Current conditions and operating system are questionable and non-transparent. Mobility Act (July 2014) banned motorcycle taxis. Political parties are operating them. NEED OF POLICY AND REGULATIONS 3. Eg. fines, taxes, vehicle safety and maintenance, zoning, training, etc. Vehicle: made with recycled materials, environmentally friendly manufacture. Security (crime, violence). How to deal with existing political parties and their operating system? Contribute to local economy (creation of jobs). Employment.
