Torre Bailarina
En el primer momento , cuando nos enfrentamos a la
complejidad del proyecto de un edificio en altura, la síntesis
entre la racionalidad y la naturalidad , nos condiciona en
el fluir de las ideas . Creamos en este caso formas que no
responden a una voluntad caprichosa sino a la expresión
del arquitecto que ve la naturaleza hasta confundirse
con ella .De ahí el movimiento que realiza sobre su eje
en su dimensión horizontal y vertical .En la presentación
del edificio proyectamos un video en el que establecimos
una analogía entre la belleza del movimiento de una
bailarina(dance) y el propio del edificio , fundiéndose en
la misma imagen .
Equilibrio artesanal en la concepción de los detalles y mesura
tecnológica , modos diversos pero que van unidos para
acceder a la “emoción” de la arquitectura .Organicismo o
abstracción ,aquí la arquitectura se desvanece hasta casi
desaparecer mostrando la vida que en ella se desarrolla
como objeto prioritario de nuestra reflexión .
La libertad de proyecto está basada en la utilización de
la naturaleza como substancia de proyecto ,que dicta
normas. Son leyes que no son euclídeas sino aprendidas
de lo natural , son esas reglas que estructuran el paisaje
,que se basan en líneas ondulantes del territorio , en la
variabilidad del terreno ,en los ritmos de los arboles

At the first moment, when we are faced with the
complexity of a high rise building, the synthesis between
rationality and naturality, conditions us in the fluidity of
ideas. We created in this case shapes that do not respond
to a capricious will but instead to the expression of the
architect that sees nature until he blends in with it. Like
this the movement that it does on its axis in its horizontal
and vertical dimension. In the presentation of the building
we presented a video in which we established an analogy
between the beauty of movement of a ballerina (dance)
and the building, mixing in the same image.
Artisan balance in the forming of the details and
technological measure, diverse ways that are united
to access the “emotion” of architecture. Organisism
or abstraction, the architecture vanishes until nearly
disappearing showing the life developing inside her as a
priority objective of our reflection.
The freedom of the project is based in the utilization of
nature as substance of the project, that dictates the rules.
They are not Euclidean rules but learnt naturally, they are
the rules that shape the landscape, which are based on
the undulating lines of the territory, in the variability of the
land, in the rhythm of the trees, in how the object-building
changes depending on the point of view, in the dance of
a ballerina, in the route....
But our “dance tower” has a deeper meaning, since the
project is not only based on the norms that we extract
form nature, but we tried to erect a new frame with her.
Like this construction and landscape establish a dialogue
that allows us to reproduce a dream, an architectonic
synthesis. A new place, related to history, setting its
roots in it, becoming the idea of paradise from this small
common man. Whose satisfaction is the priority of this
architectonic work “we project spaces for people”

,en como va cambiando el objeto-edificio en función
del punto de vista ,en el danzar de una bailarina , en el
recorrido …
Pero nuestra “torre bailarina” tiene un sentido más
profundo , ya que el proyecto no solo se basa en las normas
que extraemos de la naturaleza , sino que intentamos
erigir un nuevo marco con ella . Así construcción y paisaje
establecen una dialogía que nos permite producir un
sueño , es decir una síntesis arquitectónica . Un nuevo
lugar , ligado a la historia y al tiempo , anclando sus
raíces en ellos , respondiendo a la idea de paraíso para
este hombre común o pequeño , cuya satisfacción es
el objetivo prioritario de nuestra obra arquitectónica :
“Proyectamos espacios para el hombre”.
Preocupados por la génesis de los lugares , y por el
diseño en profundidad de una poética de habitar .Con
una aproximación topogénica la humanidad puede
reencontrar el sentido profundo del lugar , y a través de
la arquitectura del territorio ,descubrir el respeto al medio
ambiente en el que vive . Se trata de una modernidad
dialógica , porque acepta medir la alteridad de su proyecto
con la continuidad de la tradición .
Nuestra metodología en la creación de proyectos
arquitectónicos y posterior consecución de las obras
construidas , basada en un adecuado entendimiento,
interpretación , y dosificación de una multiplicidad de
fuentes ,centradas primordialmente en una atención
privilegiada a la sociedad , el lugar , la historia y la cultura
.De esta manera , ligada al ser humano y su entorno , se
configura una arquitectura dialógica rica en contenidos
poéticos , éticos y estéticos .
Worried about the genesis of the locations” and about the
design of a poetry of living. With a topogenic approach
humanity can encounter again the deep sense of place,
and through architecture of the territory we discover the
respect for the environment in which it lives. It is a modern
dialog , because it accepts to measure the alterative of the
project with the continuity of tradition.
Our metholodgy in the creation of architectonic projects
and later attainment of constructed works, cradle a
suitable understanding, interpretation, and dosage of
a multiplicity of sources, centred mainly in a privileged
attention of society, the place, the history and the culture.
Like this , attached to humanity and its environment, we
configure an architecture dialogue rich in poetic content,
ethic and aesthetic.
