MASS INTENTION BOOK 2017
The 2017 Mass Intention book will open to our parishioners on Tuesday,
October 4th. You may come to the Parish Center Offices on 703 Green
Street, from 10:00am to 4:00pm (Tuesday – Thursday) and 9:00-2:00pm
(Friday). You may also complete the form for scheduled Masses that can
be found on the table in the gathering area of the church on the weekend
of September 17- 18, and return it to the Parish Center Offices. Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The stipend for
scheduled Masses is $10.00 weekday and $20.00 weekends. In order to
provide some degree of fairness, parishioners are limited to FIVE Announced Masses on weekends. We cannot accept any request over
the telephone! Thank you.

40 DAYS FOR LIFE – SEPTEMBER 28 – NOVEMBER 6, 2016
The Fall 2016 observance of “40 Days for Life” will begin in the Norristown area on Sept. 28. 40 Days is a Local, National and International
organized effort that uses prayer, fasting and witness as the tools to
petition Our Father to transform hearts so that all will recognize the
sacredness of pre-born human life and therefore reject abortion as a
choice in ending an unplanned pregnancy.
We hope all St. Pat’s parishioners will take seriously and participate in
prayer and fasting during these days. For those who would like to be a
witness volunteer, this simply involves praying the Rosary for one hour
on one day in front of the local abortion provider (Planned Parenthood
at Wood & Powell Sts.) with other “pro-lifers.” Our day this fall is Friday,
Oct. 7 (incidentally the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary).
Those who wish to participate in “Witness” can call Marie at 610-2774958. OR, add your name to a
Sign-up sheet. A Respect Life Committee person will be in the back of
Church on Sat., Oct. 1 after the 4PM Mass and Sun., Oct. 2 after the
10AM Mass to answer any questions. Thank you.

40 DÍAS POR LA VIDA
– 28 DE SEPTIEMBRE – 06 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2016
La observancia de otoño 2016 de "40 días por la vida" comenzará en
la zona de Norristown en 28 de septiembre. 40 días es Local, nacional
e internacional organizado esfuerzo utiliza oración, el ayuno y el testigo como las herramientas para petición Padre nuestro para transformar corazones para que todos reconocer la sacralidad de la vida humana antes de nacer y por lo tanto, rechazar el aborto como una opción para poner fin a un embarazo no planeado.
Esperamos que feligreses de todo San Patricio se tomen en serio y
participen en la oración y el ayuno durante estos días. Para aquellos
que les gustaría ser un testigo voluntario, simplemente se trata de
rezar el Rosario durante una hora en un día ante el proveedor de
aborto local (Planned Parenthood en Wood St. & Powell St.) con otros
"pro-vida". Nuestros días este otoño es el viernes 7 de octubre (por
cierto la fiesta de nuestra Señora del Rosario).
