El UNIPORT es una banda universal apta al transporte
de los más varios materiales inertes, gracias a la
combinación de tele y a coberturas. El núcleo textil
fornibile con muchas cargas de trabajo, conseguido
con una composición de tejidos resistentes a los
agentes atmosféricos, en polyéster E en cadena
y en poliamida P en trama, garantiza una elevada
resistencia a la tracción y una óptima flexibilidad
transversal con las que el UNIPORT se conformará con
vuestro transportador.
El UNIPORT puede ser producido con coberturas con
muchos grados de abrasión y cargas de rotura: N, Y,
X, W, etc.
Ésta es la base de todas las bandas transportadoras
de caucho textiles y por este motivo hemos elegido
el nombre UNIPORT como marca de nuestra línea de
bandas transportadoras. Estamos también capaz de
producir bandas con núcleo monotela y de aramida, o
desarrollar nuevos productos para satisfacer vuestras
solicitudes
La máxima inclinación alcanzable es de 16/18° y
depende tambien de la forma y de la granulometría del
material transportado

combinaison de plis et revêtement. Le noyau textile
peut être fourni avec différentes charges de travail,
obtenu à partir d’une composition de tissus résistants
aux agents atmosphériques, en polyester E dans la
chaîne et de polyamide P dans la trame, il garanti
une grande résistance à la traction et une excellente
flexibilité transversale avec lesquelles la bande
UNIPORT s’adaptera à votre transporteur.
The UNIPORT, thanks to his combination of covers
and plies is an universal solution for the transport of a
various type of inert materials. The plies core, available
with different loads is made by a composition of
atmospheric agents resistant fabrics such as polyester
fabrics E in warp and in weft polyamide P. This gives
to the belt a high longitudinal tensile strength and
transversal flexibility, adapting the UNIPORT to your
conveyor.

The UNIPORT can be provided with different grades of
abrasion resistance covers:

This is the basis of all the rubber textile belts, that’s
why we decided to choose UNIPORT as the trade mark
of our rubber conveyor belts. We can also produce
monoply or aramid or develop new products that will
suit your conveyor.
The maximum reachable inclination is 16-18° but
it depends on the shape and size of the conveyed
material and of the speed of the belt.

strength of 3150N/mm. The working temperature range can reach from -20°C up to 80°C.

To avoid swellings, twists and other damages, conveyor
belts UNIOIL, produced in three levels of resistance to
oils and greases OIL, OILPLUS and OILULTRA, are a
valuable partner for your transportation of aggressive
material.
The UNIOIL type is available in standard or sliding
version (see UNIFLAT pag.10) and also in flame
retardant K and S (see UNIFLAME pag.7) according to
DIN EN ISO 340: 2007 and antistatic according to DIN
EN ISO 284: 2004.
The carcass of these conveyor belts is made of a
composition of polyester fabrics E in warp and in weft
polyamide P, resistant to atmospheric agents such as
moisture. This structure ensures a high tensile strength
in the longitudinal direction and a transverse high
flexibility.
Pour éviter les regonflements, torsions et autres
dommages, les bandes transporteuses UNIOIL sont
produites en trois degrés différents de résistance aux
huiles et graisses OIL, OILPLUS et OILULTRA.
La série UNIOIL est également disponible avec double
revêtement, en sol-de-glisse, (voir page 10 UNIFLAT)
et dans la version anti-flamme K et S selon les normes
DIN EN ISO 340: 2007 et antistatique selon les normes

Le noyau en tissus est commun aux autres bandes,

Para evitar protuberancias y otros daños, las bandas
transportadoras UNIOIL son producidos en tres grados
de resistencia a los aceites y a las grasas:

La serie UNIOIL está disponible ya sea con el doble
revestimiento que con el deslizante (ves página 10
UNIFLAT), como también en la versión antillama K
y S de acuerdo a las normas DIN EN ISO 340:2007

the transport of hot material, we can offer our line of
heat resistant belts, where a special cover protects
the carcass of your conveyor belt from the high
temperatures:

The UNICALOR T1 is suitable for conveying hot material,
with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C *.
The UNICALOR T2 is suitable for conveying hot material,
with a maximum operating temperature of 150 ° C .
The UNICALOR T-OIL - is suitable for conveying oily and
hot material, with a maximum operating temperature
of 130°C and peaks of 150°C (example: asphalt). *
The UNICALOR T3 - EPDM based cover is suitable for
conveying hot material, with a maximum operating
temperature of 180 ° C and peaks of 400°C*. Besides a
great resistance to the heat, this cover has also a good
abrasion resistance (~130mm3).

