Características Usamel

USAMEL es un tablero aglomerado de partículas estándar recubierto, mediante la acción de presión y
temperatura, con papel melamínico. USAMEL tiene unas características superficiales tales que no necesita de
posteriores tratamientos para su aplicación y lo hacen especialmente apto para su uso en todo tipo de mobiliario.
Nuestra amplia gama de diseños combinados con los distintos acabados posibles satisface las necesidades de la
industria del mueble y decoración y nos permiten estar en la vanguardia del mercado.
Por sus especiales características superficiales o por la aplicación a la que van destinados tenemos:

USAMEL POSTFORMABLE: Tablero recubierto con un papel barrera entre el tablero base y el papel
decorativo melamínico, que le confiere unas propiedades para un óptimo posformado del material.
•
USAMEL OVERLAY: Tablero melamínico con una hoja de papel overlay en la superficie que le hace
presentar una mejor resistencia a la abrasión y al impacto.
Dependiendo de la calidad del tablero base tenemos diferentes tipos de tablero recubierto (ver tabla izda.). Según la resistencia a
la abrasión (WR) tenemos diferentes clases de tablero (ver tabla dcha.)
Las características físico-mecánicas y superficiales para USAMEL ESTÁNDAR se basan en las recogidas en la norma UNE-EN
14322.
USAMEL is a standard particleboard coated, using heat and pressure, with melamine paper. Due to its excellent surface
characteristics, USAMEL doesn’t need additional treatments for its application and is specially suitable for its use in all kind of
furniture.
Our wide variety of designs in combination with the different finishes satisfies the needs of the furniture and decoration
industry and allow us to be in the vanguard of the market.
Due to its specially surface characteristics or for its future application we have:

USAMEL POSTFORMABLE: Particleboard coated with a barrier paper between the particleboard and the
decorative paper, which give it properties for an optimum postforming.
•
USAMEL OVERLAY: Melamine faced board with an overlay paper sheet on the surface improving the abrasion
and the impact strength.
Depending on the quality of the base board we have different kinds of covered boards (See left table). Based on the wear
resistance (WR), we have different classes of board (see right table)
The physical, mechanical and surface characteristics for USAMEL STANDAR are in concordance with UNE-EN 14322 standard.
