PRESENTACION
NIDEC Defense Group was founded in 1996. It has a huge experience in the fields of homeland security defense and high technology
electronic countermesures. NIDEC team consists of dynamic individuals with extensive experience in design, production, electronics,
weapons, security training, military and other security forces.
NIDEC serves up to 5 different sales channels through its departments; Wholesale, Distribution, Government, Exports Department, Retail and the
E-commerce. NIDEC manufactures and distributes an extensive range of equipment for the security and defense of people, as well as products for
arrest and inmovilization, ilumination, evacuation, training gear and equipment, adding to all of these; we also provide audio and video equipment
and physical and electronic countermesures.
Furthermore, we offer services for the security forces, agencies, companies, members of the public and private security and VIP. Our services range
go from training courses, counseling, special services, installation of equipment in vehicles, repair service etc., and ends on the rent of our class
rooms and special facilities.
Realizing on the vital importance of training in the security sector, NIDEC Defense Group, established in 2007 the academy called Instituto de Formación Nidec
- IFN. IFN is an academy to provide security & safety studies where to learn the latest protection and defense techniques. We develop a wide variety of
courses and seminars, responding to our actual society training needs .
All our efforts allow us to constantly evolve. The increasingly knowledge of the activities of our clients, problems, resources and constraints, motivates

The ballistic composition of our panels (called MOT-2) combines
the advantages of conventional aramid fabrics (like Kevlar or
Twaron), with the best of poliethylenes (like Spectra and
Dyneema). The result is a highly flexible vest with a high
resistance to temperature, humidity, trauma, cut and penetration,
even needels.
Up to 30% lighter than other vests made
with different compounds. NIDEC vests
are ergonomically designed for perfect
user fit and comfort. Highly flexible, you
can even roll them and its design allows
a perfect daily wear. Up to 50% less of
trauma than other ballistic composites with
the same NIJ protection level.
GUARANTED WITH THE LOWEST LEVELS OF TRAUMA:
Our body armor models satisfy and exceed the requirements of
NIJ Standard Interim 2005 for Bullet-Resistant Body Armor. This
standard allows a trauma of until 4,4 cm but our MOT-2 ballistic
panels used in Nidec vests of level NIJ III A with stab protection
provides less than half of such trauma.
You get only a 2 cm Trauma on a shot of a full metal jacket
projectile on Cal. 9 mm Parabellum of 124 grains at 5 mt. of
distance and at a speed of 436 m/s. If we add any additional antitrauma panel, (like PAT20) we get then a trauma of only few
millimeters.

entonces en una huella de pocos milímetros).

¿A qué equivalen esos niveles de energía?
* Energía: 20-30 julios: Apuñalamiento con una sola mano y con un movimiento horizontal hacia delante. Este tipo de apuñalamiento lo usan muchos
expertos en combate con arma blanca porque no exponen su cuerpo cuando lo realizan.
* Energía: 30-40 julios: Apuñalamiento con una mano pero con movimiento arqueado de arriba a bajo. Este movimiento expone el cuerpo del
atacante pero el arco genera mucha más velocidad y por lo tanto más energía.
* Energía: 40-50 julios: Apuñalamiento con dos manos desde encima de la cabeza. Este movimiento es el considerado como más mortal, puesto
que genera la máxima masa y velocidad del arma blanca cuando impacta.
What are these energy levels?
* 20-30 Joules energy: Single hand stabbing with a forward and horizontal movement. This movement is very common within the knife combat
experts because it does not expose their body.
* 30-40 Joules energy: Single hand stabbing with an up to down movement. Such movement expose the body of the attacker, but the arched
movement provides a lot more speed and logicly a lot more of energy.
* 40-50 Joules: Both hands stabbing movement from above the head. This is the most deathly stabbing movement, as it generates a maximum
amount of mass and speed when impacts.

The NDC gloves for police use are designed together with police officers until we get gloves
that fully satisfy them on their everyday use.
The newly developed anti-cut membrane DYNETEX TM, meets expectations and has an amazing
performance/price ratio.
The thin and therefore very comfortable membrane exceeds the maximum level 5, with a
composition of polyamide, polyethylene and fiberglass according to the UNE-EN 388:2004.
The anti-cut membrane covers the entire glove and it is sewn with Aramid 3-ply thread to
ensure uniform protection and fixation.
The NDC GUA16 glove is an incredibly lightweight glove, breathable, ergonomically designed,
lined and made only with advanced technical fabrics to provide the highest level of quality
and effectiveness.The back of the glove is formed by a combination of bi-elastic polyamide
fabrics and neoprene for maximum flexibility and breathability. The seams are always flat
and parallel with a density of 4 to 5 stitches per cm. with 2-ply nylon thread.
In contrast, in the palm of the glove, there is AMARA ® fabric, which undoubtedly provides
an enormous resistance to abrasion. It is a shape piece only to protect the entire palm and
fingernails where there are lots of friction and it is required to provide enough touch sense to
the user. Between the fingers. the 25 ° ergonomically cut bi-elastic tissue, provides the added
comfort, as it adapts to the size and of the user's fingers.
Additionally, to ensure a good pistol or police baton grip, even in wet conditions, we have added more polyurethane with slip-resistant

