The Ada-lifter is a hydraulic roof elevation
system for trucks with manual operation. Its main features and advantages are:
Easy assembly using rivets or screws in the corner pillars of the truck and needs a very reduced space to
be mounted
Capable of lifting until 500 mm.
Possibility of mechanical adjustment to travel with elevated roof
The needed force to operate is very reduced thanks to its hydraulic system
It’s the only one with a patented double effect handle. It elevates both when you move it down and up,
reducing the nº of movements necessary to elevate the roof
To bring the roof down it is done easily by liberating pressure with a valve, that makes it come down
automatically

o semirremolque, y ha sido fabricada cuidadosamente para el desempeño de su función según los mejores criterios de
calidad. Accionada por el pulmón de aire del freno del semiremolque, consigue que los 4 extremos del techo del camión
suban siempre al mismo tiempo haciendo imposible que el techo se cruce.

semi-remorques, et fabriquée selon des stricts critères de qualité. La pompe est actionnée par l´air du frein du semiremorque et arrive à lever toujours en même temps les 4 extrémités du toit du camion évitant que celui-ci se croise.

he machine is a hydropneumatic pump that has been specially designed to lift the roof of any type of lorry or trailer
and has been carefully manufactured to perform its function in accordance with the highest quality criteria. Driven
by the air brake of semi-trailer, it assures that the four corners of the vehicle are always being lifted at the same time,
which enables to keep the construction stable.

jeder Art aufzuheben. Sie ist Sorgfältigerweise hergestellt damit ihre Funktionen laut die beste Qualitaetskriteria
ausgeübt werden können. Die Pumpe, die von der Luftbremse des Semi-Trailers betätigt wird, erreicht, dass die vier Ecken
des Daches immer gleichzeitig aufgehoben werden und die Konstruktion stabil bleibt.

Pompe Hydropneumatique
Conçue et patentée pour son utilisation exclusive pour le levage de toits de camions. Le
système fonctionne toujours parfaitement grâce à sa simplicité qui se base sur un piston
d´air entraînant 4 pistons d´huile empêchant que le toit se croise lors du levage.
Hydropneumatic Pump
Designed and patented for the exclusive use of the elevation of truck roofs. The system
functions always perfectly thanks to its simplicity, that is based on one pneumatic cylinder that presses mutually four oil cylinders in order to keep the construction stable.
Hydropneumatisches Pumpe
Etworfen und patentiert für den einzigen Gebrauch des Anhebens der Dächer der LkW.
Das System funkzioniert immer gut dank seiner Einfachheit. Der Grund ist ein Luftzylinder der gleichzeitig vier Ölzylindern hebt.
Cilindros
Otra ventaja de este sistema es el diámetro de los pistones que en todos los modelos
estándar es de 35 mm. y en los casos de elevación 600 y 1.000 mm. puede ser de 45 mm.
Cylindres
Un autre avantage de notre système est le diamètre des pistons qui est de 35 mm. pour
tous les modèles standards et de 45 mm. pour le levage de 600 et 1000 mm.
Cylinders
Another advantage of the system is the diameter of the cylinders, that in all standard
models is 35mm and in cases of elevation of 600 and 1000mm can be 45mm.
Zylindern
Der Durchmesser der Zylindern ist ein anderer Vorteil des Systems. Alle Standardmodelle
messen 35mm. Im Fall der Aufhebung von 600 und 1000 mm ist ein Durchmesser von
45mm auch möglich.

Depósito
Se suministra un depósito para el llenado hidráulico (aceite) del sistema. Dicho depósito
actúa además como elemento de seguridad adicional, permitiendo, en caso de pérdida de
aceite por rotura, el rellenado del circuito para una correcta carga y/o descarga.
Réservoir
Un réservoir est fourni pour le remplissage hydraulique (huile) du système. En outre, en
cas de fuite d´huile par rupture ce réservoir agit comme élément de sécurité supplémentaire permettant le remplissage du circuit pour un chargement et déchargement.
Oil Tank
We can provide a tank for hydraulic filling of the system (oil). The tank acts also as a part
of additional security, which allows to fill up the circuit in case of a loss of oil caused by
some damage, ensuring the correct loading and unloading.
Öltank
Der Tank für hydraulische Auffüllung des Systems (Öl) wird geliefert. Der Tank spielt auch
die Rolle der Zusatzsicherheit, was eine einwandfreie Verladung und Entladung durch
die Abfüllung des Kreislaufs ermöglicht, falls es einen zufälligen Ölverlust geben würde.
Kit de Mandos
El sistema viene provisto de un Kit de Mandos que dispone de todos los accesorios necesarios para el montaje del sistema: racors, llaves, tapones, arandelas, etc. El número de
piezas (tabla 2) dependerá de la bomba que se vaya a utilizar (4 o 6 cilindros). Uno de estos
accesorios es la válvula de control manual, cuyo accionamiento tiene 3 posiciones; subida,
bajada y stop. El cliente sólo tendrá que aprovisionarse de los metros de tubo necesarios
para el circuito.
Kit de Commande
Le système est pourvu d´un kit de commande qui dispose de tous les accessoires nécessaires pour l´assemblage : clés, raccords, bouchons, rondelles, etc. Le numéro de pièces
(tableau 2) dépend du type de pompe à utiliser (4 ou 6 cylindres). Un de ces accessoires est
la valve de contrôle manuel dont l´actionnement dispose de 3 positions ; montée, descente
et arrêt. Le client doit uniquement s´approvisionner des mètres de tube nécessaires pour
le circuit.
Accesories Kit
The system is provided with an Accessories Kit that consists of all the pieces that are necessary for the assembly of the system: raccords, way keys, lids, washers, etc. The number
of the items (table 2) depends on the pump that will be used (4 or 6 cylinders).One of these
accessories is a valve for manual control, which can take three positions: up, down and
stop. The client has only to provide himself an appropriate length of the pipe necessary
for the circuit.
Zubehör
Das System ist mit dem Zubehoer fuer Hydropneumatische as System ist mit dem Zubehör
für Hydropneumatische Hubsysteme ausgerüstet, das für seine Montage notwendig ist. Es
besteht aus Nippeln, Kugelhähne, Deckeln, Unterlagscheiben, usw. Die Anzahl der Stücke
(Tabelle 2) ist von der Pumpe die gebraucht werden wird (4 oder 6 Zylindern) abhängig. In
dem Zubehör gibt es ein manuelles Schaltventil, das sich in drei verschiedene Positionen
befinden kann: gehoben, herabgelassen oder stop. Der Kunde muss sich nur mit angemessene Länge der Röhre für den Kreislauf versorgen.

El sistema funciona siempre perfectamente gracias a su sencillez, basada en un pistón de
aire que empuja solidariamente 4 pistones de aceite con lo cual es imposible que el techo
se cruce al ser elevado.
