grande calzone del mondo!
Che cosa è lungo 4,50 metri e largo 50 centimetri? Esatto, il più grande
calzone del mondo!

Sabato 13 settembre 2014, alle 13 in punto, Massimo
Cianciulli ha raggiunto il suo obiettivo: battere il record
del calzone più grande del mondo. Marienplatz, la
piazza di Mindelheim dove Massimo ha il suo ristorante,
si è riempita di festosi e affamati sostenitori, che tra
musica, bibite e palloncini colorati hanno visto sfornare,
centimetro dopo centimetro,
quello che ci auguriamo
entrerà presto ufficialmente nel Guinness dei primati.
Tanti sono stati gli ostacoli che la squadra di Massimo
ha dovuto superare:
dai contatti in Inghilterra perché l’impresa fosse
adeguatamente documentata, alla preparazione ed il
trasporto dell’impasto, all’assemblaggio della struttura
di sostegno del calzone, e non ultimo il forno da pizza
a legna, grazie al quale è stato possibile battere gli
attuali
di
2,84
metri
del
record
mondiale.
Sì, perché un forno tradizionale non poteva bastare, e
la Pavesi Forni di Modena, è sempre pronta a
raccogliere nuove sfide per aiutare i propri clienti a
realizzare i loro progetti più ambiziosi.
“Abbiamo conosciuto Massimo nel 2010, quando
abbiamo fornito il nostro modello rotante 110 a Volta
Piana per il suo ristorante” ricorda Aldo Pavesi, titolare
della Pavesi Srl.
“Per entrare nei Guinness dei Primati, Massimo aveva
bisogno di un forno su misura, realizzato appositamente
per questo scopo.
I nostri tecnici si sono messi
all’opera, ed in meno di un mese il forno è stato
assemblato e consegnato a destinazione.”
Una grande soddisfazione, questa, per tutto lo staff di Pavesi Forni, che si unisce volentieri al coro di complimenti
che meritatamente raccolgono ancora oggi Massimo ed il suo Mega Calzone!

Saturday, September 13, 2014 , at 13 o'clock,
Massimo Cianciulli achieved his goal: beat the record
for the world's biggest calzone. Marienplatz , the
square of Mindelheim where Massimo has its own
restaurant, was filled with festive and hungry
supporters, who have seen being baked, centimeter
by centimeter, what we hope will soon officially be in
the Guinness Book of Records.
Many were the obstacles that Massimo’s team had to
overcome :
from the contacts in England because this
endeavour had to be properly documented, to the
preparation and transportation of the dough, from
the assembling of the support structure for the
calzone, to the wood-burning pizza oven, by means
of which it has been possible to beat the current
world record of 2.84 meters.
Yes, because a traditional oven was not enough,
and Pavesi Forni from Modena is always ready to
accept new challenges in order to help its clients
achieve their most ambitious projects.
" We met Massimo in 2010, when we provided our
rotating flat vault 110 oven for his restaurant ," recalls
Aldo Pavesi , owner of Pavesi Srl .
“To get into the Guinness Book of World Records ,
Massimo needed an oven custom- made specifically
for this purpose . Our technicians put to work , and in
less than a month , the oven was assembled and
delivered to its destination. "

