Gala Raffle Tickets
The Gala Raffle Tickets are ready for pick-up. The
OLMC Gala will be held Saturday, May 7th. Save
the date and mark your calendars! We are asking
each family to sell at least $100.00 worth of tickets
this year, and more if you are able to do
so. Additional books of tickets will be available in
back of the church and at the Parish Center. If you
have any further questions regarding the raffle,
please contact John and Lillian Kozel at 713-9913745.

Retreat 2016 Thank You!
The Confirmation II Retreat 2016 was held at Victory
Camp, Alvin, Texas, the weekend of March 4-6.
Confirmation II candidates were immersed and
experienced the Holy Spirit through witness
testimonies, team building activities, praise and
worship, Bible study, and last but not least, good fun,
food and fellowship. It would not be possible without
the countless hours of planning and preparation by the
retreat catechists - Roxana Ramirez, Janie Nunez,
Marylou Cabrera, Maggie Najera, Cecilia Perea, Rita
Rodriguez, Bianca Escobar, Frankie Aguirre, Yaritza
Garcia, Santiago Tobias, Brianna Escobar, Dave
Pangrazio, Mary Ann Mindiola, Isaac Lopez, Tony
Villanueva, and Francis Bui; retreat peer leaders Tinafi Andrade, Alisson Aguirre, Jose Aguillera,
Dominique Carreon, Cristian Viguerias, Elizabeth
Ramasute, Julia Alvarado, Odalys Belman, Marlene
Netro, Maklin Ramirez, Genesis Castillo, and Daniel
Hernandez. Special acknowledgment to Fr. Cobos
and Dcn. Juan for celebrating the Retreat Mass. And

Agradecimientos por el Retiro 2016!
El retiro de Confirmación II 2016 se llevó a cabo en el
“Victory Camp”, Alvin, Texas, el fin de semana del 4 al 6
de Marzo. Los candidatos de Confirmación II se
sumergieron y experimentaron la presencia del Espíritu
Santo por medio de testimonios, actividades de trabajo en
equipo, alabanza y adoración, estudio de la Biblia, y por
medio de buena diversión, comida y amistad entre todos.
Esto no habría sido posible sin las innumerables horas de
planificación y preparación que tuvieron los catequistas
del retiro - Roxana Ramírez, Janie Núñez, Marylou
Cabrera, Maggie Najera, Cecilia Perea, Rita Rodríguez,
Bianca Escobar, Frankie Aguirre, Yaritza García,
Santiago Tobías, Brianna Escobar , Dave Pangrazio, Mary
Ann Mindiola, Isaac López, Tony Villanueva, y Francis
Bui; y los líderes de grupo del retiro - Tinafi Andrade,
Alisson Aguirre, José Aguilera, Dominique Carreón,
