ATTENTION - All Wilkes-Barre Kids!
Have fun, stay active and enjoy yummy FREE lunches
and snacks all summer long. We will be “Serving up
Summer” at these 6 locations throughout the city:
Coal Street Park
Iron Triangle Playground
Frances Slocum Park
Huber Park
Parsons Park
Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA
Coal & North Sherman Streets
Corner of Hickory & Metcalf Streets
Corner of N. Pennsylvania Ave. & Scott Street
Stanton & Huber Streets
On Scott Street just after Matson Street
40 W. Northampton Street (Note – space at the Y is
limited to the first 40 kids a day )
Tuesday, June 16th to Friday, August 14th
Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm
Come to a special Food-n-Fun @ the Park Kick-off Party
Tuesday, June 9th 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Coal Street Park
Refreshments, Fun, Information & meet the staff.
If it is raining that day this event is cancelled. No rain date.
 Who can attend? Any kids, grades K-12. Pre-school age children are welcome to
enjoy snacks & lunches but must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
 Is registration required? Not at all! Stop by the parks any day.
 What will kids do? They will stay full and focused all summer long enjoying
healthy lunches and snacks, plus fun supervised activities, games and crafts.
 What does it cost? Nothing! It is FREE!

Lunes a Viernes 10 am de la mañana las 2 de la tarde
Ven a la Fiesta para poner en marcha el Especial de
Comida @ Diversión en el Parque.

Si está lloviendo ese día este evento se cancela. No hay fecha cuando llueve.

Quienes pueden asistir? Cualquier niño, niña de grados Kindergarten a 12 grado,

niños, niñas de edad pre-escolar son bienvenidos para disfrutar el almuerzo, pero
deben ser acompañados por un adulto de 18 años.
Es la inscripción necesaria? Para nada. Pase al parque cualquier día, a cualquier hora!

Que van a hacer los niños? Ellos estarán completamente concentrados y enfocados,

todo el Verano disfrutando de las actividades supervisadas, Juegos, Artes y
deliciosos y saludables almuerzos.
Cuál es el precio? Es gratis!
