RESPONSIBILITIES
All participants take part at their own risk. Neither The Gibraltar Sports
and Leisure Authority nor the Royal Gibraltar Yacht Club accept any
responsibility whatsoever for any damage to persons and/or property
resulting from this Regatta. The safety of a yacht and her entire
management shall be the sole and inescapable responsibility of the
owner/skipper racing the yacht. All yachts must carry adequate third party
insurance cover. Attention is drawn to ISAF fundamental rule 4, which
states: “A boat is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to start or
to continue racing”.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Todos los participantes toman parte por su propio riesgo. Ni la Autoridad
de Deportes y Ocio ni el Royal Gibraltar Yacht Club aceptan cualquier
responsabilidad por cualquier daño sufrido por personas o propiedad
durante esta Regata. La seguridad de la embarcación, incluyendo seguros,
es la exclusiva responsabilidad de su proprietario o patrón. Se exige que
todos los yates estén adecuadamente asegurados a terceros. Se llama
la atención a la Regla Fundamental 4 de la ISAF que establece que: “Un
barco es el único responsable de su decisión de tomar o no la salida o de
continuar en la Regata”.

The entry fee shall be as follows:

COMMITTEES
The Race Committee shall be the Sailing Committee of the Royal Gibraltar Yacht
Club, together with any additional members that may be co-opted. The Race
Committee will choose the Protest Committee, whose decisions shall be final.

Free berthing for boats visiting Gibraltar for purposes of the XV Gibraltar
Regatta will be provided at Marina Bay on 29th, 30th and 31st July 2011,
subject to availability.

El plazo límite de admisión de solicitudes es el siguiente:
21.00 horas, Viernes 29 de Julio.
El Comité de Regatas se reserva el derecho de admisión de solicitudes fuera
del plazo arriba estipulado.
INSTRUCCIONES DE REGATA
Se entregarán las instrucciones de regata una vez confirmada la
participación del yate. Para ello, el patrón u otro representante deberá
firmar el registro de participantes y abonar los correspondientes derechos.
Esto se podrá hacer en la Oficina de Regatas del Royal Gibraltar Yacht
Club a partir de las 20.00 horas del Viernes 29 de julio. Se cerrará el
Registro cuando el comité lo encuentre oportuno.
PUBLICIDAD
La regata se clasifica como de Categoría “C” para cuestiones publicitarias.
