There is a source of excitement that has us all optimistic
at Viveros. It is the release of Las Villas de la Marina, a
neighborhood of 100 two and three bedroom low rise
oceanfront condominiums. It is the first of its kind at Viveros.
The neighborhood is close to the marina, has its own pools,
beach, and play area for kids and is being offered fully
furnished and rental ready. The price point starts out at less
than half of the price of the least expensive home you could
build on Viveros. If you have ever dreamed of having your
own property in a private island community, this would be

We are offering private presentations and inviting people to
participate. We are taking people to the island by boat and
by plane to preview the Las Villas de la Marina site and see
the progress on the island. Other brokers have caught on
and are getting their customers involved. It is indeed a time
for excitement. Las Villas de la Marina provides the just

and that stamp, for the most part, determines the selection
order.
First reservations in get the first choices, later
reservations still have many options, but the earlier you

Las Villas de la Marina
Common questions asked by guests and others who have heard about
Las Villas de la Marina are “Where is it?”, “What is it?” and “How do I
get one?”.
Let’s start with the first two. The elevated oceanfront site for Las Villas
de la Marina is in between Viveros Marina and the beach club. This site
also overlooks Isla Del Rey (the largest and most mountainous of the
Pearl Islands). The views are breathtaking. The Pacific Ocean, The
Mountains of Del Rey, and the lights of San Miguel can all be seen from
the same balcony.
Several smaller buildings will be gathered on the site to offer Oceanfront,
Oceanview, and Gardenview properties.
Each has its own charm.
Oceanfront is certainly for those who want the front row. Oceanview
looks right over the top of Oceanfront due to the elevated site and offers
views that reach far into the Del Rey mountains. Gardenview will be for
families that like the proximity to the pool and landscaping, and don’t
mind walking just a few feet to get to the beach.
All of the floorplans will be generous two and three bedroom plans to
attract families. Each will have fully outfitted kitchens, laundry rooms and
every piece of furniture, fixture and accessory that you would expect in a
fine home including a toaster, a blender and yes, even the wine opener.
The daily sea shuttle connecting the island to the city will be at your
disposal. You will also have access to the marina, beaches, and other
Viveros amenities. The ship’s store, grocery store and other shops will
be stocked with everything you need whether, you are staying for a
week or for a month.
Wondering how to get a Las Villas de la Marina property? Well, that’s
easy too, but they are not for sale yet. We are merely taking reservations.
The decision to actually acquire yours will come in a few months at the
selection event, where reservations holders will gather to see all of the
displays of living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms along with a scale
model of the entire Las Villas de la Marina site. The only thing you need
to do and should do today is put in a reservation which is is cancellable
at any time. The $5,000 reservation fee is completely refundable at any
time too. The key is to get in early. Each reservation is time and date
stamped. For the most part, the selection order is determined by when
your reservation is received.

An evening to remember
Viveros Resort & Club hosted a fabulous party at the newly
opened Trump Ocean Club for 200 of Panama’s elite to
celebrate the release of their first condominium neighborhood
Gloria Quintana, Viveros’ Press Relations,
Christopher Langille, Sales director,
celebreting Las Villas de la Marina release
on the Island. Guests were greeted with a new signature
cocktail called The Viveros Palm Tree, invented especially
for the occasion. Looking out over the Pacific from the 13th
pool deck and the Azul Bar, you could almost imagine you
were on the island enjoying the breeze and sipping your
drink on the white sands of Viveros.
During the opening remarks, guests heard the name Las
Villas de la Marina for the very first time and also that the
new neighborhood would be limited to just 100 properties:
each one to come fully furnished and decorated with knives,
spoons and even a wine opener.
They also heard that
the properties would be rental capable with a full program
designed to care for the properties for those lucky enough
to get one.
Once the guests were welcomed and the celebrities were

recognized, Las Villas de la Marina was officially opened for
reservations.
After the announcement, Viveros Resort & Club presented
La Fundación Ópera Panamá and an excerpt of their
upcoming production, La Bohème by the famed Italian
composer Giacomo Puccini. The trained voices rang out
against the surrounding towering buildings and came back
to give the full power of the music in a moving performance,
while Raphael, a magician, entertained the guests with his
conjuring tricks. One notable guest remarked “we need
to have this kind of thing here more often.” Following the
presentation, the guests were invited to stay for dessert and
to interact with the performers. The event was scheduled
to conclude at 9pm, but many guests stayed behind to get
more information about Viveros and, especially, Las Villas

Una velada para recordar
Viveros Resort & Club fue anfitrión de una fabulosa fiesta en
el recién inaugurado Trump Ocean Club a la que asistieron
unas 200 personas de la élite de Panamá, para celebrar
el lanzamiento de su primer vecindario de condominios
en la isla. Los invitados fueron acogidos con un nuevo y

especialmente inventado para la ocasión. Mirando sobre

isla disfrutando de la brisa y paladeando su bebida en las
arenas blancas de Viveros.