Samstag, September 13 ab 13°° Uhr, Massimo
Cianciulli erreicht sein Ziel : den Rekord für den
weltweit größten Calzone.
Marienplatz, bei Mindelheim , wo Massimo sein
eigenes Restaurant hat , wurde mit festlichen und
hungrig Stützer gefüllt , die, Zentimeter für
Zentimeter , gebackt gesehen haben, was wir hoffen,
bald offiziell in das Guinness- Buch der Rekorde sein
wird.
Viele waren die Hindernisse, die das Team von
Massimo zu überwinden hatte :
von den Kontakten in England, weil dieser Versuch
entsprechend dokumentiert werden musste , zu der
Herstellung und dem Transport des Teigs ; von der
Zusammenbau der Stützstruktur für das Calzone, zu
dem Holzpizzaofen , mittels dessen es möglich
gewesen ist , den aktuellen Weltrekord von 2,84
Meter zu schlagen.
Ja, denn ein traditioneller Ofen war nicht genug, und
Pavesi Forni aus Modena ist immer bereit, neue
Herausforderungen anzunehmen , um Kunden bei
der Erreichung ihrer ehrgeizigsten Projekte zu
helfen.
"Wir haben Massimo im Jahr 2010 kennengelernt, als
wir Ihm unsere Drehofen 110 PVP für sein
Restaurant gaben ", erinnert sich Aldo Pavesi ,
Inhaber von Pavesi Srl.
“Um in das Guinness -Buch der Rekorde zu
bekommen, benötigt Massimo einen Backofen, der
speziell für diesen Zweck hergestellt würde. Unsere
Techniker auf diesen Aufgaben konzentrierten , und
in weniger als einem Monat wurde der Ofen montiert
und an seinen Bestimmungsort geliefert . "
Eine große Genugtuung , dieses, an alle Mitarbeiter bei Pavesi Forni, die der Chor der Glückwünsche, die
Massimo und seine Mega Calzone verdientermaßen noch sammeln, bereitwillig treten!

Samedis 13 Septembre 2014, à 13 heures en point, Massimo
Cianciulliha a rejoints son objectif: battre le record pour le plus
grand calzone du monde. Marienplatz, la place de Mindelheim
où
Massimo
a
son
propre
restaurant,
s’est
rempli
dejoyeux et affamés partisans,qu'entre musique,boissons et ba
llonnets coloriés ont vu fourner, centimètre par centimètre, ce
que nous espérons, entrera bientôt officiellement dans le
Guinness des Records.
Beacoup ont eté les obstacles que l'équipe de Massimo a dû
surmonter:

«Nous avons connu Massimo en 2010, lorsque nous avons
fourni notre modèle rotatov 110 à Voûte Plate pour son
restaurant», se souvient Aldo Pavesi, propriétaire de Pavesi
Srl.
"Pour entrer dans le Guinness des Records, Massimo avait
besoind'un four surmesure, réalisé expressément pour ce but.
Nos techniciens se sont mis à l'oeuvre, et dans moins
qu'un mois le four a été assemblé et délivré à destination. ".

Massimo Cianciulli ha alcanzado su objetivo: romper
el récord del Calzone más grande del mundo.
Marienplatz, la plaza de Mindelheim dónde Massimo
tiene su restaurante, se ha llenado de alegres y
hambrientos partidarios, que han visto desenhornar
entre
música,
bebidas
y
globos
de
colores,
centímetro después de centímetro, lo que esperamos
entrará pronto oficialmente en el Libro Guinness de
los Récords. Tantos han sido los obstáculos que el
equipo de Massimo ha tenido que superar:
los contactos en Inglaterra porque la empresa fuera
documentada adecuadamente, la preparación y el
transporte del amasijo, el
ensamblaje de la
estructura de sostén del Calzone, y además el
horno de pizza a leña, gracias al cual ha sido
posible superar los actuales de 2,84 metros del
récord mundial. Sí, porque un horno tradicional no
hubiera podido bastar, y Pavesi Forni de Módena,
està siempre lista a recoger nuevos desafíos para
ayudar los mismos clientes a realizar sus proyectos
más ambiciosos.
“Hemos conocido a Massimo en el 2010, cuando le
hemos vendido nuestro horno rotatorio 110 a Boveda
Llana por su restaurante" recuerda Aldo Pavesi,
titular de la Psvesi SL.
"Para entrar en el Libro Guinness de los Récords,
Massimo necesitaba de un horno hecho a medida,
realizado por este objetivo. Nuestros técnicos se han
metido a la obra, y en menos que un mes el horno ha
sido ensamblado y remitido a destino.”
¡Una gran satisfacción, esta, por todo el equipo de Pavesi Forni, que se une al coro de felicitaciones que todavía
hoy merecidamente recogen Massimo y su Mega Calzone!
