You must be able to pay the monthly mortgage
payment.
You have no excessive credit card debt.
Willingness to Partner



Seeking to put God’s love into
action, Habitat for Humanity
brings people together to build
homes, communities and hope.
You may qualify for a home if your present
dwelling is inadequate or overcrowded.
Your total family income is below average
(30-60% of the median family income).

Your family will complete 500 hours of sweat
equity.
You will attend 12 classes on homeownership.
You will pay monthly mortgage payments on
time.
You will build in Faith Subdivision.

hipoteca del hogar.
Usted no debe tener deudas excesivas de las
tarjetas de crédito.
Voluntad para Asociarse



Humanidad reúne a la gente para
construir hogares, comunidades y
esperanza.
Se puede solicitar un hogar si su vivienda actual es
inadecuada y sobrepoblada.
Si su ingreso familiar es menor del promedio (3060% el ingreso de una familia mediana).


Su familia tendrá que hacer 500 horas de “mano de
obra equitativa.”
Usted tendrá que asistir a 12 clases de propiedad de
viviendas.
Usted tendrá que pagar mensualmente a tiempo la
hipoteca.
