Manueller Schneidetisch mit
programmierbarem Anschlag für die
Fertigung von Rollos und Screens. Der
programmierbare Anschlag ermöglicht ein
schnelles und exaktes Arbeiten und sorgt
für Rechtwinkligkeit des Tuches. Sie können
wählen zwischen drei verschiedenen
Schneidesystemen.
Die Abwickelvorrichtung ermöglicht einen
schnellen Rollenwechsel. Den Tisch kann
man ausstatten mit Barcode-System,
beleuchteter Tischfläche zur
Fehlerbearbeitung und Luftkissen zum
Drehen des Tuches.
Der Schneidetisch mit Programmierung
erlaubt die Fertigung von ca. 300 Rollos am
Tag. Der Basistisch hat ein Netto-S
chneidmaß von 300 x 300 cm; maximale
Baugröße gemäß Ihrer Anfrage.

1 Manual cutting tables to cut made to
measure awnings, screens and roller blind
fabrics very accurate and square.
The cutting tables are built to customer’s
demands and can be provided with lots of
useful options to improve the quality such
as back lighting for fabric inspection, a
parallel length stop system with digital read
out, electric driven edge control, etc.
There are three different cutting systems
available; rotating knife, ultrasonic cutting
for a sealed finish and our unique crush
cutting for screens. The tables are
manufactured up to a maximum cutting
width of 500 cm.

Crease and folding units to crease or fold
roller blind or sunscreen fabrics. To crease
beam blinds two different systems are
available: for coated fabrics a pneumatic
crease beam and for soft fabrics a device
with a crush wheel.
To fold a hem pocket in screen fabrics there
is a unique solution available: the fabric will
be folded in a clamping profile, after welding, this profile is removed and used again.
The crease and folding units are available
up to a maximum working width of 400 cm.

3 Impulse welding machine to weld
sunscreen, soltis and PVC fabrics. The
impulse welding technique is a unique
alternative for high frequency welding.
A working width of 300 cm to weld hem
pockets or to join two panels is possible,
the cycle time is short and the price is very
favorable.
An 110 cm wide welding machine type
IL110 for screen fabrics is suitable to apply
reinforcement tapes as well as to weld hem
pockets. Special guiding profiles can be
manufactured to weld header profiles on
the fabric. Brochures of the several welding

3 Wärmeimpuls-Schweißmaschine um

Eine kleinere Schweißmaschine mit einer

soltis y de PVC. La soldadura por impulsos
supone una alternativa exclusiva respecto
a la técnica de soldadura mediante alta
frecuencia. Las mesas disponen de una
anchura útil de hasta 300 cm que permite
la soldadura de dobladillos o la unión de
paneles de dos en dos. Al ser muy breve el
ciclo de soldadura, el mecanismo resulta
muy económico.
También está disponible una máquina de
soldadura de 110 cm de ancho tipo IL110
para los tejidos para estores, muy indicado
para aplicar cintas de refuerzo así como
para soldar dobladillos. Es posible fabricar
perfiles guía especiales para soldar cabeceras en el tejido. Tienen a su disposición
folletos ilustrativos sobre los diferentes
modelos de máquinas de soldadura.

indicadas para doblar tejidos para cortinas
enrollables y toldos. Hay dos sistemas
diferentes disponibles para plegar cortinas:
una lanzadera plegadora neumática
indicada para los tejidos con revestimiento,
y un mecanismo con rueda tipo “Crush”
destinado a los tejidos suaves.
Contamos con un método exclusivo para la
confección de dobladillos en tejidos para
screens: dicho tejido será doblado mediante
un perfil de agarre que, tras la soldadura, es
retirado, pudiendo ser usado nuevamente.
En el caso de estas unidades de plegado y
doblado, la máxima anchura útil disponible
es de 400 cm.

Electric driven slitters to cut rolls of
fabric or foils in length direction. The slitters
are equipped with a winding off shaft and
an electric edge control, a number of
adjustable slitting knives (up to 30 pieces)
and one or two driven winding up shafts.
The slitters are available with several cutting systems; cold or hot crush cutters, rotating knives, stagnant knives or ultrasonic
cutters. Several options are available, such
as back lighting and pneumatic controlled
winding up shafts with safety chucks.
The slitters can be used to trim the selvage,
to slit rolls of fabric into panels or louverlites.
The machines are built up to a working width
of 400 cm and a roll weight up to 600 kg.

Because of the low cost concept this
machine is very efficient to cut small series
of fabrics which are not elastic. The cutting
table is fully programmable, the production
capacity is about 700 cuts a day, which
depends on the cutting length and the
number of roll changes. The maximum
cutting dimensions are 320 x 600 cm, several
models and options are available such as
slitters and ultrasonic cutting.

