*La cuota de solicitud no es reembolsable. Desde el momento de la firma del Contrato de Certificación (BB1) o del Adenda al Contrato (BB2), el
presupuesto acordado no es reembolsable, a menos que el operador o solicitante retire su solicitud 10 días antes de la inspección y en este caso será
responsable por los costes de servicio incurridos hasta la fecha de retiro de la misma.
*The application fee is non-refundable. If the applicant or the operator withdraws its application s/he will be liable for the costs of services provided up to the time of withdrawal of its application. The certification
fees become non-refundable after signing the Certification Contract (BB1) or its Addenda (BB2), unless the operator annuls the contract at least 10 days prior to the inspection visit.
NOTA: No se cobra por el uso controlado del sello; Los envíos al extranjero de documentos que se necesiten para trámites con importadores /
autoridades / otros, corren por cuenta del cliente o pueden ser considerados en el presupuesto de la certificación a solicitud del mismo.
NOTE: No fee is charged for using the seal of Bio Latina; The document shipments to other countries needed for the importers/authorities/others must be paid by the client or must be included in the certification
estimated cost when it is required.
