from Sublessor for the period set
forth below; and
WHEREAS, Landlord has approved such Sublease, subject to the terms contained herein

OW THEREFORE, the Parties hereto agree as follows:
1.
RET. Sublessee shall pay as rent for the sublease period the total monthly sum

4.
CODITIO OF PREMISES. Sublessee agrees to surrender and deliver to the
Sublessor the Premises and all fixtures in as good a condition as they were at the beginning of
the term, reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Sublessee will be liable to the Sublessor for any
damages occurring to the Premises or the contents thereof or to the building which are done by
Sublessee or his guests.
5.
DEPOSIT. Sublessee shall pay a damage deposit of $_________ [Pon la
