Cleaning is necessary
Surface must be cleaned and thoroughly rinsed. The drier the stone
and grout, the better the penetration. Make sure that there are no
puddles in grout lines and use air movers to speed the drying of
the stone and grout lines before application. If pH of surface is
higher than 11, (unusual if thoroughly rinsed), then sealer may not
bond properly. Stone & grout lines may need to be rinsed with
Spinergy Vivid Neutral Stone Cleaner/Rinse to lower pH of grout
before applying sealer.
Dilution Instructions
Do not dilute. The product is ready to use. Coverage should be
between 300 and 1200 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the porosity of the surfaces and the coverage required (grout only or entire
surface).
Application Methods
Grout Application
Spray grout lines with pump up sprayer. Squeegee excess into
untreated areas and bonnet off non-porous tiles. When dry (typically 1 to 2 hours) if there is a white haze on tiles, then buff off with
white polishing pad and 175 rpm rotary machine.
Stone Application
For entire floor application, spray on sealer then spread with a
brush with synthetic fibers. An alternative and sometimes preferred
application method is to liberally apply an even coat using a paint
pad, roller or brush. Allow sealer to penetrate the surface for 15–30
Post Application Precautions
Floor is typically walkable in 3 to 4 hours, ready for use after 8 to
12 hours, and completely cured in 24 hours. These times will be
shorter if only grout was sealed. After 6 to 18 months, reapplication
may be necessary, depending upon the traffic level, maintenance
procedures and the type of surface sealed.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA SU USO
Antes de usarse agitese bien la botella. Haga una prueba preliminar de la compatibilidad del producto, en un area poco visible,
especial para pulir el marmol y extremadas superficies porosas .
Asegurese que el area esta ventilada durante la aplicacion y hasta
que se seque . mantenga a los ninos y mascotas fuera del area .El
sellador se puede aplicar una hora despues de que toda el agua ha
sido removida. Temperatura de la superficie debe estar entre 50 y
80 grados F.
Limpieza es necesaria :
La superficie debe estar limpia. Entre mas limpia y seca este el
area mejores resultados tendra . Asegurese que las lineas del grout
esten limpias y use aire para secar mas rapido el area antes de la
aplicacion del producto. Ysi el ph de la superficie es mas de 11,
entonces el sellador no va a funcionar apropiadamente. El piso
talvez deba ser limpiado con Spenergy Vivid Neutral Stone Cleaner/
Rinse para bajar el ph del piso antes de aplicar este producto.
Instrucciones de dilucion
No se diluya .El producto esta listo para usarse .La botella alcanza
a cubrir un area de 300 a 1200 sq. ft por un galon dependiendo de
que tan brilloso quiera .(solo grout y superficies de piedra)
Metodos de aplicacion
Aplicacion en grout: Use un rociador de bomba para aplicarlo en
las lineas de grout . Seque el exceso con un trapo. Se seca en 1 a
2 horas y si quedo algo blanco en el azulejo , entonces tiene que
pulir con una maquina rotatoria de 175 rpm.
Aplicacion en piedra: Para todo el piso ,rocie el sellador y use un
cepillo de fibra sintetica para expander el sellador.Tambien puede
usar un rodillo ,o una brocha de pintar. Permita que el sellador
penetre en la superficie por 15 a 30 minutos. Durante este tiempo,
distribuya el sellador sobre toda el area para asegurar una penetracion pareja . Remueva el exceso de sellador con una toalla limpia
.Talvez necesite una segunda aplicacion despues de 1 hora .Ponga
unas gotas de agua sobre el Nuevo sellador en el piso y vea si
loabsorbe si es asi entonces debe aplicarse una segunda vez.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Before Application
SHAKE THOROUGHLY BEFORE EACH USE!
Test for suitability in an inconspicuous area, especially for polished
marble and extremely porous surfaces. Ensure that the area is
well-ventilated during application and until the surface is dry. Keep
children and pets out of the area until foot traffic resumes. Sealer
may be applied to damp surfaces one hour after standing water
has been removed. Surface temperature should be between 50°F
and 80°F. Mask any surfaces not intended to be treated.

surface thoroughly with clean, dry towels. A second coat may be
necessary after 1 hour. Place drop of water on newly sealed grout
or stone and see if it absorbs into grout or stone. If it does absorb
readily, then a second coat is necessary.
