Bleach´n Smile Home ist ein Bleichgel zur Aufhellung verfärbter
Zähne. Es eignet sich zur schonenden Behandlung mittels einer
individuell angefertigten Schiene. Die Kontrolle der Behandlung
sowie die Festlegung der Dauer erfolgt durch den Zahnarzt. Der
Gehalt an Carbamidperoxid beträgt 18%. Eine Spritze enthält 1,3 g
Material.
Bleach´n Smile Home is a bleaching gel for whitening discoloured
teeth. It is suitable for minimally invasive treatment using a custommade bleaching tray. The dentist regulates the treatment and determines how long it should last. The material contains 18% carbamide
peroxide. One syringe contains 1.3 g material.
Bleach´n Smile Home è un gel per lo sbianchimento dei denti con
alterazioni cromatiche. E’ indicato per il trattamento sbiancante
delicato con l’ausilio di un bite individuale. Il controllo del trattamento e la determinazione della durata dovranno essere effettuati
dal dentista. Il contenuto di perossido di carbamide è del 18%.
Un’iniezione contiene 1,3 g di materiale.
Bleach´n Smile Home est un gel de blanchissement pour blanchir
des dents dyschromiques. Il est adapté pour réaliser un traitement
doux au moyen d’une gouttière confectionnée individuellement. Le
contrôle du traitement ainsi que le choix de la durée du traitement
sont pris en charge par le chirurgien-dentiste. La teneur en peroxyde
carbamide dans le matériel est 18%. Une seringue contient 1,3 g
de matériel.

de dientes decolorados. Está indicado para el tratamiento preservador mediante una férula elaborada individualmente. El control del
tratamiento, así como la determinación de su duración deberán ser
llevados a cabo por el odontólogo. El contenido de peróxide carbamida en el material es del 18%. Una jeringua contiene 1,3 g de
material.

Anwendung
1 Vor der Anwendung die Zähne gründlich putzen, die Zahnzwischenräume mit Zahnseide reinigen
2 Die Spitze an der Öffnung der Spritze abbrechen. Eine kleine
Menge Gel in die gesichtsseitigen Hohlräume der Schiene füllen.
1 Spritze ist ausreichend für mindestens eine Befüllung der
Ober- und Unterkiefer – Schiene. Nicht aufgebrauchte Spritzen
können mit dem abgebrochenen Aufsatz wieder verschlossen
werden.
3 Nicht zuviel Bleichgel einfüllen, da dies zu keinem besseren oder
schnelleren Erfolg führt.
4 Die mit Gel gefüllte Schiene in den Mund bringen und über die
Zähne schieben. Die Schiene nicht zusammendrücken.
5 Überschüssiges Material mit dem Finger oder einer Zahnbürste
vom Zahnfleisch oder dem Gaumen entfernen
6 Die Schienen nach Anweisung des Zahnarztes jeden Tag mindestens 2 Stunden oder über Nacht tragen
7 Während der Tragezeit nicht essen, trinken oder rauchen.
8 Nach der Behandlung die Schienen entfernen und gründlich mit
warmen Wasser und Zahnbürste reinigen. Gut trocknen und in
der Aufbewahrungsbox lagern. Die Zähne putzen und gründlich
spülen, um restliches Gel zu entfernen.
9 Die Behandlung entsprechend den Anweisungen des Zahnarztes
jeden Tag fortführen.
Stark saure Speisen und Getränke (Cola, Zitrusgetränke und -früchte) vermeiden, da sie Überempfindlichkeiten fördern können.
Auf färbende Stoffe (Kaffee, Tee, Rotwein) sowie Rauchen sollte
während der gesamten Behandlungsdauer verzichtet werden, da
sie den Aufhellungsprozeß verzögern können.
In der Regel stellt sich nach ca. 2 Wochen ein deutlicher Aufhellungseffekt ein. In Absprache mit dem Zahnarzt kann diese Zeit bei
schwierigen Verfärbungen noch wesentlich verlängert werden.
