management of private forests in
Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur

The regional center is a local delegation of the National Center of
Private Ownership
Its core mission is to orient and improve the forest management
of the private forests. To reach this objective, our main actions are:

To develop the groupment of forest stands and forest owners,
on all its forms, technical and economical.
Promote a sustainable management of the forest and all its
resources.
Approve the Forest Management Plans.
Contribute to the sustainable development of rural areas, in
particular through the promotion of all uses of the forests: wood,
energy, NWFP, biodiversity….