El dorso del guante está formado por una combinación de tejidos poliamidas bi-elásticos y Neopreno para garantizar la máxima

Thanks to its lightness and to
the 3 multidirectional wheels,

maneuver with the DEX13 with

a good vision thanks to the convex format of the lens.
The DEX13 does not have sharp edges. Its form allows a major
versatility and a greater longevity. Some mirrors, denominated
EOD trolleys, are much heavier, and this definitively limits its
movement and the minimum clearance required to slide the mirror
towards suspicious objects.
For those who might use the mirror under low light or indoors,
there is a LED flashlight with a special support which allows to
move it along the mast, as well as to orient it according to any
needs. Since the flashlight is also detachable, it might be use

mástil extensible de forma telescópica e incluye una linterna de

steel to provide the highest level of resistance. NDC batons undergo thorough strict quality control programs.
Torsion, rupture, corrosion, etc ..., tests are conducted while getting always optimal results.
All NDC batons include a cordura holster. This is a basic holster that allows you to put the baton in the belt the
same day you purchase or receive the baton. However, we have a rotating holster, such as FUN23, allowing the
user to rotate the baton when it bothers to sit down for example.
All NDC batons come engraved with the NDC logo. Beware of false copies. There are many asian batons which
offer no resistance to bending at all.

The various accessories Agents normally carry on a duty belt have to be slip through by
passing them one by one to the desired position and then fixing the position with belt
tabs or separators like the TRC22. But today, this time wasting maneuver is no longer
necessary. All NDC accessories include the DVSS system TM, (Double velcroed Strap
System), which allows you to directly place and add/remove any accessory to the belt
with a simple double flap.

this revolutionary DVSS system that allows you to quickly add or remove any accessory on or out your CCN35 belt.
Los distintos accesorios que se montan normalmente en un cinturón exterior, se hace pasándolos uno a uno hasta
dejarlos en la posición deseada y luego fijándolos mediante trabillas o separadores tipo las TRC22 al cinturón.
Pero hoy en día, eso ya no es necesario. Todos los accesorios NDC, incluyen el sistema DVSS TM, (Double Velcroed

NDC duty belts have evolved over the years and today the CCN35 is on duty by thousands of police officers and security personnel.
Its high quality and perfect finish makes it the first choice of many clients. Unlike other belts offered in the market, the CCN35 is the only truly built
with super fabric called "Ballistic Cordura TM" from DuPontTM. This cordura fabric is more resistant to tear, cut, abrasion and moisture than any
other. Its molecular structure makes it virtually unbreakable. This gives the belt an extremely rigid vertical structure, while horizontally it keeps
being flexible, so the user can load the CCN35 belt with lot of accessories without the fear to overcome or bend it because of the weight. The ballistic
cordura provides excellent resistance to abrasion, total insensitivity to ultraviolet rays and is a waterproof material that will never provide "curls"
or fabric deterioration like those belts of lower quality.
All CCN35 have a flexible polycarbonate inner soul, covered on both sides with ballistic cordura and hold together by a highly resistant stitching of
the well known fishing line called Teklon TM. This cordura-based ceramics thread, can withstand very high forces and resistances, which ensures
a lifetime of 10 years of the Ballistic Cordura belt NDC CCN35. The efficient composition of the CCN35 spreads the load of the belt accessories
and mitigates the pain effect of pressure point of the heavier elements of the belt.
On the other hand, The CCN35 professional duty belt, comes with a 3-point fastening and locking buckle made of high-density polycarbonate to
ensure the belt is always fastened and lock to prevent accidental opening when strong pulling or when in violent interventions the bad guys try to
disarm de Agent. Our HEB25 buckles can be easily opened by the Agent, once the trick is known.
The CCN35 inside part has a soft Velcro TM so if you also use any of our NDC sheaths, holsters and pouches, they will get completely stuck together.
Moreover if you use our CCN35 duty belt with our CCN38 male velcroed inner belt, you will get the perfect combination ever. The use of double
belt, CCN35+CCN38 guarantees you the belt and all accessories on it will remain in the same place.
HOW TO USE THE DOUBLE BELT SYSTEM?
The NDC inner belt with reference CCN38 is used to hold your pants. Pass it through your pants strips and overlap both tips so it gets tightly coupled.
As CCN38 has male side Velcro TM, it perfectly adheres to the outer duty belt CCN35, which has the female sided Velcro.
Thus, with full effectiveness, your duty CCN35 belt will not move. Not only because you tight and buckle it up, but the Velcro TM disposed along the
belt.
The various accessories Agents normally carry on a duty belt have to be slip through by passing them one by one to
the desired position and then fixing the position with belt tabs or separators like the TRC22. But today, this time
wasting maneuver is no longer necessary. All NDC accessories include the DVSS system TM, (Double velcroed Strap
System), which allows you to directly place and add/remove any accessory to the belt with a simple double flap.
All daily needed NDC gear and accessories for the police officers, soldiers and private security personnel, have this
revolutionary DVSS system that allows you to quickly add or remove any accessory on or out your CCN35 belt.
Another advantage to use the double belt is the user can quickly take off the duty belt, storage it in the locker, without the risk of any accessory
moving or sliding, and without the need to unbutton loops, tabs or separators. In addition, the inner belt CCN38, is always placed in your duty pants,
so wearing the CCN35 duty belt is as simple as paste it around your waist and buckle it up.
NDC belts are manufactured with DuPont TM ballistic cordura, the only fabric that exceeds military specifications. Do not get confused with Cordura
TM, also from DuPont TM, but with much less resistance.

