realizar un consumo responsable de los recursos, disponer de una cadena productiva

ARQUITECTURA DE VANGUARDIA VINCULADA AL TERRITORIO
Diseñado por el arquitecto Jose María Tomás Llavador, se trata de un complejo de más
de 200.000 m2 distribuidos entre los edificios corporativo, logístico, naves productivas
y zonas verdes, proyectado como un edificio amable con sus trabajadores y respetuoso
con el medio.
Una filosofía convertida en arquitectura. Un lugar donde innovar y producir mobiliario
para el equipamiento de proyectos, consiguiendo espacios más eficientes y confortables.
ARCHITECTURE D´AVANT-GARDE EN HARMONIE AVEC SON ENVIRONNEMENT
Conçu par l´architecte Jose Maria Tomas Llavador, c´est un complexe de 200.000 m2
répartis comme suit: le bâtiment corporatif, logistique, les usines de production et les
espaces verts. Il s’agit d’un complexe agréable, respectueux de l´environnement et aussi
de ses employés.
Une philosophie transformée en architecture. Un site conçu pour innover et produire du
mobilier pour tout équipement de projet et pour obtenir des espaces plus efficaces et

Self-sufficient in water and energy supply. Actiu has the largest
photovoltaic plant on an industrial roof in Europe, with the latest
technology and performance that generates 7 million kwh/year of
solar energy, avoiding the emissions 8.300.000 kg of CO2 into the
atmosphere. Furthermore, the logistics and productive covers, collect
rain waters, channeling it into underground tanks with capacity for
more than 12000 m3, equivalent to 4 olympic swimming pools.
Autosuficientes en el abastecimiento hídrico y energético.
Actiu cuenta la mayor planta fotovoltaica sobre techo industrial en
Europa, con tecnología de última generación y un rendimiento que
genera 7 millones de kwh/año de energía solar, evitando la emisión de
8.300.000 kg de CO2 a la atmósfera. Además, las cubiertas del edificio
logístico y productivos, recogen el agua de lluvia, canalizándola
hacia aljibes subterráneos, con capacidad para más de 12.000 m3,
equivalente a 4 piscinas olímpicas.
Autonomie en approvisionnement hydrique et énergétique.
Actiu a la plus grande installation solaire photovoltaïque sur les toits
des bâtiments industriels en Europe. Une technologie de dernière
génération qui engendre un rendement de 7 millions de kwh/an
d´énergie solaire. Tout en évitant l´émission de 8.300.000 kg de CO2
dans l´atmosphère. De plus les toitures des bâtiments logistiques et
de production, permettent de collecter l´eau de pluie, en l’acheminant
vers des réservoirs souterrains d´ une capacité de 12.000 m3. Soit
l´équivalent à 4 piscines olympiques.
Autarkie bei der Wasser –und Stromversorgung. Nachhaltiges
Handeln ist für uns ebenso wichtig wie selbstverständlich. Wir
verfügen in unserem Industriepark über die europaweit grösste
Dach-Fotovoltaikanlage mit einer jährlichen Stromproduktion von
7.000.000kWh. Das verhindert die Emission von 8.250 Tonnen
CO2 im Jahr. Ausserdem dienen die Dächer unserer Produktions
–und Logistikgebäude als Regenwassersammelstelle. Unsere
Wasserreservoirs können 12.000m3 Regenwasser sammeln, das
entspricht ca. 4 olympischen Schwimmbecken.

Our logistics system is organised through a National and International network,
which has multiple distribution platforms and a network of the latest generation
vehicles with minimum emissions of polluting gases. The protocols of packaging
are continuously being reviewed, with special interest in the implementation of
sustainable packages and new designs and ideas which seek to minimise waste
and reduce costs.
Nuestro sistema logístico está organizado a través de una red nacional e
internacional, que cuenta con varias plataformas de distribución y una red de
vehículos de última generación con mínima emisión de gases contaminantes. Los
protocolos de empaquetado están en continua revisión, con especial interés en
implementar embalajes sostenibles y nuevos diseños e ideas que buscan minimizar
los residuos y reducir los costos.
Notre système logistique est organisé sur un réseau national et international, avec
plusieurs points de distribution et un réseau de véhicules de dernières générations
qui émettent un minimum d´émission de gaz polluants. Les processus d´emballages
sont constamment contrôlés, avec un intérêt particulier pour permette de mettre
en place un emballage durable, de nouveaux designs et idées pour minimiser les
déchets et réduire le coût.
Unser Logistiksystem verfügt über verschiedene nationale und internationale
Zwischenlager und eine eigene moderne Fahrzeugflotte, die die Umwelt durch
eine tourenoptimierte und ressourcenschonende Logistikkette schont. Auch beim
Verpackungsmaterial wird umweltbewusst gehandelt und es werden ständig
nachhaltigere Alternativen gesucht, um Rohstoffe einzusparen und somit weniger
Ausschuss zu produzieren.
