PEDIDOS
FORMA DE PAGO
Las solicitudes de pedido no se admitirán a través del
medio telefónico, deberán realizarse vía fax o vía e-mail:
MÁQUINAS:
Primera operación: Transferencia Bancaria por adelantado al realizar el pedido.

En el pedido deberá indicarse la referencia de los artículos
y las unidades solicitadas.
Siguientes pedidos: Forma de pago acordada con el
agente de su zona o con ZUMMO. No excederá de 60 días,
a no ser que se acepte otra forma de pago expresamente
por ZUMMO.
En caso de pedidos de repuestos, deberán indicar el modelo de la máquina, así como el número de serie. En caso
de que desconozcan las referencias, pueden solicitar el
despiece de nuestras máquinas.
Descuento p.p. 3%: Siempre y cuando se produzca el pago
en un plazo no superior a 15 días.
Los pedidos de máquinas con carácter especial o con
modificaciones a las que figuran en tarifa, deberán solicitarse claramente en el pedido y esperar la aceptación por
parte de ZUMMO, así como plazo de entrega.
REPUESTOS:
Transferencia Bancaria realizada por adelantado.
Giro directo a su domiciliación bancaria. Esta opción debe
ser aceptada por ZUMMO expresamente.
Si desea conocer el importe del pedido, deberá solicitar
presupuesto del mismo indicándolo en su pedido.
Contra-Reembolso (siempre y cuando el transporte utilizado sea el contratado por ZUMMO).
Los pedidos no podrán ser anulados cuando se haya efectuado la expedición del material o cuando tratándose de
material de fabricación especial, esta haya comenzado.
Si antes o durante la cumplimentación de un pedido, se
produjesen circunstancias que pudieran originar incumplimiento en los pagos, se podrá demorar la entrega de la
mercancía mientras el comprador no anticipe o afiance el
pago de los mismos.
Queda reservado el derecho a admitir pedidos de aquellos
clientes que hayan incumplido anteriores contratos.
Las condiciones particulares que se citen en el pedido
del cliente, serán nulas si no se ajustan a las condiciones
generales de venta o sean aceptadas expresamente por
ZUMMO.
Los productos quedan en poder del comprador en calidad
de depósito, ya que su dominio no le será transmitido
totalmente hasta que no haya hecho efectiva la totalidad
del precio fijado, por lo tanto se prohíbe expresamente la
venta, o cualquier otro acto de disposición en tanto no se
haya pagado la totalidad del precio sin la autorización por
escrito del vendedor.
PRECIOS
Los vigentes en la fecha del pedido. ZUMMO se reserva el
derecho de modificar los precios sin previo aviso.
IMPUESTOS
Península: IVA NO incluido, se cargará en factura.
Islas Canarias: I.G.I.C. NO incluido, se cargará en factura.
TASA RAEE: NO incluida, se cargará en factura.
DIRECCIÓN DE ENVÍO
En caso de que el envío de la mercancía tenga una
dirección distinta a la de la domiciliación fiscal, deberán
indicar claramente en el pedido: “Dirección de envío” y
“Dirección de facturación”

DEVOLUCIONES
Para pedidos de máquinas, los portes son PAGADOS.
Para pedidos de ZUMMO KIOSKO, los portes son DEBIDOS.
Para pedidos de repuestos:
A través del transportista contratado por
ZUMMO: Portes DEBIDOS, incluidos en factura.
A través del transportista del cliente: El cliente
deberá notificarlo por escrito en el pedido. La mercancía
se enviará a portes DEBIDOS.
Una vez expedida la mercancía desde fábrica o almacén
de distribución propio, no se admitirá devolución alguna,
salvo aceptación expresa de ZUMMO.
En tal caso, deberá solicitarse bien por fax o por e-mail.