In Abhängigkeit von Zahnsubstanz sowie Eigenverhalten (färbende
Lebensmittel, Rauchen) hält das Bleichergebnis bis zu mehreren
Jahren an. Ohne Schädigung der Zahnstruktur kann zu späterer
Zeit eine erneute Behandlung durchgeführt werden. Aus diesem
Grund sollten die Schienen auch nach Beendigung der Bleichbehandlung aufbewahrt werden.
Hinweise und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
Zahnfüllungen sowie Kronen, Brücken und Veneers aus Keramik,
Kunststoff oder Metall werden nicht gebleicht. Sie sind gegebenenfalls zu ersetzen und der neuen, helleren Zahnfarbe anzupassen.
Dazu ist ein Abstand von 2 Wochen nach dem Bleichvorgang einzuhalten.
In Einzelfällen kann es während der Behandlung zu leichten Überempfindlichkeiten (Heiß/Kalt) der Zähne sowie Schleimhautreizungen kommen, welche nach Reduzierung der Bleichgelmenge bzw.
Absetzen des Produkts verschwinden. In dauerhaften Fällen halten
Sie bitte Rücksprache mit Ihrem Zahnarzt. Dies ist auch angezeigt,
falls es zu Druckstellen am Zahnfleisch kommt oder Paßungenauigkeiten der Schiene vorliegen.
Während der Behandlung können weiße Flecken an den Zähnen
auftreten. Diese entstehen durch kurzzeitige Demineralisation und
verschwinden in der Regel wieder.
Warnhinweise
Bleach´n Smile Home enthält Carbamidperoxid, Glycerin, Carboxymethylcellulose und Aromastoffe. Kontakt mit Augen, Haut und
Schleimhaut vermeiden. In diesem Fall mit Wasser spülen, bei
Augenkontakt zusätzlich einen Arzt aufsuchen.
Übermäßiges Verschlucken des Gels kann bei empfindlichen Personen Sodbrennen oder leichte Übelkeit hervorrufen.
Lagerung
Lagern Sie die Bleach´n Smile Home Spritzen im Kühlschrank. Die
Spritzen nicht gefrieren. Vor Hitze und direkter Sonnenbestrahlung
schützen. Nach Ablauf des Haltbarkeitsdatums nicht mehr verwenden. Für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren!
Application
1 Clean the teeth thoroughly before use and clean the interdental
spaces with dental floss.
2 Break off the cap on the tip of the syringe. Insert a small amount
of gel in the hollow tooth area of the bleaching tray. One syringe
is adequate to fill the upper and lower bleaching trays at least
once. Partially filled syringes can be resealed with the broken off
cap.
3 Do not fill with too much bleaching gel, as this does not improve
or speed up the whitening process.
4 Insert the tray with bleaching gel into the mouth and place over
the teeth. Do not press the bleaching tray together.
5 Remove excess material from the gums or palate using your
finger or a toothbrush.
6 Wear the bleaching trays for at least 2 hours a day or overnight
as instructed by your dentist.
7 Do not eat, drink or smoke while wearing the bleaching tray.
8 Remove the trays after treatment and clean them thoroughly
with warm water and a toothbrush. Dry them properly and store
them in the storage box. Clean your teeth and rinse thoroughly
to remove any residual gel.
9 Continue the treatment every day as instructed by your dentist.
Avoid highly acidic food and drink (cola, citrus drinks and fruit), as
these can cause hypersensitivity. Strongly coloured drinks (coffee,
tea, red wine) as well as smoking should be avoided during the
whole treatment period, as these can retard the whitening process.
Definite whitening can normally be seen after approx. 2 weeks. In
the case of stubborn staining, your dentist could extend this treatment period considerably.
Depending on the tooth structure and personal habits (consuming
food containing colouring, smoking), whitening lasts for several of
years. The treatment can be repeated at a later date without any
damage to the tooth structure. Consequently the bleaching trays
should be kept on completion of the treatment.
Information and precautions
Tooth fillings as well as crowns, bridges and veneers made from
porcelain, composite or metal are not bleached. They should be
replaced if necessary and matched to the new, whiter tooth shade.
There should be a period of 2 weeks between bleaching and
renewing any restorations.
In certain cases there can be slight hypersensitivity of the teeth to
hot and cold and mucosal irritation during treatment; these symptoms disappear if the amount of bleaching gel is reduced or treatment is discontinued. Consult your dentist if the problems persist or
if there are pressure points on the gums or the bleaching tray does
not fit properly.