UNIFLAME K – This conveyor belt with moulded edges
(only with them keeps these characteristics) is flame
resistant in accordance with DIN EN ISO 340: 2007 and

Las bandas UNISTEEL garantizan un largo ciclo de vida
gracias a la tensión uniforme de los cables metálicos, a
una excelente adhesión cable-caucho y a una marcada
predisposición a formar la cuenca.
La estructura del armazón, menos espesa que la de una
banda textil garantiza un excelente bobinado, incluso
en los tambores más pequeños. El factor de seguridad
de una banda metálica es de 6,67 frente al 10 de una
banda textil. esto supone que, si se comparan con la
misma carga de rotura, resalta la ventaja de una banda
metálica frente a una textil. La unión, por el contrario
que en las bandas textiles, puede soportar hasta el
100% de la carga de la misma banda, es por ello que
no supone un punto débil de esta. Otra ventaja de las
bandas metálicas es que también se pueden regenerar.
Para evitar cortes longitudinales o para limitarlos, se
puede proteger el armazón con refuerzos metálicos
transversales y con sensores de corte – el sensor
loop. Las bandas metálicas se pueden suministrar
con diferentes revestimientos: antiabrasivo, muy
antiabrasivo, anticorte, antiaceite, antihielo, anticalor,
autoextinguible y autoextinguible según normas
DIN14973-C2 test A para empleo subterráneo.
Se pueden fabricar con anchura 800-2400 mm y con

UNIFLEXIMAT belts adopt the Fleximat® carcass
consisting of longitudinal steel cables and one or two
rows of transverse brassed cables. This special casing
allows to have a product that is highly resistant to
cutting, easy to wind onto drums, flexible and based on
type IW or SW, low elongation (0,4% at 10% load rating).
They can replace normal textile polyester/polyamide
belts improving the performance of your plant and
increasing its productivity and safety. The minimum
required covers are 5+3 on traditional conveyors and
3+3 on elevators. The quality of the covers could be
different: Y, X, W, K, OIL, etc., depending on your needs.
The edges are logically protected.

Hay que evitar absolutamente derrumbes estructurales
hacia el interior que reduzcan el diámetro, la formación de

la apertura de la banda entre las estaciones de rodillos,
la excesiva rigidez que aumenta los consumos de la

In the loading area the belt is subjected to impacts that
can harm the covers and the plies. Sometimes these
damages aren’t visible, but they are there. To prevent
such problems we suggest to install the UNIMPACT
protection bars. Are produced with an aluminium
support, a soft compound to absorb the force and a
polyethylene sliding top part to reduce the friction with
the belt; provided with the bolts.

En la zona de carga del material la banda transportadora padece impactos pesados que consecuentemente
perjudican las coberturas y el núcleo. Para reducir tales
daños es necesario instalar las barras anti-impacto
UNIMPACT. Son producidas con el soporte de aluminio
por el fijado, el cuerpo en mezcla apto a absorber los
impactos y el patín en polietileno que sirve a disminuir
a lo mínimo la fricción entre banda y barra anti impacto;
son provistas de pernos
Dans la zone de chargement du matériel, la bande
transporteuse est soumise à des impacts importants
qui par conséquent endommagent son revêtement et
son noyau.
Parfois ces dommages ne sont même pas visibles mais
ils existent. Pour réduire ces dégâts il faut installer les
barres anti-impact UNIMPACT.
Elles sont produites avec un support en aluminium pour
le fixage, le mélange du corps est réalisé pour absorber
les impacts et le patin en polyéthylène sert à diminuer
au minimum la friction entre la bande et la barre antiimpact. Fournies complètes de boulons.