Los cinturones NDC han ido evolucionando durante años y hoy en día el CCN35 se encuentra de dotación en miles de Cuerpos de Policía y Seguridad.
Su alta calidad y perfecto acabado lo hacen ser la primera elección de muchos clientes que a diferencia de otros cinturones que se ofrecen en el
mercado, el CCN35 es el único verdaderamente construido con el súper tejido llamado "Ballistic Cordura TM". La cordura balística que fabrica
Dupont es el material más resistente al desgarro, corte, abrasión y humedad que ofrecen. Su estructura molecular lo hace prácticamente irrompible.

y unido entre si mediante resistentes costuras confiadas al durisimo hilo de pescar Teklon TM. Este hilo, basado en hilo de cordura cerámica es
capaz de aguantar fuerzas y resistencias muy elevadas, lo que asegura una periodo de vida del cinturón de Cordura Balística CCN35 de más de
10 años. La estructura del CCN35 permite repartir el peso y mitigar el efecto de punto de presión de los elementos más pesados del cinturón.
Por otro lado, y como no podía ser de otra modo en un cinturón de dotación profesional, una hebilla de policarbonato de alta densidad con 3 puntos
de sujeción y bloqueo, asegura que el cinturón quede cerrado incluso a pruebas de tirones, intervenciones violentas o aperturas intencionadas
para desarmar al Agente. Las hebillas HEB25 que montamos en nuestros cinturones de dotación requieren conocer el truco de apertura para
liberarlos.
En la parte interior del cinturón CCN35 se ha colocado un Velcro TM a lo largo y ancho del mismo para que este se adhiera perfectamente con el
cinturón interior CCN38, así como con toda la gama de fundas para arma y accesorios varios de NDC.
¿CÓMO SE UTILIZA EL DOBLE CINTURÓN?
El cinturón interior NDC con referencia CCN38 se utiliza para sujetar el pantalón, pasándolo a través de las tiras de sujeción que llevan los pantalones.
Como el CCN38 lleva a la vez, Velcro TM pero del lado macho, éste se añadirse perfectamente al cinturón exterior CCN35, que lleva Velcro TM hembra
en su parte adherente.
De esta manera, con total efectividad, se evita que el cinturón se mueva, ya que no solo queda sujeto por la hebilla de seguridad, sino que por
todo el Velcro TM dispuesto a lo largo.
Los distintos accesorios que se montan normalmente en un cinturón exterior, se hace pasándolos uno a uno hasta
dejarlos en la posición deseada y luego fijándolos mediante trabillas o separadores tipo las TRC22 al cinturón. Pero
hoy en día, eso ya no es necesario. Todos los accesorios NDC, incluyen el sistema DVSS TM, (Double Velcroed Strap
System), que permite añadirse al cinturón mediante una doble solapa de Velcro TM, en cualquier sitio del cinturón y
sin necesidad de pasar deslizándolo por el cinturón, lo que a veces resulta engorroso y requiere mucho tiempo.
Todos los equipos y complementos necesarios para la labor del Agente de policía, Soldado y Agente de seguridad privada de la marca NDC, tienen
este revolucionario sistema que por un lado garantiza la absoluta sujeción del accesorio y la inamovilidad de éste, a la vez que permite al usuario
quitar y poner accesorios al cinturón rápidamente.

de Formación Nidec (IFN).

propia auto-defensa, para anticiparse a la amenaza, etc...
Formación para Distribuidores Nidec: Ofrecemos cursos exclusivos a los distribuidores de Nidec, con la finalidad de transmitir todos los conocimientos
acerca de la utilización de nuestros equipos y de este modo incrementar el nivel de atención e información a los clientes finales.
