Angaben beziehen sich auf 23 °C Produkt-, Raum- und Modelltemperatur und eine relative Luftfeuchtigkeit von 50 %. Eine erheblich von 23 °C

Hinweise
Verarbeitungshinweise
➀ Vor Gebrauch originalverschlossene Flasche schütteln.
➁ Beim Verarbeiten in Dosiergeräten auf die Trennung von
Komponente A und B achten. (Siehe Farbcodierung der Deckel)
➂ Beim manuellen Mischen die Komponenten im Verhältnis 1:1 dosieren und die Masse bis zur homogenen Färbung durchmischen.
• Profisil® kann in handelsüblichen Küvetten verwendet werden.
• Das Einblasen von Druckluft zwischen fertiger Dublierform aus
Profisil® und dem Modell erleichtert die Entformung.
• Bei empfindlichen Personen können allergische Reaktionen auf das
Produkt nicht ausgeschlossen werden.
➃ Das Meistermodell sollte trocken und frei von Isoliermitteln sein.

Mischungsverhältnis: je 1 Volumenteil Komponente A und

Mischtechnik: manuell oder mittels Dosiergerät. Ausführliche Angaben
zur Handhabung sind in der Gebrauchsinformation des Gerätes nachzulesen.
Lagerbedingungen: 18 °C – 25 °C
Luftfeuchtigkeit: 50 %, (gelten für die originalverschlossene und für die
geöffnete Flasche).
Desinfektion: Die Dublierform kann z. B. mit Silosept® desinfiziert
werden.
Zeitspanne zwischen dem Entformen und Ausgießen:
30 Minuten nach Abbindeende, glatt und blasenfrei, z. B. mit qualitativ
hochwertigen Dentalgipsen (Klasse III - V)
Lagerfähigkeit des Dubliersilikons: siehe Etikettenaufdruck.
Empfehlung: phosphatgebundene Einbettmasse verwenden.

These figures assume that the product, surroundings and model are
at 23°C and 50% relative air humidity. Temperatures deviating
considerably from 23°C influence the working and setting times.
Instructions
➀ Always shake the sealed bottle before use.
Please note
➁ When using in a dispensing/mixing unit, ensure that components A
and B are kept separate. (The lids are colour-coded)
• Profisil® can be used in commercially available flasks.
➂ When mixing by hand, dispense the materials at a ratio of
1 : 1 and mix until the silicone is coloured uniformly throughout.
➃ The master model should be dry and free of separating agent.
Technical data (ISO 14356)
Mixing ratio: 1 part by volume each of components A and B. Mixing: By
hand or with a dispensing/mixing unit. The
dispensing/mixing unit instructions include details on handling.
Storage: 18°C – 25°C, air humidity: 50 % - (applies to fully sealed and
open bottles).
Disinfecting: The duplicating mould can be disinfected, e. g. with
Silosept®.
Time between removing the model and casting the mould:
30 minutes after setting, smooth and bubble-free using, e.g. with high
quality dental stone (class III - V).
Shelf-life of the duplicating silicone: Printed on label.
Recommendation: using phosphate-bonded investments.
• Compressed air can be blasted between the Profisil® duplicating
mould and model to facilitate removing it from the mould.
• Allergic reactions to this product cannot be ruled out with hypersensitive persons.

Les indications se rapportent à une température de 23°C pour le
produit, le milieu ambiant et le modèle ainsi qu’à une humidité relative
de 50%. Les températures nettement différentes de celle de 23°C ont
une influence sur les temps de travail et de prise.
Conseils pour l’utilisation
➀ Agiter le flacon fermé avant toute utilisation.
➁ Pour une utilisation dans un appareil de dosage, assurer la séparation
des composants A et B. ( voir le code couleur des bouchons )
➂ Pour le mélange manuel, doser les composants selon le rapport 1/1
et mélanger la masse jusqu’à obtenir une teinte bien homogène.
➃ Le maître-modèle doit être sec et exempt de produits isolants.

Rapport de mélange: 1 volume du composant A pour 1 volume du
composant B.
Technique de mélange: manuel ou avec un appareil de dosage. Des
indications détaillées concernant l’utilisation sont à consulter dans le
mode d’emploi de l’appareil.
Conditions de stockage: 18 à 25°C
Humidité relative: 50% (autant pour un flacon d’origine encore clos que
pour un flacon déjà entamé).
Désinfection: Le moule pour duplication peut être désinfecté à l'aide de
Silosept® par exemple.
Délai entre le démoulage et la coulée: 30 minutes après la prise, lisse et
sans bulles, par exemple avec un plâtre jaune standard (class III - V).
Conservation du silicone pour duplication: voir le marquage sur
l’étiquette.
Recommandation: Masses de revêtement à liant phosphate
Remarques
• Profisil® peut être utilisé dans des cuvettes classiques du marché.
• Le fait de souffler de l’air comprimé entre le moule de
duplication en Profisil® totalement achevé et le modèle facilite le
démoulage.
• Des réactions allergiques ne peuvent pas être exclues chez des
personnes sensibilisées.

Los valores hacen referencia a una temperatura de 23° C para el
producto, el entorno y el modelo, así como una humedad relativa del aire
de 50 %. Una temperatura significativamente diferente a los 23° C altera
los tiempos de trabajo y fraguado.
Informaciones para su uso
Observaciones
• Profisil® puede utilizarse en muflas convencionales.
➀ Antes de su uso deberá agitarse el frasco precintado.
• Introduciendo un chorro de aire comprimido entre el molde de
duplicado fraguado y el modelo, se facilita el desmoldeado.
➁ Al trabajar con aparatos dosificadores deberá prestarse atención a
mantener separados el componente A del componente B. (Ver código
de color de las tapas)
• En personas sensibles no pueden descartarse reacciones alérgicas
ante el producto.
➂ Para la mezcla manual deberán dosificarse los componentes en la
proporción 1:1 y mezclarse hasta obtener un color homogéneo.

➃ El modelo maestro deberá encontrarse seco y libre de productos
separadores.

Wskazówki dotyczące pracy
➀ Przed użyciem należy wstrząsnąć oryginalnie zamkniętą butelką.
➁ W przypadku dozowania za pomocą urządzeń dozujących zwrócić
uwagę na rozdzielenie składników A i B (patrz oznaczenia kolorystyczne na pokrywie).
➂ W przypadku mieszania ręcznego zmieszać składniki w proporcji 1:1
do uzyskania masy o jednolitym kolorze.
➃ Model roboczy powinien być suchy i niepokryty środkiem izolującym.
