Child Conference (CYCC) is a statewide
conference for early childhood
professionals who are committed to
providing quality care and education to
children in Arizona.
The conference is hosted by the
Association for Supportive Child Care
(ASCC) and the Arizona Child Care
Association (ACCA), two partnering
agencies dedicated to serving the early
childhood field. We invite you to join us
for a day of professional development,
networking, and access to resources. The
conference offers twenty-one different
workshops to meet the needs of early
childhood professionals. You can earn up
to seven hours of training in one day.
CYCC provides the opportunity for you
to network and collaborate with others
in the field. We offer on-site notary,
fingerprinting, and limited immunizations.

Registration:
$55 early bird registration (post-marked by February 6, 2015).
$70 registration (post-marked February 7, 2015 or later).
Group Registration - Register ten (10) attendees simultaneously for only
$500 (must be registered by February 6, 2015). Price for Group Registration
(10 attendess) will be $600 after February 6, 2015.
Registration for workshops is required. Every effort will be made to accommodate
your requests. However, due to limited space and popularity of certain workshops,
you may be placed in another workshop if your first three choices are full. It is
recommended that you submit your registration as early as possible.
Payment must accompany registration. NO REFUNDS. There will be no on-site
registration at the conference.

Parking:
Parking is limited. Car-pooling is highly recommended. Public parking is available
near the Civic Center (see parking map on page 16).
Meals:
Meals and snacks are on your own. Concession stands will be available
on-site at the conference. Food items at these stands range from
$2 - $8. No outside food is permitted on the premises. You may bring your lunch but it may not be brought into, or eaten on the premises. A list of restaurants located near the conference center will be provided in your conference booklet.
Workshops:
The conference is designed for child care professionals, educators and parents. Participants will receive a certificate for six hours of training, plus one additional hour for “Lunch and Learn” participants.
Vendors:
Participants will have the opportunity to view educational exhibits and purchase merchandise at vendor booths during the conference.
Raffle Drawings:
A raffle drawing for $500 will be held at the end of the conference. Raffle tickets are $1 each, 6 tickets for $5,15 for $10, or 25 for $20 and may be purchased throughout the day. You must be present to win. Proceeds benefit the early childhood community.

There are many potentially hazardous conditions and disasters that can occur. The Disaster
Emergency Evacuation Preparation (D.E.E.P.) training, developed by the Department of Health
Services (DHS) helps providers plan and train effectively for disasters and emergencies of any

This session will be held in the Diamond Room.

registration for the session if a lunch selection is not made, or the additional $20 Lunch and Learn