LASER CUTTER AND MARKING PLOTTERS
10 Si lo que se pretende es recortar
ondas o marcar estores, tejidos plisados,
tejidos para filtros, velas, u otros tejidos
técnicos, las mesas de corte láser son una
solución idónea. La mesa de corte láser Co2
está completamente controlada por CNC
(Control Numérico Informático) y puede
realizar cortes con cualquier forma. Dispone
de diferentes programas informáticos.
Cuenta como accesorio opcional con un
aparato para marcar los tejidos con tinta
ultravioleta. Estas mesas de corte láser son
fabricadas conforme a las especificaciones
del cliente, siendo el área útil máxima
disponible de 350 x 800 cm. Hay
disponible una gran cantidad de
complementos opcionales, tales como una
mesa de corte al vacío, un mecanismo para
estirar los tejidos sobre la mesa, una cinta
transportadora para el corte continuo,
etc. Para trabajar con estores plegables y
cortinas enrollables se ofrece un exclusivo
elevador para el ensamblaje y la inspección, disponible en diferentes tamaños.

10 To cut shapes or to mark roman blinds,
pleated fabrics, fabrics for filters sails or
other technical fabrics, the laser cutting
tables are an excellent solution. The Co2
laser cutting table is fully CNC-controlled
and can cut every shape, several software
programs are available.
As an option a unit to mark the fabrics with
an ultra-violet ink is available. The laser
cutting tables will be built to your
specification up to a maximum working
area of 350 x 800 cm. A lot of options are
available, such as a vacuum cutting table,
a device to pull the fabrics on to the table,
a conveyer belt for continuous cutting, etc.
For roman and roller blinds a unique hoist
for assembling and inspection is available
on several dimensions.

Der CNC-gesteuerte LaserSchneidetisch bietet die Möglichkeit
Raffrollos, Plissé Stoffe, Filtermedien
oder Segeln, Rollostoffe oder technische
Gewebe rechtwinklig oder in Konturen
auszuschneiden. Der vollautomatische
CNC-gesteuerte Schneideplotter ist mit
einem CO2 Laser ausgestattet.
Verschiedene Software Programme sind
erhältlich.
Der Schneidetisch kann optionell
ausgestattet werden mit einer Anlage um
mit Ultraviolett-Farbtöne zu markieren.
Der Laser-Schneidetisch wird nach
Kundenwunsch gebaut und ist bis einer
maximalen Größe von 350 x 800 cm zu
bekommen.
Eine Anzahl von Optionen ist lieferbar, z.B.
Vakuum-Tischplatten, Stoff-Auflegeeinrichtung oder einen Förderbandtisch zum
kontinuierlichen Schneiden.
Für Raffrollos ist eine Hebevorrichtung in
verschiedenen Maßen lieferbar zum
Kontrollieren und Montieren.

11 Cutting equipment to build into an
existing cutting table is also available such

with guiding profile. Ultrasonic
equipment built in an aluminium guiding
profile provided with a clamping device,
ultrasonic handpens to cut out scallops and
shapes on a plate of glass.
To slit awning fabrics in length direction we
have several systems available, for example
an adjustable ultrasonic cutter, which is
mounted on a guiding above the table. After
adjusting the ultrasonic cutter, the operator
moves the system by hand.

11 Zum Anbau an vorhandene Tische

Um auf einem Arbeitstisch ausgelegte
Markisentücher in der Länge zu schneiden
ist eine auf Breite einstellbare Einrichtung,
bestückt mit einem Ultraschall-Schneidsystem, lieferbar. Wenn der Kopf auf Breite
eingestellt ist, schneidet man von Hand.

12 The roller die cutting system is the
perfect solution to cut scallops on roller
blinds and awnings. With this system you
can cut the scallop very quick and accurate.
The scalloping machine is available in
several working widths up to 550 cm.
Maximum 4 shapes (made according to your
specification) can be applied per cutting
board.
To cut turret shapes an electric clicker
press can be used, the folded fabric will be
moved under the cutting area, the shape
will be cut out quickly and accurately. The
changing of the shapes is very simple,
brochures are available.

precisión. Esta máquina de cortar ondas
cuenta con una anchura útil máxima de
550 cm. Nos es posible incorporar hasta 4
formas al tablero de corte, realizadas
conforme a las especificaciones del cliente.
Para cortar ondas en forma de “almena”
es indicado el uso de una prensa eléctrica
“Clicker”. El tejido doblado será colocado
bajo el área de corte, cortándose la forma
con rapidez y precisión. Es muy fácil
cambiar de una forma a otra, como
muestran las hojas ilustrativas disponibles.

La superficie útil máxima de esta
maquinaria es, en el caso de los aparatos