White spots may appear on the teeth during treatment. These are
caused by transient demineralisation and usually disappear again.
Caution
Bleach´n Smile Home contains carbamide peroxide, glycerine,
carboxymethylcellulose and flavouring. Avoid contact with the eyes,
skin and mucosal tissue. On contact, rinse with water and, on contact with the eyes, also consult a doctor.
If an excessive amount of gel is swallowed, it can cause heartburn
or a feeling of nausea in sensitive patients.
Storage
Store the Bleach´n Smile Home syringes in the refrigerator. Do not
freeze the syringes. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Do not
use after the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children!
Applicazione
1 Prima dell’applicazione pulire i denti con cura; passare il filo
interdentale fra i denti.
2 Rompere la punta della siringa. Versare una piccola quantità di
gel nelle cavità facciali del bite. 1 siringa è sufficiente per riempire almeno una volta il bite superiore e inferiore. Le siringhe
non completamente svuotate possono essere richiuse con la
punta precedentemente staccata.
3 Non eccedere nell’uso del gel sbiancante; il risultato non potrà
comunque essere accelerato né migliorato.
4 Posizionare il bite con il gel in bocca e spingerlo sopra i denti.
Evitare di schiacciare il bite.
5 Eliminare il materiale in eccesso con il dito o lo spazzolino,
asportandolo dalle gengive e dal palato.
6 Portare il bite ogni giorno per almeno 2 ore o durante la notte
secondo le indicazioni del dentista.
7 Durante il trattamento astenersi dall’assunzione di cibo, bevande
e dal fumo.
8 Dopo il trattamento rimuovere il bite; pulirlo con lo spazzolino
ed acqua calda. Asciugare e conservare il bite nell’apposita
custodia. Spazzolare e sciacquare i denti con cura per eliminare
i residui del gel.
9 Effettuare il trattamento ogni giorno secondo le indicazioni del
dentista.
Evitare le bevande e i cibi acidi (Coca Cola, bevande a base di
limone, agrumi) poiché possono favorire le reazioni di ipersensibilità.
Durante tutto il trattamento è bene astenersi dall’assunzione di
cibi pigmentati (caffè, tè, vino rosso) e dal fumo perché possono
rallentare il processo di sbianchimento.
Dopo circa 2 settimane si ottiene normalmente uno sbianchimento
chiaramente visibile. Secondo il parere del dentista è possibile prolungare il trattamento in caso di discromie difficili.
In base ai tessuti dentari e alle abitudini del paziente (assunzione
di alimenti pigmentati, fumo) il risultato dello sbianchimento ha
una durata di diversi anni. Se la struttura dentaria è sana, è possibile
effettuare un altro trattamento sbiancante in futuro. Per questo
motivo si consiglia di conservare il bite anche dopo aver terminato
il trattamento.
Avvertenze e precauzioni
Le otturazioni nonché le corone, i ponti e le veneer in ceramica,
composito o metallo non possono essere sbiancati. Se necessario,
sostituire i restauri adattandoli al nuovo colore dei denti. Sostituire
i restauri non prima di 2 settimane dal trattamento sbiancante.
In alcuni casi possono manifestarsi una leggera ipersensibilità dei
denti (caldo/freddo) ed irritazioni delle mucose; tali fenomeni scompaiono, tuttavia, in seguito alla riduzione della quantità di gel
sbiancante o la sospensione del trattamento. Se gli effetti non
scompaiono, consultare il dentista. Anche la presenza di zone di
decubito sulle gengive o imprecisioni del bite vanno segnalate al
dentista.
Durante il trattamento possono comparire delle macchie bianche
sui denti. Questi fenomeni sono causati da una demineralizzazione
temporanea e scompaiono normalmente.
Avvertenze:
Bleach´n Smile Home contiene perossido di carbamide, glicerina,
cellulosa carbossimetilica, aromi. Evitare il contatto con gli occhi, la
pelle e la mucosa. In caso di contatto lavare subito con acqua; se
sono interessati gli occhi consultare anche il medico.
