2012 CAWV MIDYEAR MEETING IN ARUBA
The fabulous Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is the site of the 2012 CAWV Midyear
Meeting which will be held February 3-8, 2012. Your Program Committee will be putting
together an abundant mix of business, sporting and social activities to truly make the 2012
meeting one you do not want to miss. In the meantime, everyone wishing to attend must
make their room reservations by October 14, 2011. (Early Bird Registration)
Rooms reserved after this date will be on an availability-only basis. With February being the
height of Aruba’s tourist season, the hotel warns us not to expect rooms to be available after
our deadline.
ACTION NEEDED: Fill out the enclosed room reservation form and return it to the CAWV
with a check (made payable to the CAWV) for two nights deposit and registration fee $1985.00 - by October 14, 2011 (Early Registration, Regular Registration ends October 28th).
Meeting registration fees will be $1175.00 per couple, which will include meeting costs, two
nights meals and receptions, general business sessions, and the Sunday Prayer Breakfast. This
rate is for Early Bird registration. The registration fees between October 14 and October 28 will
be $1275.00 per couple and late registration fees before November 4, will be $1400.00 per
couple.
Enclosed for your review are a tentative agenda, information on the Hyatt Regency Hotel and a

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS: Rules require all members attending the meeting to
have a passport. Please note: It usually takes five to six weeks for the U. S. State
Department to issue a passport. Members needing a passport should start the
process immediately.
We hope you plan to join us for what promises to be a most enjoyable meeting at what many
consider to be their favorite CAWV meeting site. But please remember, all unused hotel rooms
will be released in November. If you plan to attend, don't delay!

"yotin" coin is probably Aruba's
best-known coin.
Cellular phone service is available
on some parts of the island. Check

Camp Hyatt is a children's program
especially designed for potty trained
children three to twelve years of

The florin fluctuates with the dollar
