Description
Totally controlled by PLC, the working cycle is:
•
The piece is push out from the magazine to the testing
area.
•
A micro switch detects the presence of the piece
•
The piece is material/colour recognized
•
The piece is pick up from the testing area
•
The piece is stored in three different columns, as it is
just classified.

El ciclo de trabajo, totalmente controlado por PLC, incluye:
•
La expulsión de la pieza del almacén cilíndrico al área de
reconocimiento.
•
Reconocimiento de la presencia de la pieza en la área
con un específico sensor.
•
Reconocimiento del material/color de la pieza.
•
Toma de la pieza desde la área de reconocimiento.
•
Almacenamiento de las piezas según los datos
acumulados en las estaciones anteriores.

Description
The working cycle, completely controlled by PLC, includes:
•
Piece ejection from the cylindrical store in the
acknowledged area.
•
Acknowledgement of the piece presence in the area
through the appropriate sensor.
•
Acknowledgement of the colour/material composing the
piece detected by sensors (optic, inductive).
•
Piece transport through rotating manipulator to the
subsequent station.
•
Acknowledgement of the piece thickness with selection
on two slide ways of the suitable and rejected pieces.
•
Piece store complying with the data coming form the
previous stations.

La expulsión de la pieza del almacén cilíndrico al área de
reconocimiento.
•
Reconocimiento de la presencia de la pieza en la área
con un específico sensor.
•
Reconocimiento del color/material de la pieza mediante
sensores (óptico, inductivo).
•
Transporte de la pieza mediante manipulador rotativo a
la estación sucesiva.
•
Reconocimiento del espesor de la pieza con selección y
envío a dos canales de las piezas aceptadas y los
descartes.
•
Almacenamiento de las piezas según los datos
acumulados en las estaciones anteriores.