In order to clean your belt we can offer the following
types of wipers, suitable for different grades of cleaning:
- Cross type rubber wiper
- Cross type polyurethane wiper
- Polyurethane wiper
- Polyurethane wiper with tungsten blade
Our wiper are easily adaptable to your supports with
their 30 x 30 mm galvanized tubolar bars. We can provide the full kit. The polyurethane wipers have blunt
edges not to harm your belt.
Para mantener limpia vuestra banda transportadora os
podemos ofrecer los siguientes modelos de raspadores
capaces de conseguir muchos grados de limpieza:

Nuestros raspadores se conforman con los soportes en
cuánto el tubular cincado tiene las clásicas dimensiones 30 x 30 mm. El peso contenido facilitará la instalación. Estamos capaz de proveer el kit para el montaje
(angulares ranurados, el elemento tensor, etc.). Los
raspadores en poliuretano tienen la hoja despuntada
en los bordos para evitar cortes de la banda.

L/EP - heat resistant skirting / lamina anticalorica / bavette EPDM anti-chaleur
- An EPDM sheet with excellent physical and mechanical properties, excellent resistance to heat, weathering, aging and sea water, it is used
mainly for outdoor use with an excellent resistance to ozone and temperature changes. Recommended for a contact with acids and solvents in
medium and low concentrations. Suitable for different uses.
- Con excelentes caracteristicas fisico mecanicas, excelente resistencia al calor, a los agentes atmosfericos, al envejecimiento y al agua de
mar, de hecho se usa sobretodo para exteriores donde se requiere una gran resistencia al ozono y a las escursiones termicas. Muy buena
para el contacto con acidos y solventes de mediana y baja concentracion. Ideal en su uso para requerimientosy exigencias concomitantes.

properties, low permanent deformation and low gas permeability. Shiny surface.

- It can be used in contact with dry food substances such as flour, cereals, legumes, bread, pasta, etc.. Complies with Ministerial Decree 174
of 6/4/2004. It is not indicated in contact with oily or greasy substances. Non staining. Food safety certificate available.
- Puede ser utilizada en contacto con substancias alimenticias secas, tales come harina, cereales, legumbres, pan, fideos, etc. Conforme al
decreto ministerial 174 del 6/4/2004. No es apropriada para estar en contacto con substancias oleosas y grasas. Especial para exigencias en
zonas de limpieza y estetica, de hecho este tipo de caucho no mancha. Se entrega con el certificado de seguridad para alimentos.

- With his exceptional abrasion resistance (less than 90 mm3) is used specifically as a protection of blasting chambers. Has also an excellent

- Utilizada comúnmente como revestimiento y protección de tolvas y otras superficies metálicas. Particularmente indicado para ofrecer

- Consists of three layers of rubber. The cover and the substrate are composed of non-abrasive black harder rubber, while the core is composed
of natural coloured softer rubber. This particular structure gives the product excellent durability and homogeneity during cleaning of the belt.