Se ingerito in quantità eccessiva, il gel può provocare bruciori allo
stomaco o nausea nei pazienti sensibili.
Conservazione
Conservare le siringhe Bleach´n Smile Home in frigorifero. Non congelare le siringhe. Non esporre al calore, né ai raggi diretti del sole.
Non utilizzare il prodotto dopo la data di scadenza. Conservare il
prodotto fuori dalla portata dei bambini!
Utilisation
1 Nettoyer méticuleusement les dents avant l’utilisation, nettoyer
les espaces inter-dentaires avec du fil dentaire
2 Briser la pointe de l’extrémité de la seringue. Appliquer un peu
de gel dans la gouttière au niveau des espaces correspondant
aux faces externes des dents. 1 seringue suffit pour réaliser au
moins un remplissage des gouttières supérieure et inférieure.
Les seringues non épuisées peuvent être rebouchées à l’aide de
la pointe préalablement fracturée.
3 Ne pas trop remplir de gel car ceci ne conduit pas à améliorer le
résultat ni à l’obtenir plus rapidement.
4 Introduire la gouttière remplie de gel dans la bouche et la glisser
sur les dents. Ne pas écraser la gouttière.
5 Eliminer l’excédent de matériau sur la gencive ou le palais avec
le doigt ou avec une brosse à dents
6 Porter la gouttière conformément aux recommandations du
chirurgien-dentiste chaque jour durant au moins 2 heures ou
durant la nuit
7 Ne pas manger ni boire ni fumer durant le traitement.
8 Après le traitement, déposer la gouttière et la nettoyer soigneusement avec de l’eau tiède et une brosse à dents. Bien la sécher
et la placer dans sa boîte de rangement. Nettoyer méticuleusement les dents et les rincer afin d’éliminer le gel résiduel.
9 Effectuer chaque jour le traitement selon les indications du
chirurgien-dentiste.
Les produits très acides (sodas, limonades et jus de fruits) doivent
être évités au cours de la période de traitement car ils peuvent
provoquer des hyperesthésies. De même, il faut éviter les produits
colorants (café, thé, vin rouge) et ne pas fumer tout au long de la
période de traitement car ces comportements peuvent retarder le
processus de blanchiment.
En règle générale, un net effet de blanchiment apparaît après 2
semaines environ. Après avis du chirurgien-dentiste, cette durée
d’action peut être encore prolongée pour les colorations plus tenaces. Selon la nature de la substance dentaire ainsi que les comportements individuels (aliments colorants, tabagisme), le résultat de
blanchiment persiste durant plusieurs années. Un nouveau traitement peut être entrepris plus tard sans nuire à la structure dentaire.
Ainsi, il faut conserver les gouttières une fois le traitement de blanchiment achevé.
Remarques et mesures de précaution à prendre
Les matériaux d’obturation ainsi que les couronnes, bridges et
facettes en céramique, résine ou en métal ne bénéficient pas de
l’effet de blanchiment. Si nécessaire, ils doivent être remplacés en
les adaptant à la nouvelle teinte dentaire maintenant plus claire. Il
faudra alors respecter un délai de 2 semaines à compter de la fin
du traitement de blanchiment.
Dans certains cas, une hyperesthésie dentaire (chaud / froid) ainsi
que des irritations des muqueuses peuvent se manifester au cours
du traitement. Ces phénomènes disparaissent après la réduction du
volume de gel utilisé ou à l’arrêt du traitement. Si les phénomènes
persistent, il faut consulter le chirurgien-dentiste. Ceci est également conseillé si la gouttière occasionne des points de pression sur
la gencive ou si son adaptation devient défectueuse.
Des taches blanches peuvent apparaître à la surface des dents au
cours du traitement. Elles sont dues à une déminéralisation transitoire et disparaissent en règle générale.
Avertissements
Bleach´n Smile Home contient du peroxyde carbamique, de la glycérine, de la cellulose carboxyméthylcellulose et des substances
aromatiques. Eviter tout contact avec les yeux, la peau et la
muqueuse. En cas de contact, rincer avec de l’eau et pour les yeux,
consulter aussi un médecin.
Une déglutition excessive du gel peut provoquer des aigreurs ou de
légers malaises chez les individus fragiles.