La mercancía deberá llegar perfectamente embalada y en
perfecto estado.
El abono a efectuar de la mercancía quedará sujeto a
la valoración que se determine en la inspección que se
realice a la recepción de la misma. Los portes y gastos
de gestión e inspección, así como el embalaje serán con
cargo al cliente.
INCIDENCIAS DE TRANSPORTE
Cuando reciban la mercancía, se debe efectuar la correspondiente comprobación del estado de la misma. En caso
de anomalías derivadas del transporte, el cliente deberá
realizar la reclamación correspondiente, indicando en
la nota de la Agencia de Transporte, la observación que
corresponda según el defecto observado (máquina con
golpe, máquina dañada, embalaje defectuoso, etc.)m
Posteriormente, se pasará la incidencia por fax o e-mail a
ZUMMO (Fax: 961301250 ó e-mail: [email protected]). Ambas acciones deberán realizarse en un plazo
NO superior a 24 horas. Si este trámite, no se realiza
como se indica, ZUMMO no se hará cargo de la incidencia,
pues el seguro del transporte no lo cubriría.
PLAZOS DE ENTREGA
Artículos contra stock: Su plazo de entrega es de 2 días*
si la cantidad total de artículos solicitados es inferior a 20
uds. y 5 días* si la cantidad total de artículos solicitados
es igual o superior a 20 uds.
* Plazo en que la mercancía está lista en almacén para su
envío
Artículos bajo pedido: Su plazo de entrega será el indicado por el personal de ventas.
EMBALAJE
Toda la mercancía se expide con embalaje estándar
incluido en el precio.
RECLAMACIONES
Disponemos de un formato de “Reclamaciones y Sugerencias”. Todas las reclamaciones o sugerencias recibidas se
analizan por nuestro departamento de Calidad y se llevan
a cabo las acciones correspondientes.

GARANTÍA
ZUMMO-INNOVACIONES MECÁNICAS, S.A. a través de su
distribuidor oficial, garantiza sus máquinas hasta los
200.000 ciclos de exprimido, con un máximo de 3 años.
Entrará en vigor a partir de la fecha de ENTREGA a distribuidor, de acuerdo a las siguientes condiciones:
Esta garantía cubre todo defecto de los materiales o
fabricación.
Si la máquina muestra algún defecto durante su uso normal dentro del período de garantía, las piezas defectuosas serán reemplazadas sin cargo.
La garantía tendrá validez solamente cuando se presente
la factura original de compra.
La reparación o sustitución de piezas durante el periodo de garantía, no implica una extensión de la fecha de
finalización de esta.
Los repuestos originales ofrecen una garantía de 6 meses.
ESTA GARANTÍA NO CUBRE
Cualquier daño no causado directamente por defecto de
fabricación o en los materiales.
Cualquier daño debido a una incorrecta instalación, abuso, uso indebido, alteración, accidente o negligencia.
El rayado de cualquiera de las piezas de plástico por
utilizar elementos que puedan ocasionar rayado como los
estropajos en la limpieza.
Mano de obra de reparaciones no incluida en esta garantía.
Cualquier daño causado por personal o materiales no
autorizados.
Disponemos de un formulario de “Pedido en Garantía”.
Será requisito indispensable cumplimentar dicho formato
para poder atender su solicitud. Puede solicitarlo vía fax

INCIDENCIAS DE TRANSPORTE
TRANSPORT INCIDENTS
A recibir la mercancía, se debe comprobar de su buen
estado. En caso contrario, el cliente deberá realizar la
reclamación correspondiente, indicando en la nota de la
agencia de transporte los detalles. Posteriormente, se pasará la incidencia por escrito a ZUMMO. Ambas acciones
deberán realizarse en un plazo NO superior a 24 horas. Si
este trámite no se realiza como se indica, ZUMMO no se
hará cargo de la incidencia, por no estar cubierto por el
seguro del transporte.
When goods are received they must be checked to ensure
they are in good condition. If not, the customer must
make the appropriate complaint, detailing the incident in
the form provided by the transport agency. This incident
should then be communicated to ZUMMO in writing.
Both actions must occur no more than 24 hours after
the delivery takes place. If not, ZUMMO will not be held
responsible for the incident as it will not be covered by
the transport insurance.

ZUMMO efectuará una valoración y una inspección de la
mercancía.
Los portes y gastos de gestión, así como el embalaje
serán a cargo del cliente.
