PARISH AWARDS
Every year we encourage all parishes and Apostolic Movements that work with the
Hispanic Community to select one or two lay leaders who have been outstanding in their
ministry within the community. These individuals will receive recognition for their parish
leadership and service at NOCHE DE GALA from Archbishop Blase Cupich. Below is the
nomination form. Please fill out the form and return to it to the Consejo Hispano Office
by August 29, 2016.

All honorees will receive a certificate at the annual NOCHE DE GALA on September 30,

RECONOCIMIENTOS PARROQUIALES
Cada año motivamos a las parroquias (párroco y equipo) y a movimientos apostólicos
a que elijan una o dos personas laicas (joven o adulto) que se haya destacado en su
ministerio y su comunidad para ser recipiente (s) de un reconocimiento por su servicio
en su comunidad. Este reconocimiento sera otorgado en la NOCHE DE GALA de manos
del Arzobispo. Le pedmos que llene la forma y la entregue más tardar el 29 de agosto
de 2016 a la oficina del Consejo Hispano.