Stockage
Conservez les seringues Bleach´n Smile Home dans le réfrigérateur.
Ne congelez pas les seringues. Protéger contre la chaleur et contre
le rayonnement solaire direct. Ne plus utiliser après la date de
péremption. Conserver hors de la portée des enfants!

Utilización
1 Antes del tratamiento deberán limpiarse los dientes a fondo, los
espacios interproximales deberán limpiarse con seda dental.
2 Romper la punta en la abertura de la jeringa. Aplicar una pequeña cantidad de gel en las cavidades de la férula orientadas
hacia la cara. 1 jeringa es suficiente para cargar como mínimo
una vez la férula superior e inferior. Las jeringas que no se
hayan gastado pueden volverse a cerrar con la punta separada.
3 No introducir demasiado gel blanqueador, puesto que esto no
conduce a un éxito mejor o más rápido.
4 Introducir la férula cargada con gel en la boca y deslizarla sobre
los dientes. No aplastar la férula.
5 Eliminar el material sobrante sobre la encía o el paladar con el
dedo o un cepillo dental.
6 Las férulas deberán llevarse según indicaciones del odontólogo
como mínimo durante 2 horas o durante la noche.
7 Durante el período de uso no se deberá comer, beber, ni fumar.
8 Después del tratamiento se sacan las férulas y se limpian a
fondo con agua templada y un cepillo dental. Secarlas bien y
guardarlas en el estuche de conservación. Limpiar los dientes y
enjuagarlos a fondo para eliminar el gel restante.
9 Proseguir cada día con el tratamiento siguiendo las indicaciones
del odontólogo.
Los alimentos y las bebidas fuertemente ácidas (refrescos de cola,
zumos de cítricos, frutos cítricos) deberán evitarse pues pueden
inducir hipersensibilidades. No deberán ingerirse sustancias pigmentadas (café, té, vino negro) y deberá interrumpirse el hábito de
fumar durante todo el período del tratamiento, puesto que estos
factores pueden retrasar el efecto blanqueador.
Por norma general se produce un claro efecto blanqueador al cabo
de unas 2 semanas. De acuerdo con el odontólogo este período
puede prolongarse sustancialmente en caso de decoloraciones
persistentes. En función de la sustancia dental y del propio comportamiento (alimentos pigmentados, fumar) el resultado del blanqueamiento perdura hasta varios años. Sin dañar la estructura
dental puede realizarse un nuevo tratamiento posteriormente. Por
este motivo es aconsejable conservar las férulas incluso después de
finalizar el tratamiento de blanqueamiento.
Observaciones y medidas de precaución
Las obturaciones dentales, así como las coronas, los puentes y las
carillas de cerámica, resina o metal no serán blanqueadas. Eventualmente deberán ser sustituidas para adecuarlas al nuevo color
de los dientes, más claro. Para ello deberá aguardarse un período
de 2 semanas después del proceso de blanqueamiento.
En casos aislados pueden manifestarse durante el tratamiento ligeras hipersensibilidades (caliente/frío) de los dientes, así como irritaciones de la encía, que desaparecen después de reducir la cantidad
de gel blanqueador o de interrumpir el uso del producto. En casos
persistentes rogamos consulte a su odontólogo. También deberá
acudirse al mismo si se detectaran puntos de presión sobre la
encía o desajustes de la férula.
Durante el tratamiento pueden aparecer machas blancas sobre los
dientes. Éstas se forman por una desmineralización pasajera y por
norma general vuelven a desaparecer.
Advertencias
Bleach´n Smile Home contiene peróxido de carbamida, glicerina,
carboximetilcelulosa y aromas. Evítese el contacto con los ojos, la
piel y las mucosas. En caso de contacto, enjuagar con agua, en
caso de contacto ocular, deberá acudirse además a un facultativo.
La ingestión excesiva del gel puede provocar ardor de estómago o
ligeras náuseas en personas sensibles.
Almacenamiento
Conserve las jeringas Bleach´n Smile Home en el refrigerador. No
congelar las jeringas. Preservar del calor y de la radiación solar
directa. No utilizar después de la fecha de caducidad. ¡Conservar
fuera del alcance de los niños!