The conveyor belt should be inspected regularly for any cuts, blisters,
superficial abrasion, damaged edges, exposure of plies on both the
top and bottom cover. The frequency of the controls depends on
the severity of the transport. A damaged carcass (cuts, fractures,
stretching) affects more quickly the duration of your conveyor belt.
Quick decisions and qualified action (repairs, cleaning, change,
replacement of the accessories) may prolong the work of your
conveyor belt.
To lengthen the life of your conveyor belt just follow the simple rules:
The duration of a conveyor belt depends on the correct choice of the
same (load, characteristics of the covers, etc...), but also by other
factors not less important such as the proper storage before use, the
perfect alignment during splicing, ideal loading conditions on the belt,
a good cleaning of the conveyor belt and a proper use of accessories.
- The belt should be, if possible, stored in a closed or at least covered
area, in a vertical position, away from sources of heat (including
sunlight in warmer weather) or exposed for long periods to frost and
distant from aggressive substances. The belt must always be handled
with appropriate equipment, avoiding falls, bumps and cuts.
- During the splicing the belt must be perfectly aligned with the
longitudinal direction, the splice must be perfectly linear. In this phase
control that all the parts of the conveyor (set of rollers, the individual
rollers, drums) are aligned, centered and positioned at 90° to the
conveyor working direction. If not done it will be necessary to re-align
the belt in a second phase.
- The loading of the material on the belt is the most important phase
of the transport and should take place in the same direction and with
the same speed of the conveyor belt run. The height of the fall of
the material on the belt should be minimal. In case of fall of heavy
material we suggest to use anti impact bars or similar. Place the
skirts in order to prevent the material from getting caught between
them and the belt. Avoid blocks of material in the loading and
unloading hoppers.
- The cleaning of the conveyor is essential. A wet or sticky material
can cause thickening of the drums and rollers. This may make the
belt skid or tensioned it incorrectly. To keep your conveyor clean you
need to use: scrapers and scraper plough scrapers on the return in
front of the drum to prevent the material from entering in to the drum
(but they must not cause any more additional friction or damage to
the belt), brushes and sometimes, if possible, water jets.
- No less important are the accessories such as skirts to center the
material transported; slides to avoid direct falls on the belt; selfcentering rollers that help to center your belt, magnetic separators,
cut detectors, etc..
Anyway it remains very difficult to predict how long will a belt last,
as there are too many factors during their work that may affect the
duration. Analysing correctly the causes that in the past caused the
replacement of the belt, will help you to make the right corrections
and changes, lengthening the life of your new belt.

La cinta transportadora debe controlarse con regularidad para ver
posibles cortes, burbujas, abrasión superficial, bordes desollados,
exposición de las telas ya sea sobre el revestimiento superior que
sobre el inferior. El carácter cíclico de los controles depende del rigor
del transporte que se realiza. Un núcleo de telas dañadas (cortes,
fracturas, elongaciones) comprometerá en forma más rápida la
duración de la banda transportadora
Decisiones rápidas y manejos especializados (reparaciones) pueden
prolongar el trabajo de la cinta transportadora en cuestión.
Para alargar el ciclo de vida de la banda transportadora hay que
seguir simplemente algunas indicaciones:
-La duración de una banda transportadora depende mucho ya sea
por la correcta elección del mismo (carga, característicasd los
revestimientos, etc.), como también de otros factores no menos
importantes tales como el correcto almacenaje antes de su uso, la
alineación perfecta en fase de empalme, condiciones y posición de
carga del material sobre la banda ideal, limpieza del transportador y
de la banda, correcto uso de los accesorios.
-La banda debe estar, de ser posible, al interior, en posición
vertical, lejos de fuentes de calor (incluso de los rayos solares en
los momentos de mayor calor) o expuestos por largo tiempo al hielo,
lejos de substancias agresivas. La banda debe trasladarse siempre
con medios adecuados evitando caídas, golpes y cortes.
-En la fase de empalme la banda debe ser alineada perfectamente
con la dirección longitudinal, el empalme tiene que ser perfectamente
lineal. En esta fase controlar que todos los componentes del
transportador (set de rodillos, rodillos individuales, tambores) estén
alineados, centrados y ubicados a 90° con respecto al transportador.
Si esto no se logra habrá que volver a alinear la banda en una
segunda fase.
-La carga del material sobre la banda es a menudo la fase más
importante del transporte y debería hacerse en la misma dirección
y con la misma velocidad que la cinta transportadora. La distancia
de caída del material tiene que ser mínima. Se aconseja, en el caso
de caída de cantidades importantes de material el uso de barras anti
impacto o similares. Al ubicar los guardabarros para evitar que el
material se posicione entre ellos y la banda. Evitar que se bloquee el
material en las tolvas o depòsitos de carga y descarga.
-La limpieza de la planta transportadora es de vital importancia. Un
material mojado o adherente puede causar engrosamiento de los
tambores y de los rodillos. Esto puede causar el desbande o darle
tensión en forma incorrecta a la banda transportadora. Para mantener
el transportador limpio hay que utilizar: raspadores y raspadores
rejados instalados en el retorno delante del tambor para evitar que
el material entre en el tambor, que no debe crear fricciones con la
banda; cepillos y a veces, de ser posible echar chorros de agua
-No son menos importantes los accesorios tales como: los
guardabarros para centrar el material que se transporta; toboganes
para evitar que el material caiga directamente sobre la banda;
rodillos autocentrantes que ayuden a centrar la banda; separadores
electromagnéticos; detectores de los cortes, etc.
Se vuelve difícil preveer cuanto durará una banda porque durante su
trabajo se necesitan demasiados factores que pueden influir en su
duración. Analizando con método las causas que con anterioridad
han provocado el reemplazo de la banda transportadora, se pueden
aportar las rectificaciones, alargando el ciclo de vida de la misma.

