• Transit regulations. Use of helmet. Max 2 persons on motorcycle.
• Operating zone. Do not use primary roads.
• Fined if not affiliated with any agency.
• Stands registered as bicycle taxis.
Costs
• Lining $39. Canvas $10.
• Affiliation fee $25 (1 number/cart). ID (sticker) for cart $3. ID driver $2.
• Use of stand $3/week.
• License plates, registration (private motorcycle) $31, road tax $34/year.
UTOMI
•ID, proof of address. Driving license: A (motor vehicle) or D (motorcycle).
•Attend meeting UTOMI 1day/month, assign stand (bribe), each stand has a coordinator, stand in line at stand,
pick up/ drop off in stand or 2 streets away from another stand.
• No insurance. UTOMI covers part of the vehicle’s theft.
• In case of incident, accident, etc UTOMI will deal directly with Municipality-

Communication with user
• Hail, stand, mobile phone (regular clients).
• Drivers with flexible schedules. Many work only during the day (security
reasons).
Safety - accidents
• High speed, slopes, no breaks. More than 2 persons on motorcycle.
• Car or buses run over the motorcycles. Pedestrians run over.
• Drivers under the influence.
Security
• No shared ride. Driver can deny service for fear of assault or mugging.
• Theft of motorcycle.
• Fear of independent motorcycle taxis.

Current conditions and operating system are
questionable and non-transparent.
Mobility Act (July 2014) banned motorcycle taxis.
Political parties are operating them.
