SUBJECT: Edgewater Pedestrian Safety Improvements
Project Limits: Edgewater Street from Kingwood Avenue to Patterson Avenue
Status Report No. 17
This update provides a schedule of anticipated construction to be performed within the next
couple of weeks on the Edgewater work in West Salem. Typically construction will occur
during daytime hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nighttime work is not anticipated for this reporting
period. Contractor anticipates construction to resume on the remaining ADA ramps and curb
extensions mid September.
Week of September 10—September 14, 2012

Electrical work for the pedestrian light poles continued this week.

Excavation and construction began on the northwest corner of McNary Avenue NW and
Edgewater Street NW. Completion: September 28, 2012
Week of September 17—September 21, 2012

Electrical work for the pedestrian light poles will continue this week.

Excavation and construction will continue on the northwest corner of McNary Avenue
NW and Edgewater Street NW. Completion: September 28, 2012