travail de votre bande transporteuse.
Pour allonger le cycle de vie de votre bande transporteuse il suffit de
suivre de simples indications:
La durée d’une bande transporteuse dépend beaucoup du choix de la
bande correcte (charge de travail, caractéristiques des revêtements,
etc.) mais également d’autres facteurs qui ne se sont pas moins
importants tels que le correct stockage avant l’utilisation, le parfait
alignement en phase de vulcanisation, les conditions et positions
idéales du chargement du matériel sur la bande, le nettoyage du
milieu de travail (où cela est possible), du transporteur et de la bande
et une correcte utilisation des accessoires.
La bande doit, si possible, rester au couvert, en position verticale, loin
des sources de chaleur (inclus rayons solaires durant les saisons plus
chaudes) ou éviter les longues expositions au gel, loin de substances
agressives. La bande doit toujours être mouvementée avec des
moyens adéquats en évitant toute chute, choc ou coupure.
En phase de vulcanisation la bande doit être parfaitement alignée
avec la direction longitudinale, la vulcanisation doit être parfaitement
linéaire. Dans cette phase, contrôler que tous les composants de
la bande (set de rouleaux, rouleaux individuels, tambours) soient
alignés, centrés et positionnés à 90° par rapport à la bande. Si cela
n’advient pas il faudra éventuellement réaligner la bande dans une
seconde phase.
Le chargement du matériel sur la bande transporteuse est d’habitude
la phase plus importante du transport et devrait advenir dans la
même direction et à la même vitesse que la bande. La distance
de chute du matériel devrait être minime. Nous conseillons, en cas
de chute de matériel important d’utiliser des barres anti-impact ou
similaires. Positionner les bavettes de façon à éviter que le matériel
s’encastre entre celles-ci et la bande. Eviter les blocs de matériel
dans les trémies de chargement et déchargement.
Le nettoyage de l’installation de transport est basilaire. Du matériel
mouillé ou adhérant peut causer l’épaississement des tambours et
rouleaux. Ceci peut faire dérailler ou tendre de manière incorrecte la
bande transporteuse. Le matériel qui entre sur le tambour peut causer
des fractures et coupures sur la bande transporteuse et endommager
votre tambour. Pour maintenir propre votre bande transporteuse vous
devez utiliser : des racleurs et racleurs à soc montés sur le retour,
devant le tambour (ils ne doivent pas provoquer d’ultérieures frictions
avec la bande), des brosses et parfois, si possible, vous aider avec des
jets d’eau. Ne sont pas moins importants les accessoires tels que:
bavettes de contenance pour centrer le matériel transporté; glissières
pour éviter des chutes directes de matériel sur la bande; rouleaux
autocentrés qui aident votre bande à garder une position centrale,
séparateurs magnétiques, détecteurs de coupures, etc.
Il est toujours très difficile de prévoir la durée de vie de votre bande
à cause des nombreux facteurs qui peuvent en compromettre sa
durée. En analysant avec méthode les causes qui ont provoqué dans
le passé le remplacement d’une bande transporteuse, il est possible
d’apporter les justes corrections afin d’en allonger le cycle de vie.
